INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
GRILLE GUARD WITH WINTCH MOUNT

PARTS LIST:
1 Front Guard 2 8mm Corn Nuts
2 8-1.25mm x 20mm Allen Bolts 2 Support Brackets
4 8mm Flat Washers 2 Rubber Spacers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
2. Remove factory tow hooks and set aside. NOTE: In order to get to the mounting factory tow
hook bolts, you would need to remove the bolt holding the loop (Figure 1).
3. With assistance position Front Guard onto vehicle. As you position the Front Guard onto
vehicle place a rubber spacer on the mounting location between bumper and Front Guard, this
will protect the finish on the bumper.
4. Attach Front Guard and tow hooks to the bumper with factory bolts removed in step two
(Figure 2). Do not tighten at this time. CAUTION: Do not attempt t install Front Guard by
yourself; doing so, you may damage the finish on the vehicle.
5. Remove the factory bolt located on the outer air intakes (Figure 3). Save bolts for later use.
6. Position passenger side Support Bracket as shown in Figure 3. Attach it with factory bolt
removed in step 5. Do not tighten at this time.
7. Align hole on the Support Bracket with hole on the Front Guard Plate and attach them together
with the included (1) 8-1.25mm x 20 mm Allen Bolt, (2) 8mm Flat Washers, and (1) 8mm Corn
Nut (Figure 4).Do not tighten at this time.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for driver side Support Bracket.
9. Level and adjust Front Guard, then tighten all hardware at this time.
10. Re-install loops by inserting bolts removed in step 2. Tighten bolts at this time.
