CAUTION: TO AVOI D BATTERY
LEAKAG E OF AA BATTERIES FOR
TRANSM ITTER
• Use AA bat teries for transmit ter.
• Make sure the batteries are inserted with
correct polarity and follow the battery
manufacturer’s instructions.
• After u se, remove the batteries f rom
the transmi tter to store.
• Do not at tempt to short-circuit ,
charge, dis assemble or heat batte ries.
Do not dispos e of batteries in re or
get them wet.
• If batte ry uid contacts your eye s, skin
or clothes, im mediately wash them
with water and co nsult a doctor.
• Do not mix n ew and old batteries
together in the t ransmitter.
Precaut ions Befor e Flight
Depending o n ight conditions or du e to
improper co ntrol, ying a helicopte r can
be hazard ous, resulting in unfore seen
accidents s uch as bodily injury a nd
propert y damage. The helicop ter
operator sh all be held responsibl e for
such an accid ent.
WARNING S DURI NG PLAYING
• After u se, store the helicopter in a
place out of the r each of children 3
years old or you nger.
• To avoid hazard s from improper use,
this helicop ter is not intended for
children un der 14 years old. Adult
supervi sion is required.
• Make sure yo u have plenty of open
space in all di rections. Fly the
helicopter i n a safe area away from
people, pet s, etc.
• Do not y th e helicopter toward a per
-
son; otherwise, an injury may occur.
• Do not stor e the helicopter near a
heater or any pl ace where the
temperatur e rises (e.g., a closed up
car in summe r).
• Do not y th e helicopter on windy days
or in bad weathe r conditions.
• Fly the hel icopter away from roads,
railways and powe r lines. Avoid
crowded and na rrow areas.
• If the heli copter gets stuck in a tree,
building or p ower line, do not climb to
retrieve it. Co ntact the owner or the
power company i n such a case.
• Do not bri ng your face or hands near
the rotor. For safety, you are r ecommended to wear g oggles.
• Do not use the helicopter if it is irrepara
-
bly damaged.
• When the h elicopter is in ight, adu lt
supervi sion is required.
• Do not touc h charging terminals
(i.e., the metal pa rt) on the helicopter
body or the cha rger.
• The heli copter is intended for outd oor
use only.
• Do not poi nt the transmitter ante nna
toward a perso n or animal’s head,
otherwis e, an unforeseen accid ent
may occur. Also, do no t bend
the antenna.
• Never at tempt to disassemble or
modify the h elicopter.
• Do not ben d or pull the components
with a strong fo rce.
• Do not ope rate the helicopter with th e
main rotor loc ked.
• Do not dro p or smash the batterie s,
transmit ter or charger. Otherwi se, the
charging po rt, charger, batterie s or
transmit ter may be damaged.
• When ch arging is complete, remove
the charger c onnector from the char ging port on t he helicopter, then unplug
the charger f rom the wall outlet.
• Check if a nearby transmitter is produc
ing interference or signals with the same
frequency. In such a case, move to
another place or wait until the other user
has nished operating his/her vehicle.

Handlin g of Li-Po Bat teries
and Charg er
This produc t contains a high-per formance Lithi um Polymer battery. The
battery fe atures large capacit y and high
voltage and ha s a lightweight design,
which is best s uited for use in RC helicopters. Be cause of the extremely l arge
energy conte nt, be sure to handle the
battery w ith care.
CAUTION: TO AVOID BATTERY
LEAKAGE O F BUILT-IN LI-PO
RECHARGE ABLE BATTERIES
• Charge batteries following the batter y
and charger manufacturer’s instructions .
• Charg e batteries with the incl uded
charger BEFO RE the rst use.
• Do not cha rge batteries with a ch arger
other than the o ne included.
• Do not cha rge batteries, othe r than the
built-in Li-Po b attery, with the include d
charger or u se the charger as the
power source fo r other equipment.
• Do not cha rge batteries within t he
reach of smal l children.
• Do not dro p or smash the batterie s or
the charger d uring charging.
• Do not rec harge a Li-Po batter y that
is already fu lly charged or the batte ry
may be damage d. Li-Po batteries have
a low natural dis charge rate and do not
require rec harging in the rst one o r
two hours af ter a charge.
• When ch arge is complete, unplug t he
charger fr om the wall outlet.
• After u se, be sure to turn the switch
off. Failure to do so m ay adversely
affect the b atteries, resultin g in a
disabled c harge.
• Do not sho rt-circuit batter y terminals,
or the batter y may swell and get hot,
leading to re.
• Do not hea t, disassemble or mod ify
batterie s. Do not dispose of batter ies
in re or allow the m to get wet.
• Do not use , store or charge batter
ies in a place ne ar a heater, or in high
temperatur e or humid conditions.
