DESCRIPTION
The TURBOSWITCH "R" is an ultra high performance diode.
This TURBOSWITCH family, which drastically cuts losses in associated MOSFET when run at high dIF/dt, is suited for HF OFF-Line SMPS and DC/DC converters.
