PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

2. From underside of vehicle, remove tow hooks.

3. Once the tow hook has been removed from vehicle, remove the existing plastic trim
around the tow hook (Figure 1). NOTE: You will not be re-installing the plastic trim.

4. Re-insert tow hooks back into place

5. Insert driver side Mounting Bracket the same way you re-inserted the tow hooks, on the

underside and outer side of frame (Figure 2). NOTE: The three holes should be in a
vertical position and Mounting Bracket mounted on the outer side of frame.

6. Attach Driver Side Mounting Bracket and factory tow hook to frame using the factory tow
hook bolts (Figure 2). Do not tighten at this time.

7. Repeat steps 4 & 5 for passenger side.

8. Locate driver side Top Bracket. Attach inner side of Top Bracket to existing bolt holding

the color grille shell (Figure 3). Repeat this step for passenger side.

9. With help position Grille Guard on the inner side of Mounting Brackets. Attach Grille
Guard to Mounting Brackets using the included (6) 12-1.75mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts,
(6) 12mm Nylock Nuts, and (12) 12mm Flat Washers. Do not tighten at this time.

10. Attach opposite side of Top Brackets to the top bar on the brush guard using the included
(2) 6-1.00mm x 20mm Allen Bolts, (2) 6mm Lock Washers, and (2) 6mm Flat Washers
(Figure 3).

11. Level and adjust Grille Guard as desire; then tighten all hardware at this time.

12.Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and
tight.
