This document lists European countries that
have been notied of this product and details
product restrictions and limitations in EU countries and other European nations.

Most EU and other European countries have made the 2.4 and 5 GHz
bands available for the use of wireless LANs. Table 1 provides an overview of the regulatory requirements in general that are applicable for the
2.4 and 5 GHz bands.
Certain countries have additional restrictions and/or requirements.
However, the requirements for any country may evolve. SpectraLink
recommends that you check with local authorities for the latest status of
their national regulations for both 2.4 and 5 GHz wireless LANs.

Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) and Transmit Power Control (TPC) is required in
the 5250–5350 MHz and 5470–5725 MHz frequency range.
The following countries have additional requirements or restrictions.
Denmark
In Denmark, the band 5150–5350 MHz is also allowed for outdoor
usage.
France
For 2.4 GHz, the output power is restricted to 10 mW EIRP when the
product is used outdoors in the band 2454–2483.5 MHz. There are
no restrictions when used in other parts of the 2.4 GHz band. Check

Italy
This product meets the National Radio Interface and the requirements
in the National Frequency Allocation Table for Italy. Operating wireless
equipment requires a “general authorization” unless it is operated within
the boundaries of the owner’s property. Please check with http://www.
