INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

07 JEEP Wrangler 2Dr and 4Dr Wrap Around Taillight Guards

PARTS LIST:

1 Drivers side Tail Light Guard 6 Rubber Spacers
1 Passenger Side Tail Light Guard 4 #4 x 45mm Sheet Metal Screws
2 #5 x 50mm Sheet Metal Screws 6 #5 Flat Washers

PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

2. Using a Phillips screwdriver remove the two short screws facing the inside of the vehicle from

the driver side taillight lens. See figure 2. Then remove the lower screw toward the outside of
the car. Note that the outer factory screw will be replaced by #5 x 50mm Sheet Metal Screw
and the inner by #4 x 45mm Sheet Metal Screws provided in the Hardware Kit. See figure 1.

3. Identify the correct guard for the side of the vehicle you are working on. See figure 4.

4. Install the upper screw (one of the shorter ones) into the hole of the upper mounting bracket.

5. Position the guard while inserting the screw into its hole in the lens. Install the screw tightly
enough to keep the guard in place.

6. Install he other two screws. Align the guard with the top of the lens and tighten the screws
using a Phillips screwdriver. Avoid over tightening to prevent damage

7. Repeat operation with the other side of the vehicle and check that the two guards are parallel
to each other.
