transformer
Use of the power supply unit as agreed contains:
The connection and business of low voltage consum er s with an oper ating voltage bet ween 0 and 30 V direct voltage. The current consumpti on of the consum er mustn't exceed 10 ares.
Respect! Read absolutely!
These read t hrough these instructi ons exactly. The right to cl aim under guarant ee dies at damages which are caused by nonobservanc e of the i nstr uc tions. For resul tant damages we don't assume any liability.
1. general specificati on This power supply unit is of t ension with hi s direct one mov ing possibilities and current is universally usably
for i ndust r y , research and education.

2. safety con siderations
2.1 The power supply unit i s built up i n safety cl ass I as well as in accordance with V DE 0411 and VDE
0805/DIN EN 60950. The net transformer is built up after DIN VDE 0551/DIN EN 60742 as safety separating transformer and is checked with 3.75 kVeff pr imarily/secondarily. I t is 0875th it is equipped with a VDE checked m ai ns power li ne with pr otect i on leader and m ay be operat ed or at tached onl y at 230-V alter nating v ol tage nets with prot ecti v e earthi ng theref ore radi o suppressed in accordance with VDE.
2.2 It has to be respected on t his that the protect ion leader is int errupted (yell owly/green) neither i n the mains power line nor in the piece of equipment or in the net si nce with inter rupted protecti on leader there is serious danger. It has to be respected on this furthermore that the insulation is neither damaged nor destroyed.
2.3 power supply units don't belong child hands in!
2.4 The accident prevention regulations of the association of the commercial Berufgenosssenschaften
have t o be observed for electr ical pl ants and operating suppli es in comm ercial facilities.
2.5 Operating power supply units by trained staff is responsible to supervise to hobby and alone help workshops in schools, education facilities.
2.6 Open of shutters or rem ove of parts at t his, unless if this is possible by hand, vol tage-carryi ng parts can be exposed. Junct ions also can be v oltage-car rying. The pi ece of equipm ent must be separated from all v oltage sources in front of a comparison, a m aintenance, an overhaul or an exchange of parts, if a opening the piece of equipment is required. After one, at the open piece of equipment under tension unav oidabl y is com parison, a m ai ntenance or a repai r, m ay happen only by a qualifi ed employee which is familiar with the thus obliged dangers or the appropriat e r egulations for this this if.
2.7 Condensers in the piece of equipment still can be loaded even if the piece of equipment was separated from all vol tage sources.
2.8 It has to be guaranteed t hat only safeguardi ngs of Nennstromstr ärke said the giv en type and this one are used as a substitute. The use of mended safeguardings or bridging of the fuseholder are inadmi ssible. The piece of equipm ent i s over taxi ng safe and short- circ uit prot ected. T here is a grav e fault to Abschmelzen of the initial safeguarding which must be removed by a qualified employee before the new i ntact safeguarding can be used by this qualified employ ee.
2.9 Never switch your power suppl y uni t on i mm ediat ely, if it i s taken to a warm room f rom a col d, then. The condensation arising at dewfall can destroy your piece of equipment under unfavorable circumstances. Let the piece of equipment unei ngeschaltet on room temper ature come.
2.10 At works with power supply units car rying is forbi dden to rings by metallic or conductiv e jewelry l ike chains, bracelets, or the l ike.
2.11 Power supply units aren't allowed for the application at people or animals.
2.12 Cri tic al tensions (> 35 VDC) are caused at t he series connecti on of t he exi ts of one or several power
supply units.
2.13 Ventilation slits of power supply units may not be covered! The pieces of equipment have to be mov ed to hard, heav il y inf lamm able doc uments so t hat the air c an unhinderedly ent er the pieces of equipment . The cooling of the pieces of equi pment is made by forc ed ventilation.
2.14 Power supply units and the attached consumers may not be operated for unbeaufsichtigt. It is (measures z to the pr otect i on and the saf eguardi ng of t he att ached consum ers opposit e ef f ect s of the power supply units. B. overloads, failure of the power supply unit) and meet effects and going out dangers (e.g. inadmissibly high current consumption) of the consumer s this one.
Respect! Sensitive consumers must in addition be protected from destruction by external
measures!
2.15 In the f ault case power supply units can giv e V direc t volt age to tensions over 50 of which dangers
start out, also then if the given output voltages of the pi ec es of equipm ent lie more lowly.
2.16 At works under tension tool only allowed particul ar ly for this may be used.
2.17 (the exits of the power supply units/and lines attached to this must be protected from direct touch
output j acks-stick). The used lines must hav e a suffi cient isol ation or tension strength and be t ouch sure the contact points (safety sockets) to this.
2.18 Transferring metallicly shiny lines and contacts has to be avoided. All these places have to be cover ed by suit able, heavily i nflammable insulants or ot her measures and protected whic h from direct touch. The el ectri call y leadi ng parts of the att ached consumers al so have t o be protect ed from dir ect

touch by correspondi ng measures.
2.19 To be assumed has that a safe business is no longer possible, it is to put apart from business and to
safeguard against unintenti onal business the piece of equipment so if. It has to be assumed, that a safe operating no l onger possible if:
the piece of equipm ent or the power cord shows visi ble damages -- the piece of equipm ent doesn't work -- any m or e
-- after longer storage under unfavorable condi tions
-- after heavy transport uses
3. Operation
the input voltage 230V/50 Hertz is via the inter nal fuse Si 1 plus the illuminated mains switch (1) to transformer (4) put. In parallel to the transformer becomes a the voltage for the transformer T2 worn out. Via the transformer T2 (Bv 5311-1) takes pl ac e the galvanic separation from the net and the provi si on of the galvanic separated output voltage. Of the buil t in bri dge reciti fier are the ac volt ages from the t ransformer 2 al igned and the capacit or C 1. smoothed. The ac volt ages can to cl am ps (6) and to c lamps (7) dc v ol t age. T he GND_connec tor ( 10) are with that of the enclosures connected. The thermal cut out (5) shields the appliance fore ov er c har ges.
4. opening work
before switch on is to check out, whether the cutout (5) pr essed is. A fter t hat can the appliance becomes a associate to the mains plug St 1 at a earthing contact socket 230V/ 50 Her tz connected will. Thereby it must be observed, that the mains cable thus mislays will, that a damage the cable plus uni- pull down of the apparatus prevents will. With that of the mains switch S1 (1) becomes a the appliance switched on and i s immediately ready f or oper ation. With that of the regulator transformer T 1( 4) can a AC- output voltage of 0-30 V /max . 10A or 0-30V/10A dc voltage discontinued will. The decay the alternating voltages takes place of the blac k sockets (6 ). The dc – output voltage will also coincident with to the regulate t r ansformer T1(four) interm ediate 0-30 V/max. 10A di scontinued plus to socket s red/ blue (7) taken off. Attention ! It I am allowed respective just a output respectivel y . Source charged will.
5. error and removal
the debugging by the customers runs down merely at the exchange the fuses. Repairs will by the maker carried out .
