● Notes
Operating principles of the Robot Cleaner
Operating principles of the Robot Cleaner
The device uses a camera and various sensors to detect and recognize the ceiling and obstacles, information on which is then used to create a virtual map located inside the CPU installed at the main body as it cleans. It decides on either cleaned areas or to-be-cleaned areas by itself as it generates the most effective map when in operation(except under the random mode or max mode of operation). 15 built-in detection sensors allow the Robot Cleaner to minimize butts to the wall or other objects such as chairs and flowerpots. The Robot Cleaner can be operational on the floor with a threshold of as high as 18 mm, and it detects the staircase using the floor sensor to prevent itself from falling down.
Suction of the Robot Cleaner
The Robot Cleaner is equipped with one main brush, two side brushes and one vacuum suction inlet. Dust on the floor is collected by the rotating side brushes and then swept by the rotating main brush into the dust box.
● Installation of the Robot Cleaner
Before use
1. Turn upside down the Robot Cleaner, and check the locations of the left and right side brushes.
2.
3.
※ A soft fabric patch laid on the floor would help reduce
scratches on the upper plate of the Robot Cleaner.

Mop plate
1. Turn the Robot Cleaner upside down and then fit the mop plate into the mounting area of the main body.
2.
The threshold mode will not be set
up when the mop plate is mounted on the device.
Soak the wet ultrafine fibrous mop into water, squeeze a good amount of water out of the mop and then mount it onto the mop plate.
Wet ultrafine
fibrous mop
1. Turn on the power switch at the side of the Robot Cleaner.
2. Align the charging pin located under the main body into the charging station port and then start charging.
▶▶ The battery level blinks on the display window, indicating that charging has started.
"Lo" in the time display section indicates that no charged battery is left.
3. A green light blinks while charging is in progress. Once fully charged, the battery level remains green on the display window. A red light turns off at the charging station once the docking stage has reached.
[Automatic charging when in use]
※ The Robot Cleaner moves to the charging station by itself when the battery level becomes low while
it is operating. Once charging has been completed, it returns to the area left uncleaned, completes the cleaning job and then returns finally to the charging station.
※ Press the ‘Charge' button on the app in case you want to charge while the Robot Cleaner is operating.
(Refer to Charging on p.14.)
※ The Robot Cleaner is set to return to the area where the cleaning job originally started when the
battery level becomes low. Therefore if the cleaning job started in an area other than the charging station, it returns to the area where the cleaning job originally started.
※ The Robot Cleaner stays in an operation mode when while the power switch is turned on, but in a
charging only mode when the power switch is turned off.
※ In case you wish to charge the Robot Cleaner manually,
connect the charging jack of the adaptor directly with the main body.
