1. Thread the cable bundle through the beauty ring
(718-5796-XX) and up through the mast (7205203-XX).
NOTE: Ensure that the curved portion of the beauty
ring is facing in and down towards the shrouds.
2. Use a 6mm allen key to secure the mast assembly
to the frame using four (4) pieces each of the M8
x 20mm socket head cap screw (730-0889) and
M8 cosmetic counter-bore washer (718-5693).
3. Connect the HR cable inside the reading rack
(720-5054) to the corresponding connection
inside the mast (720-5206) installed in Step 2.

4. Use a 5mm allen key to secure the reading rack
assembly to the mast using four (4) pieces each
of the M6 x 25mm socket head cap screw (110-
3916) and M6 tooth washer (120-3257).
5. Set the seat assembly (720-5233-XX) onto the
seat trolley assembly.
6. Using a 17mm socket, secure the seat assembly
onto the seat trolley using four (4) pieces each
of the M10 x 12mm hex head screw and M10 at
washer.

7. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the back
console shroud to the console weldment using
eight (8) pieces of the #8-18 x 3/4” screw (110-
3402) and M4 washer (120-3307).
8. Refer to the documentation contained inside the
console box in order to connect the console to
the unit.
NOTE: Depending on which console was purchased,
the install instructions could di erent.
9. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the console front (701-0317-XX) to the back shroud using
eight (6) pieces of the #8-18 x 3/4” screw.
