Twopersonsarerecommendedtoassemblethetreadmill.Toavoidback
strain,andtoensuresafetytotheunitandyourself,wesuggestyouavoid liftingtherunningbedassemblyfrombox.Insteaddropthesidesofthe boxandslidethetreadmillfromthecontainerratherthanliftingit.

Whenyouremovethetreadmillfromitsbox,firstchecktomakesurealloftheparts arepresent.Then,readthroughtheassemblyinstructionsbeforeyoubegin.
1.Tipthetreadmillonitsside.Makesuretherunningbeltisinpositioninthetracks
oftheBeltAlignmentGuidesontheundersideofthemachine.(SeeFig.1).Be suretoremoveanddisposeofshippingblockslocatedalongthesideofthebed andremovedfromtheunderside.
