DA Converter and Preamplier

The Director is a reference stereo preamplier with an extraor-

dinary DA converter designed in VOLTAiR technology.

The Director is the heart of the stereo to which all compo-

nents are being connected: the phono preamplier, the CD

player –digitally or analog–, the computer or media player via

USB, the headphone and power ampliers.

Volume is controlled in the analog domain to avoid shrinking

bit resolution at lower listening levels. Both volume and

source selection can be controlled with any IR remote.

RIAA Phono Preamplier

Phonos is a phono preamplier designed in VOLTAiR tech-

nology for record players using either moving magnet (MM) or

moving coil (MC) cartridges.

The equalization curve is according to RIAA and suitable for

all vinyl records since 1954. The RIAA equalizer is as designed

by Douglas Self.

With up to 70 dB of gain for MC cartridges and 51 dB of gain

for MM cartridges Phonos belongs to the most powerful

phono preampliers.

Headphone Amplier and Preamplier

The Phonitor x is the ultimate amplier designed in VOLTAiR

technology for headphones operated both balanced and

unbalanced.

The Phonitor Matrix delivers the most realistic playback on

headphones. As almost all music was mixed for speaker play-

back the Phonitor Matrix lets you experience music on head-

phones as being played back through speakers.

The Phonitor x is also a mastering-grade preamplier that can

drive power ampliers or active monitors.

Headphone Amplier

The Phonitor e is a straight-forward and powerful headphone

amplier designed in VOLTAiR technology. Its feature set is

reduced to the essential: ampliers for balanced and unbal-

anced headphones, analog volume control, source selection

und Phonitor Matrix.

The Phonitor Matrix is condensed into two presets repre-

senting their most common settings. As almost all music was

mixed for speaker playback the Phonitor Matrix lets you expe-

rience music on headphones as being played back through

speakers.

Power Amplier

The Performer s800 amplier is an ultra-compact power

amplier. Thanks to the VOLTAiR technology this power ampli-

er has absolute control over the speakers up to their load

limits.

In stereo operation this bi-polar transistor power amplier

delivers up to 2 x 285 W into 4 Ω speakers. In bridge mode it

delivers 450 W into a 4 or 8 Ω speaker.

The Performer s800 is an entirely analog design which

delivers a more natural sound compared to digital ampliers

or ampliers with switching power supplies.
