SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONVEYOR

MODEL AC-GR

Gravity Roller Accumulator Conveyor to be

SOUTHERN ENGINEERING SYSTEMS by

Duke Mfg Co., model AC-GR, NSF approved commercial kitchen conveyor.

Conveyor to have full width 1.9” diameter, 16 gauge Stainless Steel Rollers with stainless steel
bearings and spring loaded stainless steel shafts, Rollers mounted on 6” centers in removable stainless
steel channel frames.

Conveyor Bed to be constructed on #14 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with 1-1/4” diameter rolled
rim on both sides and flat ends notched for easy tray or rack removal. Bed fitted at one end with 1-1/2”
open liquid drain. Polish stainless steel to a #3 finish.

Conveyor supported by 1-5/8” 16gauge stainless steel tubing Legs with welded stainless steel cross
rails. Leg frames fitted into enclosed, round stainless steel gussets welded to stainless steel channel
braces and fitted with stainless steel adjustable bullet feet.

Conveyor shall be NSF approved. E
