High Speed AP Router
Under the IEEE 802.11g technology, WX-6615 is a wireless high speed router from SparkLAN. Operating in 2.4GHz, 802.11g is
backward compatible with 802.11b. Thanks to the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (ODFM) modulation technology,
802.11g surpasses 802.11b's Complementary Code Keying (CCK) and speed up data transmission up to 54Mbps. WX-6615 also
enables high data rate multi-media application, f or e xample, DVD stream transmission and broadband bandwidth control / management
and results in a higher performance of high speed Wireless LAN network. WX-6615, Wireless Access Point, allows user to connect
802.11g and/or 802.11b devices to the network. There is a built-in 4-ports full duplex 10/100 Switch to connect user's wired Ethernet
devices. It also allows user network to share a high speed cable or DSL Internet connection. Security wise, WX-6615 employs WEP
Encryption, MAC address filtering, and also supports VPN pass-through. Its NAT technology is used to protect against Internet
intruders. It can also be used as a DHCP Server. With WX-6615 at home or office, you can enjoy a more efficient, flexible and
secured network experience.
