HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART

This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers, the
end of the bolts, or screws on the circles to check for the corre ct di ameter. Use the small scale to check the
length of the bolts and screws.

NOTICE: The length of all bolts and screws except those with flat hea ds is

measured from below the head to the end of the bolt or screw.
Flat head bolts and screws are measured from the top of the
head to the end of the bolt or screw.

After unpacking the unit, open the hardware bag and make sure that you have all the following items.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all
packing materi als from your area a nd pla ce the m ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materi als
until a ssembly is completed. Read e a ch step carefully before beginning. If you are missing a part please call

NOTE: We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
STEP 1

Refer to illustration 1. To connect the RAILS: Insert the CONNECTING BRACKETS(11) into the FRONT
LEFT RAIL(7) and FRONT RIGHT RAIL(8) a nd secure with BUTTON HEAD BOL TS(M8x1.25x10mm)(55).

Do not tighten the bolts until STEP 2.

STEP 2

Insert the CONNECTING BRACKETS(1 1) into the REAR LEFT RAIL(9) a nd REAR RIGHT RAIL(10) and
secure with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x10mm)(55). Tighten all of the bolts.

STEP 3

Refer to illustration 2. There is an "A" de cal on the STOP BRACKET A(23) and a "B" decal on the STOP
BRACKET B(24). Move the CARRIAGE(26) toward the REAR BRACE(12). Attach the STOP BRACKET
A(23) to the FRONT RIGHT RAIL(8) with BUTTON HEAD BOL TS(M8x1.25x24mm)(57). Atta ch the STOP
BRACKET B(24) to the FRONT LEFT RAIL(7) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M8x1.25x24mm)(57).
