physicia n to see if you require a complete physical exam. This is espe cially i mportant if you
are over the age of 35, have never exercised before, are pregnant, or suffer from any

WARNING:
Read all warnings posted on the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike.
The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike should only be used after a thorough review of the Owner's Manual.
We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
Keep children away from the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Do not allow children to use or play on
the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. Keep children and pets away from the INTONE Folding
Recumbent Bike when it is in use.
It is recommended that you place this exercise equipment on an equipment mat.
Set up and operate the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike on a solid level surface. Do not position the
INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and around the INTONE Folding Recumbent
Bike.
Adjust the Leveling Caps(50) on the Re ar Sta bilizer(3) so that the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike sits
on the floor without rocking.
Inspect the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike for worn or loose components prior to use. T ighten/replace
any worn or loose components prior to using the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike.
Each user should adjust the seat per instructions on page 11.
Make sure the Seat Frame(5) is locked properly by the Adjustment Knob(41) located on the Main Frame(1).
Make sure the Ba ck Support(6) is locked properly by the Pegs on the Seat Fra me(5) and the Locking Knob(45).
Make sure the Rear Frame(2) is locked properly by the Pull Pin(47) when in storage.
Keep fingers clear of all pinch points when folding and unfolding the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike.
Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program. If at any time during exercise you feel faint,
dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician.
Follow your physician's recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program.
Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your limits and
train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike.
Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear proper footwear such as running, walking, or cross
training shoes that fit well, provide foot support, and feature non-skid rubber soles.
Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or a ssembling the INTONE Folding
Recumbent Bike; loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike should not be used by persons weighing over 250 pounds.
The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike should be used by only one person at a time.
The INTONE Folding Recumbent Bike is for consumer use only. It is not for use in public or semipublic
facilities.

HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART
This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the a ssembly process. Pla ce the washers or the
ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to check for the correct di ameter. Use the small scale to check the
length of the bolts and screws.
NOTICE: The length of all bolts and screws, except those with flat heads,
is mea sured from below the hea d to the end of the bolt or screw .
Flat head bolts and screws are measured from the top of the
head to the end of the bolt or screw.

After unpacking the unit, open the hardware bag and make sure that you have all the following items.
Some hardware may be already attached to the part.

STEP 1
The FRONT STABILIZER(4) has two MOVING WHEELS(48) with an "R" decal on one end. Attach the
FRONT ST ABILIZER(4) to the MAIN FRAME(1) with the wheels facing front and the "R" decal at the right
side as shown in the illustration. Secure with the CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8x1.25x60mm)(56), ARC
WASHERS(M8)(74), a nd ACOR N NUTS(M8x1.25)(69).
STEP 2
Attach the REAR ST ABILIZER(3) to the REAR FRAME(2) with CARRIAGE BOL TS(M8x1.25x60mm)(56),
ARC WASHERS(M8)(74), a nd ACOR N NUTS(M8x1.25)(69).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
You can adjust the LEVELING CAPS(50) on the REAR STABILIZER(3) to keep the INTONE
Folding Recumbent Bike stable.

NOTE: Remove the FIXING TUBES, W ASHERS, and NUTS from MAIN FRAME(1) and REAR FRAME(2)
before any a ssembly . These parts are only f or packing, do not dispose of the packing materi als
until assembly is completed.
STEP 3
Store the PULL PIN(47) by inserting the pin into the hole in the REAR FRAME(2).
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all
packing materi als from your area a nd pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materi als
until a ssembly is completed. Read e a ch step carefully before beginning. If you are missing a part please call
