Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Sie haben sich zum
Kauf eines Voleyball-Pfostens entschlossen.
Die Anlage wird kpl. montiert geliefert, daher
hier nur einige Hinweise zum Einbetonieren
der Bodenhülsen und Gebrauchshinweise.
Hinweise zum Einbetonieren der
Bodenhülsen:
1. Die Bodenhülsen gem. Zeichnung
einbauen. Wir empfehlen, daß diese
negativ mit 1° Neigung nach außen
gesetzt werden.
2. Verwenden Sie beim Einbetonieren der
Bodenhülsen keine Schnellabbinde-
oder Frost- Schutzmittel, da diese
Zusätze zu Beschädigungen der Boden hülsen führen können.
3. Wenn die Anlage bei Spielfeldern mit
Kunststoffbelägen eingesetzt wird,
müssen die Bodenhülsen entsprechend
gekürzt werden, oder aber spezielle
Bodenhülsen für Kunststoffbeläge
eingesetzt werden.

Congratulations! You decided to buy an
original Volleyball upright unit.
This unit is delivered completely mounted.
As such this manual only contains instructions
on how to concrete the ground sockets into the
floor and instructions for use.
Indications to concrete ground sockets:
1. Mount ground sockets according to the
drawing. We recommend to place them
negative-going by about 1° declination
to the outside.
2. Do not apply an acceleration mixture or
antifreeze as these additives may cause
damage to the sockets.
3. If the court is finished with a synthetic
surface the ground sockets will need to be
shortened accordingly, or ground sockets
designed specifically with this in mind should
be used.
Tensioning of the net:
Use the flexible crank mounted at the tensioning
device to tension the net.

Vous avez décidé d’acheter l’équipement de
Volleyball et nous vous souhaitons beaucoup de
joie.
L’équipement est fourni complètement monté
et pour cela nous vous donnons seulement
quelques renseignements pour
bétonner les manchons et pour l’emploi.
Renseignements pour bétonner des
manchons:
1. Monter les manchons selon l’esquisse.
Nous recommandons de les fixer néga tivement à l’extérieur avec une inclinai son de 1 dégrée.
2. N’emplover pas d’accélérateur de prise
ou de solution antiréfrigérante parce
que ces adjuvants peuvent endommanger
les manchons.
3. Les manchons sont à raccourcir confor mément si l’équipement est appliqué sur
des terrains plastiques ou si des manchons
spéciaux pour des terrain plastiques sont
utilisés.

Spannen des Netzes:
Das Spannen des Netzes erfolgt mit der an der
Spannvorrichtung angebrachten Gelenkkurbel.
Achten Sie beim Spannen des Netzes bitte
unbedingt darauf, daß die Gelenkkurbel nicht
zu steil gestellt wird. Wenn dieses der Fall ist
sperrt das Kreuzgelenk, da beide Gelenkhälften
gegeneinander schlagen. Dieses führt bei
hohem Kraftaufwand zum Bruch des Kreuzgelenkes und der Gelenkkurbel.
Sicherheits-Hinweis / Lagerung:
Die Lagerung der Pfosten hat waagerecht auf
einer Ablagekonsole oder aber auf einem
speziellen Ablagewagen zu erfolgen.
Vor Entnahme von der Lagervorrichtung
unbedingt darauf achten, daß die Feststellschrauben der Spann-/Haltevorrichtung fest
angezogen sind, damit sich die Spann-/Haltevorrichtung beim Einsetzen in die Bodenhülsen nicht lösen kann.
Wartungshinweise:
Bitte unbedingt beachten, daß alle Schraubverbindungen von Zeit zu Zeit überprüft und ggf.
nachgezogen werden müssen.
Die Spindel der Spannvorrichtung ist werksseitig eingefettet, damit die Mutter für das
Netzseil einwandfrei auf der Spindel läuft und
When tensioning the net pay attention that the
flexible crank is not set too steep. In this case
the universal joint blocks, as both crank parts
are hitting against each other. This may cause a
break of the universal joint and the flexible
crank.
Safety advice/storage:
Storage of the uprights has to be effected
horizontally on a board or on a special trolley.
When using the uprights pay attention that the
fixing screws of the tensioning/holding device
are fastened tightly so that the they cannot work
themselves loose during the installation into the
ground sockets.
Maintenance instructions:
Please ensure to check the screw fixtures from
time to time and if necessary retighten them.
The spindle of the tensioning device is greased
to guarantee a free running of the nut for the net
rope on the spindle. Make sure that the spindle
is always greased.
Warning:
Before use check if all connections are secure
and reinspect them from time to time.
Bander le filet:
Pour bander le filet prendre la manivelle
articulée montée au dispositif de tension.
Faire attention que la manivelle articulée n’est
pas posée trop raide. Dans ce cas le joint
universel bloque étant donné que les deux
parties de la manivelle battent l’une contre
l’autre. Cela peut causer une rupture du joint
universel et de la manivelle articulée.
Instruction de sécurité/stockage :
Le stockage des poteaux doit être effectué
horizentalement sur un récepteur ou sur un
chariot spécial.
Avant le montage des poteaux dans les
manchons faire attention que les vis de fixation
du dispositif de tension sont serrées pour que le
dispositif de tension soit fixé.
Instructions d’entretien:
Les raccords à vis doivent être inspectés de
temps en temps et fixés s’il le faut.
Le pivot du dispositif de tension est graissé pour
que l’écrou pour la corde du filet roule
parfaitement sur le pivot. Faire attention qu’il y
a toujours assez de graisse sur le pivot.
