1) First, guiding tube (16) cross the hole of the support plate for protector (27).
Then cross the hole of the rear stabilizer (2). The guiding tube (16) and rear
stabilizer (2) is locked by flat washer (101) and bolt (114) Moreover, the
support plate for protector (27) and rear stabilizer (2) is locked by flat washer
(101) and bolt (110).
2) The main frame (1) is fixed on rear stabilizer (2) with flat washer (101) and
bolt (104). the other side is initially fixed by fixing plate (65), and then fixing
plate (65) is fixed on the rear stabilizer (2) with a flat washer (101) and a
nylon nut (102).
3) The buffer nest (39) into the guiding tube (16)

1) (A) Put lower weigbt plate (47) into guiding tube (16). Tbe weigbt selector (18)
nest into lower weigbt plate (47). And tben tbe weigbt selector (18) nest into
tbe bole of tbe lower weigbt plate (47) fixed by pin (53) and flat wasber (54)
finally, tbe upper weigbt plate (46) nest into the guiding tube (16), assemble
tbe flat washer (54)
2) Tbe weight selector ball pin can select (24) the quantity you want
3) Lock tbe front stabilizer (5) on main frame.(l), fixed by connect plate (19),
flat washer (101), bolt (103), flat washer (101) and bolt (100). The otber side is
fixed by flat washer (101) and nylon nut (102).
4) Lock tbe pedal (10) on front stabilizer (5), fixed by flat washer (101), nylon
nut (102), the other side is fixed by flat washer (101) and bolt (100).

1) Lock the seat. First, put seat (49) on upper beam (4). fixed by flat washer (101)
and bolt (109).
2) The seat support (6) nest into main frame (1). Then lock the front vertical
support (3) on main frame (1), fixed by flat washer (101), the opposite side
fixed by fixing plate (65), flat washer (101) and nylon nut (102).
3) Fix tbe bead saddle (59) by flat washer (101) and bolt (103).
4) Fix the paddle back by flat wasber (101) and bolt (103).

2) Lock the upper beam (4) on front vertical support (3), fixed by flat washer

3) Lock tbe support plate for protect (28) on upper beam (4), fixed by flat
washer (101) and bolt (104).
4) The guiding tube (16) nest into upper beam (4) fixed by flat washer (101) and
(bolt (114).
Step 5
1) Lock the press tube (9) on upper beam (4), fixed by flat wasber (101) and bolt
(113).
2) Stick buffer (38) on tbe middle of press tube (9).
3) Lock left butterfly arm (7) and rigbt butterfly arm (8) on press tube (9), fixed
by allon bolt (105).
Step 6
1) The foam (44) nest on leg extension (11). The foam (44) nest on foam roll
axles (14)
2) The foam roll axles (14) crossed the seat support
(6).
3) Lock the ankle on left butterfly arm and right butterfly arm (8) with spacer
bushing (31), flat washer (101) and bolt (114). Moreover, the upper side of
ankle strap (15) locks on the handlebar protector cover (22) of the right and
left butterfly arm (7) separately.

1) (A) The cable (50) round the flat pulley (57), and tbe flat pulley (57) is fixed
on tbe upper beam (4) witb spacer busbing (60) and nylon nut (102), spacer
busbing (60) and bolt (103).
2) (B) Lock raised pulley (56) on tbe press tube (9), fixed by flat wasber (101)
and nylon nut (102).
3) (C) The cable (50) round the flat pulley (57), tben put flat pulley (57) on the
front vertical support (3), and fixed by spacer busbing (60) and nylon nut
(103), spacer busbing (60) and bolt (103).
4) (D) Lock raised pulley (56) on the single pulley support (20), fixed by cable
guidance plate (41), plastic ring for cable guidance (42), flat wasber (101) and

5) Cable (51) round flat pulley (57), tben put tbe ßat pulley (57) on the upper
beam (4), fixed by spacer busbing (60) and nylon nut (102), spacer busbing
(60) and bolt (103).

(down) for reference.

plastic ring for cable guidance (42), flat wasber (101) and nylon nut (102).
