AEROTERMOS PORTÁTILES
Lea atentamente estas instrucciones antes
de utilizar el aparato.
Los aerotermos de la gama EP cumplen las
normas europeas de seguridad.
Se recomienda comprobar el estado y
funcionamiento del aparato al desembalarlo,
cualquier defecto de origen está amparado
por la garantía.
RECOMENDACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
– La instalación deberá realizarse de
acuerdo con las reglas nacionales de
instalaciones eléctricas.
– No sitúe el cable delante de la salida del
aire ni en contacto con las paredes,
mientras el Aerotermo esté en funcionamiento.
– No coloque objetos inflamables a menos
de 50 cm del chorro de aire caliente.
– No instale el Aerotermo debajo de la toma
de corriente.
– No cubra el Aerotermo con objetos que
impidan la libre circulación del aire. Si se
cubre, existe el riesgo de
sobrecalentamiento.
– Mantenga limpias las rejillas de entrada y
salida de aire.
– No toque el aparato con las manos
húmedas.
– No lo utilice en las inmediaciones de
bañeras, duchas o piscinas.
– Si el cable de alimentación está dañado,
debe ser sustituido por un cable o
conjunto especial a suministrar por el
fabricante o por su servicio posventa.
NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD PARA LA
INSTALACIÓN
– LOS AEROTERMOS ESTAN HOMOLO-
GADOS PARA PODERSE INSTALAR EN
LOCALES CON AMBIENTE HÚMEDO.
– COMPRUEBE QUE LA TENSIÓN DE LA
RED COINCIDA CON LA INDICADA EN LA
PLACA DE CARACTERÍSTICAS.
– LA RED ELÉCTRICA DEBERÁ TENER
TOMA DE TIERRA. NO USE
ADAPTADORES NI BASES MÚLTIPLES.
IMPORTANTE
Se tiene que prever un espacio suficiente
alrededor del aparato para que haya una
buena circulación de aire. (fig.1)
FUNCIONAMIENTO
– En la parte superior del aparato (fig.2), se
sitúa el conmutador de cuatro posiciones
y el termostato.
– Las posiciones del conmutador en un
sentido u otro son las siguientes:
O Paro
Ventilación
Semi-potencia de calefacción
Plena potencia de calefacción
– Cuando el conmutador situado en la parte
posterior (fig.3), esté en la posición
el termostato actúa únicamente sobre las
resistencias, desconectándolas cuando la
temperatura seleccionada por el termostato esté alcanzada. El ventilador funciona
permanentemente.
– Cuando dicho conmutador esté en la
posición
el termostato actúa a la vez
sobre las resistencias y el ventilador, desconectándolos cuando se alcance la temperatura seleccionada con el termostato.
– El termostato fija y mantiene la tempera-
tura deseada:
– Una vez comprobado que la tensión de la
red coincide con la indicada en la placa de
características del aparato, conecte la
clavija.
– Gire el mando del termostato hasta su
posición máxima.
– Seleccione la potencia.
– Una vez que el local haya alcanzado la
temperatura deseada, gire lentamente el
mando del termostato en el sentido
contrario a las agujas del reloj, hasta que
con un suave "clic" se desconecte el
aparato. A partir de este momento el
aerotermo se conectará y desconectará
automáticamente manteniendo constante
la temperatura preseleccionada, según la
modalidad elegida.
– Desconexión: Sitúe el conmutador en la
posición de paro O .
NOTA: Los modelos de 12 y 15 kw incorpo-
ran un termostato de dos etapas de tempera-
tura. Esto permite una mejora en el diferen-
cial de la temperatura, así como un ahorro
de energía.
DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURIDAD CON-
TRA LOS SOBRECALENTAMIENTOS
Los Aerotermos incorporan una protección
térmica de rearme manual que desconecta
automáticamente los aparatos en caso de
sobrecalentamiento. Si esto ocurriera, dejar
enfriar el aparato durante 15 minutos,
compruebe que no haya acumulación de
suciedad en las rejillas y, si fuera preciso,
límpielas después de desconectar el aparato
de la red.
Vuelva a poner en marcha el Aerotermo
apretando el pulsador RESET situado encima
del aparato (fig. 4)
Si el problema persiste, le rogamos que
acuda a la Red de Servicios Oficiales S&P.
MANTENIMIENTO
– Desconecte el aparato de la red antes de
efectuar cualquier operación de manteni-
miento del aparato.

