INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mounting hardware per bracket includes (1)

1/2” bolt with rod extension, (1) 1/2” flat wsher

and (1) 1/2” locknut.

2. Locate (1) hole on each side of the square
bumper crossmember. The holes are located
between the two bumper brackets that are part
of the formed frame rails. Passenger side
shown.

3. Insert (1) 1/2” bolt with rod extension
through outside opening in square
crossmember and position so threaded end
drops through hole in crossmember.
Passenger side shown.

4. Fasten bumper bracket to crossmember
using (1) 1/2” locknut and (1) 1/2” flatwasher.
Tighten until slightly snug. Repeat for opposite
side. Passenger side shown.

5. With both brackets in place, raise rear
bumper guard to vehicle and fasten to
brackets using (2) 1/2” x 1-1/2” bolts, (4) 1/2”
flat washers and (2) 1/2” locknuts per side.
Tighten until slightly snug.

6. Adjust guard to satisfaction and tighten all
hardware beginning with the vehicle
crossmember and then the rear bumper guard
hardware.

(1) Rear bumper guard (4) 1/2” x 1-1/2” bolts
(2) Frame brackets (one driver, one passenger side) (6) 1/2” lock nuts
(2) 1/2” x 1-1/2 bolt with rod extension (10) 1/2” flat washers
