SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONVEYOR
MODEL ACCC
Carrousel Stacking Accumulator Conveyor to be SOUTHERN ENGINEERING SYSTEMS
by Duke Mfg Co., model ACCC, UL and ETL Listed and NSF approved commercial kitchen
conveyor.
Wire Tray Carriers to be welded 5/16” diameter stainless steel wire, individually removable and
furnished with a 20ga stainless steel insert in the bottom carriers for loose wares. Carrier sections
have a (5) tray maximum capacity.
(Optional) Solid Tray Carriers feature 18ga stainless steel construction conforming to NSF
standards with cant constructed corners for easy cleaning. Carriers have a (5) tray maximum
capacity with (4) tiers of dual ¼” diameter stainless steel tray supports and solid bottom pan with
drain hole for loose wares.
Tray carriers attach to 14ga stainless steel carrier brackets driven by heavy-duty #80 roller chain
and supported by Polyurethane precision stainless steel load bearing rollers for maximum loading
with minimum drag co-efficient. Carriers to operate at a variable speed of: 0 to 25 feet per minute.
Conveyor Bed to be constructed on #14 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with 10” high splash at
walls and 3” high x 1-1/4” diameter rolled rim along all open sides. Area behind tray drop to be
furnished with recessed pan and open liquid drain. Polish stainless steel to a #3 finish.
Drive Type to be 90-volt DC, ½ H.P. variable speed with 120volt, 60-cycle service, internal torque
limit adjustment and ramp acceleration start. Controlled by one (1) on/off switch station and
variable speed control.
Photo-Electric Limit Switch provided at pass window preventing damage to conveyor and wall
assembly by protruding trays.
Conveyor supported by 1-5/8” 16gauge stainless steel tubing Legs with welded stainless steel cross
rails. Leg frames fitted into enclosed, round stainless steel gussets welded to stainless steel channel
braces and fitted with stainless steel adjustable flanged feet.
(Optional) Tray Drop Sill & Frame constructed of #14-gauge stainless steel and furnished loose for
field installation.
(Optional) Sight & Sound Barrier top to be #18-gauge stainless steel, insulated, double pan
construction and fitted with recessed fluorescent light(s) pre-wired to a junction box ready for
power connection by field trades. Switch by others.
Conveyor to be pre-wired and factory tested.
Conveyor to carry UL and ETL listing and shall be NSF approved. Equipment built in an ISO
9001:2000 approved manufacturing facility.
