
To Charge the Camera
1. Make sure the On-O switch is in the O position.
2. Plug in the mini USB cable to the hat, and plug in the
other end into the computer.
3. The green LED next to the light will turn on to show
that the camera is charging.
4. When the camera is finished charging, the green light
will turn o.
Operating the Camera
1. To use the camera, first, slide the On-O switch to the
On position.
2. On the remote, press and hold the power button to
put the unit into stand-by mode. You will feel a vibration in the hat, and the green light will stay on.
3. Press and hold the button on the remote for about
one second. You should feel the hat give 5-6 short
vibrations and the light will flash 5-6 times, then turn
o.
4. To stop recording, press the button on the remote
and hold it for about one second. You should feel the
hat give 2-3 short vibrations and the light will blink
2-3 times. This means the video is being recorded on
internal memory.
5. If you do not begin recording within 10 seconds of
putting the hat in stand-by mode, the device will turn
o again. You will have to press and hold the button
on the remote to enter stand-by mode again.

Viewing Videos
1. Make sure the On-O switch is in the O position.
2. Plug in the mini USB cable to the hat, and plug in the
other end into the computer.
3. If you inserted the USB cable properly, you should
see an option for “Camera” under My Computer (Windows) or on the Desktop (Mac). The device can be
accessed as a removable storage device and does not
need drivers.
4. Video files will appear in the DCIM\DSCIM folder.
5. Please be sure to properly eject your device by clicking on “Safely Remove Device” in the system tray and
choosing the camera (Windows) or by clicking and
dragging the device to the trash can (Mac).
