Before You Begin
What is included
When you open your package, there should
be two items inside of the box:
1. one wireless DMX transmitter/ receiver

2. one power supply
*If any of these items is damaged or missing,
please contact Springtree Media Group immediately!

Safety precautions
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock or re, do not expose this unit to moisture.
• Be sure that the local power outlet matches that of the required voltage for your unit
• Do not attempt to operate this unit if the power cord has been frayed or broken. Do not attempt
to remove or break o the ground prong from the electrical cord. This prong is used to
reduce the risk of electrical shock and re in case of an internal short.
• Do not remove the cover under any conditions. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
• Always be sure to mount this unit in an area that will allow proper ventilation. Allow about 6”
(15cm) between this device and a wall.
• This product is intended for indoor use ONLY.
• Keep this manual for as long as you own this product!

Product Information
Description
The Springtree Wireless DMX512 transmitter/ receiv-
er transmits standard DMX512 protocol data wirelessly.
The transmitter/ receiver is very easy to use and can be
set up within minutes. The transmitter has xlr male and
the receiver has xlr female(picture below).
Features
• 16 individual ID codes
• Three pin XLR
• DMX512 protocol
• 2.4ghz frequency band

Operation
1. Power up the transmitter/ receiver by connecting the power supply.
2. Connect the transmitter to the DMX source.
3. Connect the receiver to the desired xture.
4. Press ID Key to indicate the ID setting.
5. Press ID Key again to set ID. (this ID needs to match on both the transmitter and
receiver.)
6. Once DMX is being received the ID will go blank and a light on the display will ash.

Troubleshooting
Listed below are a few common problems that you may encounter
when using this product:
Unit not responding to DMX:
1. Check that both, the transmitter and receivers are powered up.
2. Check that the wireless ID is a match on the transmitter and receiver.
3. Check that the transmitter is connected to the DMX out of the controller and
the receiver is connected to the DMX in of the xture.