– Gire el mando del termostato hasta su

MANTENIMIENTO
– Desconecte el aparato de la red antes de

– Cada temporada limpie el polvo acumula-
do en el interior haciendo pasar un chorro
de aire a presión a través de las rejillas de
entrada y salida. Dicha limpieza es
conveniente que sea efectuada por un
técnico.
– Limpie regularmente las rejillas de
entrada y salida del aire.
– No sumerja el aparato ni lo ponga debajo
del grifo.
– No desmonte ni manipule el aparato, ello
anularía automáticamente la garantía.
– Si la instalación está protegida por un
interruptor diferencial de alta sensibilidad
y se desconecta al poner en marcha el
aparato, puede ser debido a la presencia
de humedad en el interior de las resistencias de calentamiento. Estas resistencias
pueden acumular humedad en su interior
si no se utilizan durante un periodo de
tiempo prolongado. Esto no puede ser
considerado como un defecto. Para
remediar esta situación, conecte el
aparato en una toma de corriente sin
interruptor diferencial. La duración del
secado puede durar horas o incluso días.
Una buena prevención sería conectar
periódicamente el aparato.
NOTA: Es muy importante, que como
mínimo, una vez al año se efectúe una
limpieza a fondo del aparato,
disminuiendo de esta forma el riesgo de
accidentes.
Norma: Estos aparatos cumplen con el
reglamento sobre perturbaciones
radioeléctricas e interferencias contando,
de ser preciso, con los elementos
antiparasitarios necesarios.

