Warning Statements
Read all warning statements before using the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat.
• The Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat, by design, has an uneven standing surface which
can pose a risk to users who become unbalanced when shifting their weight around;

as a result, caution should be exercised when mounting, dismounting and/or using the
Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat, as personal injury and/or equipment damage can result
from a fall.
• While using the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat, always wear appropriate footwear.
Note: Running shoes and other at-soled shoes are recommended.
• Consult a physician before using the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat.
• Use the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat on a rm, at, dry, and level surface.
• The Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat can present a tripping hazard. Always store the AntiFatigue Standing Desk Mat in a location with no foot trac.
• Use water and vinegar to clean the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat. Soaps may leave

behind residue that can create a slippery surface. Always ensure the Anti-Fatigue Standing
Desk Mat is completely dry before resuming use.
• Keep the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat away from heat sources. Excessive heat can
damage the Anti-Fatigue Standing Desk Mat, creating a hazardous surface to stand on.
• Individuals under the age of 18 should be supervised by an adult when using the AntiFatigue Standing Desk Mat.
