Spicer Light Axle Parts catalog for Jeep, X510-6DSD, dated January 1997, contains
misprints that need t o be corrected. P lease make the following changes to your
catalogs.

Model 44 rear, variable parts section, pages 98-102, “seal - inboard shaft,” line
#25:

Th e following base B ills o f Material do not use an inboard shaft seal. (The catalog
states that they do.)

The inner parts kit for the following Bills of Material is 707099X (page 96):

Kit number 73611X (used in 707115X): Historically, our engineering records have
shown that this could only be us ed for limited slip , 3 .7 3 and do wn a pplications . This
has changed and this kit can be used with 4.10 and down gear ratios.
