4.Onewaterbottleholder
Twopersonsarerecommendedtoassemblethetreadmill.Toavoidback strain,andtoensuresafetytotheunitandyourself,wesuggestyouavoid liftingtherunningbedassemblyfrombox.Instead,laythetreadmilldown, dropthesidesoftheboxandslidethetreadmillfromthecontainerrather thanliftingit.
Thepackingforthistreadmillwasdesignedtoprotectitduring
shipment,pleasestoretheoriginalpackaginginasafeplaceincase youneedtoshiptheunitinthefuture.

Whenyouremovethetreadmillfromitsbox,firstchecktomakesurealloftheparts arepresent.Then,readthroughtheassemblyinstructionsbeforeyoubegin.
1.Laythetreadmillonitsside.Makesuretherunningbeltisinpositioninthetracks oftheBeltAlignmentGuidesontheundersideofthemachine.(seeFig.1).
