Installation Instructions
WARNING!
Disconnect power before installation or servicing. Install, operate and maintain to meet all applicable codes. Labeled ballast voltage must match supply voltage. Protect all wiring connections with approved insulators (by others). Supply wire temperature rating must comply with that on label affixed to fixture. Insure that all internal wiring, excluding lead wires from reflector assembly, does not contract reflector assembly or ballast due to high temperatures. Insure that all retaining hardware is securely tightened.
SLTC TENNIS SYSTEM
SYSTEM, ARMS AND BRACKETS INSTALLATION
A
Pre-Installation
1. Remove lens door and set aside. To remove lens door, only loosen the retaining screwing, hinge door open and disengage from hinge brackets at ends of door.
2. Remove lamp (if supplied) from reflector compartment and set aside.
3. Remove ballast compartment barrier by only loosening the retaining screws.
4. Verify the fixture wiring (including PCR if provided) matches the supply voltage. When multi-tap ballast is supplied, the fixture is wired to the highest voltage.
5. Verify reflector orientation.
The reflector assembly is fully rotatable 360° by 90° increments.
Installation
1. Guide the electrical supply wires from the pole/structure through the mounting accessory and into the fixture during installation.
2. Install mounting accessory and fixture per installation instructions supplied
with the accessory.
3. If this fixture requires a removable power panel, see the instructions supplied with the power panel.
4. Make wiring connections
Final Assembly
1. Re-install the ballast compartment barrier.
2. Install proper lamp.
3. Re-install lens door.

WARNING!
Due to a danger of damaging supply wires, any holes drilled into these poles, arms, or mounting brackets must be drilled BEFORE supply wire is pulled.
Single Arm Assembly (Not requiring SLTC mounting bracket)
1. Place arm tenon (A) into pole top (L) and loosely install three set screws (I).
2. Install fixture on arm (refer to instruction sheet supplied with fixture).
3. Rotate fixture to proper final alignment on pole and alternately tighten set screws to center arm in pole.
4. Using holes in pole as a guide, drill two 9/16” diameter holes through arm tenon at locations (J).
5. Install 1/2” bolt (K), lock washer, and nut at location (J).
6. Securely tighten all hardware.

Dual and Quad Arm Assembly
1. Place mounting bracket tenon (D) into pole top (L) and loosely install three set screws (I).
2. Place arm tenons (A) into mounting bracket, align holes and install thoughbolts (C) and set screws (B).
3. Install fixtures on arms (refer to instruction sheet provided with fixtures).
4. Rotate mounting bracket and fixtures to proper final alignment on pole and tighten set screws to center mounting bracket in pole.
5. Using holes in pole as a guide, drill two 9/16” diameter holes through mounting bracket at locations (J).
6. Install 1/2” bolt (K), lock washer, and nut at location (J).
7. Securely tighten all hardware. Note: Setscrews (B) are for fixture leveling only.
8. Wrap shroud (E) around fitter bracket and bend tabs (H) through slots (G) to secure.
9. Bend tabs (F) down on top of mounting bracket top plate.
