SPRINGWATER'S new IRON CRAFTER is the first rrlpjor change in iron worker design since they were originated. The
addition of the bending capability incorporates another valuable metal working function into this truly all-purpose
machine. Wherever metal is fabricated, this machine will promptly pay for itself in labor savings and improved
fabricating capability.
Versatile In addition to bending, the IRON CRAFTER
shear, punch, press, notch and cope.
Easy to Operate Infinite stroke control allows operator to
use only the length of stroke necessary to perform the in
tended operation, and gives the operator the ability to
repeat each stroke with accuracy.
Operator can stop, hold or return the IRON-CRAFTER'S
stroke at any time during the cycle. This feature can save
considerable time during set-up operations and save costly
damage to precision punches and dies.
The IRON CRAFTER will operate in either a horizontal or
vertcial position. The operator has a choice of position
depending on the type of material and the job being per
formed. Changing positions is fast and simple since there
are no bolts or pins to remove or replace.
Safe Smooth hydraulic operation eliminates shock that is
typical of mechanical machines. The IRON CRAFTER cannot
be damaged by overloading because an automatic by-pass
valve stalls the machine immediately to prevent damage to
the machine or tools.
