Fluorescence Analysis Cabinets
CC-81
Manual No. AM11028 Printed in U.S.A. Issued: September 2011
INTRODUCTION
The Spectroline CC-80 and CC-81 cabinets are specially designed for efficient fluorescence analysis. Both units come equipped with a 25-watt internal white light source, while the CC-81 is additionally supplied with the Spectroline ENF-280C 365/254nm 8-watt UV lamp.
For a list of E-Series lamp models that work with either the CC-80 or CC-81 cabinets, please visit www.spectroline.com. Choose from the available 8-watt lamps listed under "E-Series Ultraviolet Hand-Held Lamps."
For greater epillumination options, these cabinets may be used with one or two Spectroline E-Series UV lamps that are available in 254nm, 312nm or 365nm, or a combination of these wavelengths. For higher UV intensity and increased fluorescent contrast with transillumination, these units may be placed over a wide range of Spectroline UV transilluminators.
