Beforeusingyour3250Treadmill,werecommendthatyoufamiliarizeyourselfwith thisOwner'sManual.Whetheryouareafirsttimeuserofexerciseequipmentora seasoned"pro",understandingthecorrectuseoftheequipmentwillenhanceyour abilitytoachieveyourexercisegoalssafelyandsuccessfully.Belowisthedrawing ofthe3250treadmill.

Readthisowner'smanualandfollowtheinstructionscontainedherein.
Twopersonsarerecommendedtoassemblethetreadmill.Toavoidback strain,andtoensuresafetytotheunitandyourself,wesuggestyouavoid liftingtherunningbedassemblyfrombox. Instead,laythetreadmilldown,dropthesidesoftheboxandslidethe treadmillfromthecontainerratherthanliftingit.
Thepackingforthistreadmillwasdesignedtoprotectitduring shipment,pleasestoretheoriginalpackaginginasafeplaceincase youneedtoshiptheunitinthefuture.
Beforeassemblingyourtreadmill,makesurethatyouhaveallfollowingitems:

StepByStepInstructions
Whenyouremovethetreadmillfromitsbox,firstchecktomakesurealloftheparts arepresent.Then,readthroughtheassemblyinstructionsbeforeyoubegin.
1.Laythetreadmillonitsside.Makesuretherunningbeltisinpositioninthetracks oftheBeltAlignmentGuidesontheundersideofthemachine.(seeFig.1).
2.Insertthetwofrontpostsintotheirrespectivesocketsandsecurewithfourbolts andwashersprovidedoneachside.(seeFig.2).

3.Assemblethesidehandrailsusingtwoboltsandwashersprovidedoneachside. DONOTTIGHTENYET(seeFig.3).
Next,attachthebottomofthehandrailswithhandrailclampstothetreadmill framesecurewithoneboltoneachside.Then,tightentheupperhandrailsbolts securely.
Ifyourtreadmillisequippedwithhandtouchrate,pleaseconnectbothwires(see Fig.3-1)oneachhandrailsfirstly.
Thenassemblethesidehandrailsusingtwoboltsandwashersprovidedoneach side.DONOTTIGHTENYET.
Next,attachthebottomofthehandrailswithhandrailclampstothetreadmill frame,securewithoneboltoneachside.Finally,tightentheupperhandrails boltssecurely.(seeFig.3-1)