PORTABLE FAN HEATERS
Before any installation or connection we would
advise that the following instructions are carefully
read. The enclosed information specifies the
correct and safe procedures for installation and
operation of the appliance.
All S&P EP -Portable Fan Heaters comply with
European Safety Standards.
All appliances are supplied in perfect condition
and operation, however if found to be defective
the unit should be returned to the supplier in
accordance with the terms of the S&P guarantee.
These instructions should be saved and left in an
appropriate place near the appliance for future
reference.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES
– All installation work should be carried out by a
suitably qualified person(s); and in accord-
ance with all applicable standards and
regulations pertaining to the country of
installation.
– When the heater is operating, the mains
electrical supply cable must be routed away
from the direct source of radiated heat.
– Do Not Site the appliance by the side of a wall
/ unit constructed from combustible materials
(plastic, wood etc..). The appliance must be
installed at a minimum distances of 50cm
away from other appliances / fixed objects.
– Do Not Site the appliance directly under an
electrical connection socket.
– Do Not Cover the appliance with objects which
would restrict the flow of air.
– Before any cleaning or maintenance the
appliance must be disconnected and isolated
from the mains electrical supply. The only
areas on the appliance that require cleaning
(only wiping with a damp, not wet cloth) are
the intake and extract air vents.
– Do Not Operate this appliance with wet hands.
– Do Not Site the appliance within the direct
vicinity of a bath, shower, swimming pool or
other area where it could come into direct
contact with water.
– If the electrical supply cable if found to be
damaged then the appliance Must Not Be
Used. The appliance must be returned to an
authorised supplier or repaired by a suitably
qualified person.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES FOR
INSTALLATION
– ENSURE THE APPLIANCE IS DISCONNECTED
FROM THE MANIS ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
BEFORE COMMENCING INSTALLATION.
– THE EC PORTABLE FAN HEATERS ARE
CERTIFIED FOR SAFE USE WITHIN ENVIRONMENTS WITH HIGH LEVELS OF RELATIVE
HUMIDITY.
– BEFORE MAKING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
FOR THE FIRST TIME ENSURE THAT THE
VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY OF THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY MATCHES THAT OF THE
APPLIANCE DATA PLATE LABEL.
– THIS PRODUCT MUST BE EARTHED. DO NOT
CONNECT TO MULIPLE PLUG SOCKETS.
IMPORTANT
The appliance must be installed in accordance
with the minimum recommended distances from
other appliances / fixed objects as detailed in
Figure (1).
OPERATION
– The EC heater includes two rotary switches
located on the front casing facia. One switch
offers a four position control of the fan and
heater functions, where the second switch
operates as a thermostat to regulate the
environmental temperature (heater output).
– The four position fan and heater switch
operates as follows:
O OFF
Fan Only
Fan + Low Level Heating
Fan + High Level Heating
– When the switch, situated on the back of the
casing fig. (3), is in the
position only the
heater operation is controlled through the
thermostat; switching the heater off when the
desired temperature is reached. In this switch
position the fan operates continuously. When
the switch is in the
stat controls both the heater and the fan
operation by switching the heater and the fan
off when the desired temperature is reached.
To pre-set the switching temperature of the
thermostat:
1. Before making electrical connection for the
first time ensure that the Voltage and
Frequency of the electrical supply matches
that of the appliance data plate label.
2. Turn the thermostat switch up to the maxi-
mum heating position.
3. Select the fan and heater output level as
required. This switches the appliance ON.
4. The first time the appliance is switched ON, as
above, the surrounding environment will heat
up accordingly. When the desired tempera-
ture of the environment has been reached,
turn the thermostat switch down until a
"click" is heard. The unit will switch OFF.
When the thermostat is in this position the
appliance will automatically switch ON and
OFF to maintain this desired temperature.
5. To turn the unit off, turn the rotary switch to
the OFF (O) position.
NOTE: Both the 12 and 15kW portable fan
heaters incorporate a thermostat with two stage
heating steps. This feature provides an
improvement in the surrounding air temperature
differential, as well as a saving in energy.
AUTOMATIC OVERHEAT DEVICE
All appliances incorporate an internal Over Heat
Protection Device. This safety device will switch
the heating OFF in the case of the appliance over
heating. When the appliance has been switched
OFF by this safety operating device reconnection
can only commence after 15 minutes or until the
unit has cooled down sufficiently. IF THE
APPLIANCE HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF BY THIS
SAFETY OPERATING DEVICE THEN THE CAUSE
MUST BE INVESTIGATED. To reset the auto-
matic safety overheat device simply press the
RESET button located on the front casing facia
fig(4), after which the unit should operate as

position the fan operates continuously. When
the switch is in the
position the thermostat controls both the heater and the fan
operation by switching the heater and the fan
off when the desired temperature is reached.

supply and contact the S&P Technical Assistance Service.
MAINTENANCE
–IMPORTANT : BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY
MAINTENANCE OR CLEANING ENSURE THE
APPLIANCE IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE
MAINS ELECTRICAL SUPPLY.
– To ensure long and trouble free operation we
do however recommend that the intake and
exhaust air vents are regularly checked to
ensure the is no build-up of dust or debris.
TIP: With the appliance switched OFF, use a
vacuum cleaner to suck away any dust or
debris from inside the air intake and exhaust
vents.
– To clean the appliance simply wipe with a
damp (not wet) cloth. Do Not Use any
abrasives or solvents.
–Do Not disassemble the unit as this will
invalidate the S&P guarantee.
– If the EC heaters are being used in environ-
ments with high relative humidity levels we
would recommend that the electrical
connections and heating elements are
regularly checked for any build-up of water
or condensation. When disconnected from
the electrical supply simply wipe the heater
parts with a dry lint free cloth.
– If the units have not been used for a
prolonged period of time within environments with high levels of relative humidity
ensure that there is no build-up of condensation on the heater elements before reconnection to the electrical supply.
IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of the appliance,
the unit must be cleaned and checked at least
once every year (operating or non operating) to
ensure trouble free safe operation.
Standards: All model comply with the requirements of standard; for electromagnetic compatibility and interference.

