Limited Warranty
DEWALT will repair, without charge, any defects
due to faulty materials or workmanship for three
years from the date of purchase. This warranty
does not cover part failure due to normal wear or
tool abuse. For further detail of warranty coverage
and warranty repair information, visit www.dewalt.
com or call 1-800-4-DEWALT (1-800-433-9258).
This warranty does not apply to accessories or
damage caused where repairs have been made or
attempted by others. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, INCLUDING
THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so these limitations may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may have other rights which
vary in certain states orprovinces.

parts caused by normal use, for free, any time

MPE Requirements
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC
Rules / Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS
standard(s). Operation is subject to the following
two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved
by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the
equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to
comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates uses and

having built-in GFCI protection and are able to
be used for this measure of safety.
• Use only with an extension cord for outdoor
use, such as an extension cord of cord type
SW, SW-A, SOW, SOW-A, STW, STW-A, STOW,
STOW-A, SJW, SJW-A, SJOW, SJOW-A, SJTW,
SJTW-A, or SJTOW, SJTOW-A.
Warning: When using outdoor use portable
luminaries, basic safety precautions should
always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and person injury.
