Hardware Installation
Turn the system power off before beginning installation.1.
Use static electricity discharge precautions. To avoid damaging any 2.
components on the card, handle it by edges.
Remove the chassis cover from your computer. 3.
Locate an unused PCI Express slot (typically white and smaller) and 4.
remove the corresponding slot cover from computer chassis.
Plug the ST1000SPEXDP into the unused PCI Express expansion 5.
slot and attach the I/O card bracket to the computer chassis.
Put the chassis cover back onto the computer. 6.
Power on your computer and peripherals.7.
Driver Installation
Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, XP and XP-64 Installation
Insert the included driver CD into your computer’s CD-ROM drive.1.
Navigate to the following directory: 2. LAN\
