An alternative to traditional steamtables, our patented DRI-Channel™ technology heats better than steam - without water. Each channel is individually controlled and band heated from three sides, providing the optimal temperature for each food product. Plus, this unit uses less energy and requires less labor than a steamtable reducing operating costs.

TRI-Channel™ SUPERIOR COLD FOOD HOLDING
This Duke exclusive technology provides superior holding consistency because the food is never more than 3.5 inches away from the refrigeration. This patented tech­nology exceeds NSF-7 without forced air or recessed cold pan. The unit also enables food holding ush with counter top surfaces for better presentation.
