Fitting Instructions

GB

1. Using the GA6 as a template, drill through the four holes with a 10mm concrete

drill 10mm deep.

2. Remove the GA6, then re-drill the four holes with a 16mm diameter concrete
drill 90mm deep.

3. Clear dust from prepared holes in concrete.

4. Unscrew the 4 shields from the security bolt, tap these shields down into the

holes using a hammer, making sure that the shield arms point towards the
bottom of the holes.

5. Line up your GA6 with the holes, take your security bolts and put a line of glue
along the thread.

6. Screw each bolt into the shields and tighten evenly to a torque of 25-30lbs.

7. Take the 4 x 6mm balls and hammer each one into the hexagon socket of the

security bolts.

Instrucciones de instalación

1. Utilizar el GA6 como plantilla y hacer cuatro taladros con una broca para

hormigón de 10mm con 10mm de profundidad.

2. Retirar el GA6, luego volver a perforar los cuatro taladros con una broca para
hormigón de 16mm con 90mm de profundidad.

3. Limpiar el polvo de los taladros hechos en el hormigón.

4. Desenroscar las cuatro camisas de los tornillos de seguridad e introducirlas en

1. En utilisant le GA6 comme gabarit, percez les quatre trous de 10 mm de

2. Retirez le GA6, puis re-percez les quatre trous avec une perceuse à béton de 16
mm de diamètre et 90 mm de profondeur.

3. Enlevez la poussière des trous préparés dans le béton.

4. Dévissez les 4 protections du boulon de sécurité, enfoncez-les dans les trous à

l'aide d'un marteau et assurez-vous que les bras de protection sont dirigés vers le
bas des trous.

5. Alignez votre GA6 avec les trous, prenez vos boulons de sécurité et déposez une
ligne de colle le long du filetage.

6. Vissez chaque boulon dans les blindages et serrez uniformément à un couple de
25 à 30 lbs (35 à 40 N.m).

1. Boor met behulp van de GA6 als sjabloon door de vier gaten heen met een

3. Verwijder het stof uit de voorbereide gaten in het beton.

4. Schroef de 4 schilden los van de veiligheidsbout, tik deze schilden met een

hamer in de gaten en zorg ervoor dat de schildvleugels richting het einde van
de gaten wijzen.

5. Leg de GA6 in lijn met de gaten, pak de veiligheidsbouten en breng een
lijmlijn aan langs de schroefdraad.

6. Schroef elke bout in de schilden en draai ze gelijkmatig aan met een koppel
van 25-30 pond.

IT

1. Utilizzando il GA6 come modello, servirsi di una punta da cemento da 10mm

per praticare quattro fori a una profondità di 10mm.

2. Rimuovere il GA6, quindi allargare i fori con una punta da cemento del
diametro di 16 mm a una profondità di 90mm.

3. Rimuovere la polvere dai fori effettuati nel cemento.

4. Svitare i 4 ancoranti dai bulloni di sicurezza, inserire gli ancoranti nei fori con

l'aiuto di un martello e assicurarsi che le linguette degli ancoranti puntino
verso la parte inferiore dei fori.

5. Allineare il GA6 ai fori, prendere i bulloni di sicurezza e posizionareun filo di
colla lungo la filettatura.

6. Avvitare ogni bullone nel rispettivo ancorante e serrare uniformemente,
applicando una forza di 11-13 kg.
