Read all warnings posted on the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Read this Owner's Manual and follow it carefully before using the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Make sure that it is properly assembled and tightened before use. We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product. Keep children away from the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Do not allow children to use or play on the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Keep children and pets away from the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike when it is in use. It is recommended that you place this exercise equipment on an equipment mat. Set up and operate the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike on a solid level surface. Do not position the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike on loose rugs or uneven surfaces. Inspect the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike for worn or loose components prior to use. Tighten/replace any loose or worn components prior to using the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Make sure the Seat Frame(5) is locked properly by the Adjustment Knob(41) located on the Main Frame(1). Make sure the Ba ck Support(6) is locked properly by the Pegs on the Seat Fra me(5) and the Locking Knob(45). Make sure the Rear Frame(2) is locked properly by the Pull Pin(47) when in storage. Keep fingers clear of all pinch points when folding and unfolding the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program. If, at any time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician. Follow your physician's recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program. Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwe ar , such a s running, wal king, or crosstraining shoes. Be sure that they fit well, provide foot support and feature non-skid rubber soles. Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or a ssembling the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike, loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury. The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike should not be used by persons weighing over 250 pounds. The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike should be used by only one person at a time. The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike is for consumer use only. It is not for use in public or semipublic facilities.

HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART
This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers, the end of the bolts, or screws on the circles to check for the corre ct diameter. Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts and screws.
NOTICE: The length of all bolts and screws except those with flat hea ds is
measured from below the head to the end of the bolt or screw. Flat head bolts and screws are measured from the top of the head to the end of the bolt or screw.

All hardware are already atta ched to the parts. After unpacking the unit, make sure that you have all the following items on the parts.

STEP 1
There is a "R" decal on one end of the FRONT STABILIZER(4), the one with the MOVING WHEELS(48). Attach the FRONT STABILIZER(4) to the MAIN FRAME(1) with the wheels face to front a nd the "R" decal end at right side, then secure with CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x60mm)(56), ARC WASHERS(M8)(74), and ACORN NUTS(M8x1.25)(69).
STEP 2
Attach the REAR ST ABILIZER(3) onto the REAR FRAME(2) with CARRIAGE BOL TS(M8x1.25x60mm)(56), ARC WASHERS(M8)(74), a nd ACOR N NUTS(M8x1.25)(69). NOTE:

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materi als from your area a nd pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materi als until a ssembly is completed. Read e a ch step carefully before beginning. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
You can adjust the LEVELING CAPS(50) on the REAR STABILIZER(3) to keep the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike stable.

before any a ssembly . These parts are only f or packing, do not dispose of the packing materi als until assembly is completed.
STEP 3
Store the PULL PIN(47) by inserting the pin into the hole in the REAR FRAME(2).
