Installation
Driver Installation
Windows 98SE/ME
Please insert the driver CD into your CD-ROM drive.1.
Open the drivers folder, then the windows folder, then double click 2.

Please click “Next.” Next you will be prompted with a window offering 3.

to install the USB 2.0 drivers, or should you wish to remove the USB
2.0 drivers simply choose the other option, and the drivers will be
completely removed from your computer. Click “Next” to finish the
installation.
You will now be prompted to restart your computer. Click “Finish” to 4.

working on before restarting your computer.

Once your computer restarts, insert the CBUSB22 card into the 5.
CardBus slot. The “Add Hardware Wizard” will launch and guide you
through the installation of the required drivers. You will need to do
this two times since there are two USB ports on this product.
Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista, Mac OS 10.2+, Linux Kernel
No driver installation is required for these operating systems, as this
CardBus USB Controller Card is natively supported, so the drivers are
already installed.
Verifying Driver Installation
Windows 98SE/ME: From the main desktop, right-click on “My
Computer”, then select Properties. Click on the Device Manager tab
along the top.
Windows 2000/XP/Vista: From the main desktop, right-click on “My
Computer” (“Computer” in Vista), then select Manage. In the new
Computer Management window, select Device Manager from the left
window panel.
Double-click on the “Universal Serial Bus Controllers” option. There
should be several “VIA” devices visible, including an “Enhanced”
controller, which indicates USB 2.0 speeds.