AEROTHERMES PORTABLES
Lire attentivement ces instructions avant

Les aérothermes de la gamme EP sont
conformes aux normes européennes. Ils ont
été fabriqués en respectant de rigoureuses
normes de production et de contrôle qualité
(ISO 9001). Tous les composants ont été
vérifiés; tous les appareils ont été testés en
fin de montage.
Nous conseillons de vérifier les points
suivants dès réception de l’aérotherme:
1- Que le modèle est conforme à celui
commandé
2- Que les caractéristiques figurant sur la
plaque signalétique sont compatibles avec
celles de l’installation: tension, fréquence...
Vérifier l'état et le fonctionnement de
l'appareil dès l'avoir sorti de son emballage.
Tout éventuel défaut d'origine étant couvert
par la garantie.
Recommandations de sécurité:
– L'installation devra être réalisée en accord
avec les règlements nationaux concernant
les installations électriques
– Ne pas utiliser dans un local contenant
une baignoire, une douche ou une piscine.
– Ne pas faire passer le câble d'alimentation
électrique devant la grille de sortie d'air
chaud, ni le mettre en contact avec les
parois quand l'aérotherme est en
fonctionnement
– Ne pas placer d'objets inflammables à
moins de 50 cm du flux d'air chaud
– Ne pas installer l'aérotherme directement
en dessous d'une prise de courant
– Ne pas couvrir l'aérotherme avec des
objets pouvant empêcher la libre
circulation de l'air
– Maintenir les grilles d'entrée et de sortie
d'air, propres
– Ne jamais toucher l'appareil avec les
mains mouillées ou humides
– Si le câble d’alimentation est abîmé, il
devra être remplacé uniquement par un
câble ayant les mêmes caractéristiques et
par un professionnel compétent.
Normes de sécurité pour l'installation
– Les aérothermes sont homologués pour
être installés dans les locaux à ambiance
– Vérifier que l'alimentation électrique
(tension et fréquence) est compatible avec
les valeurs indiquées sur la plaque
caractéristique.
– L'installation doit prévoir une prise de
terre.
Il est déconseillé l'utilisation de rallonge
ou d'adaptateur multiprises.
IMPORTANT
Il doit être prévu un espace suffisant autour
de l'appareil pour qu'il existe une bonne
circulation d'air (fig.1).
Fonctionnement
– En partie frontale de l'appareil (fig.2) se
situe un commutateur à 4 positions et la
commande du thermostat.
– Le commutateur peut être actionné dans
un sens ou dans l’autre indifféremment. Les
positions sont :
O arrêt
ventilation
1
/2 puissance de chauffage
pleine puissance de chauffage
Quand l’interrupteur situé à l’arrière de
l’aérotherme (fig.3) est sur la position
le
thermostat agit uniquement sur les
résistances les déconnectant quand la
température sélectionnée par le thermostat
est atteinte, le ventilateur fonctionnant en
permanence.
Quand l’interrupteur est sur la position
le thermostat agit à la fois sur les résistances
et sur le ventilateur, les déconnectant quand
la température sélectionnée par le
thermostat est atteinte.
Le thermostat fixe et maintient la
température de confort désirée:
– Une fois vérifié que la tension du réseau
est compatible avec celle indiquée sur la
plaque caractéristique de l'appareil,
brancher l'aérotherme.
– Tourner la commande du thermostat
jusqu'à sa position maximum
– Quand la température, dans le local à
chauffer, aura atteint le niveau désiré,
tourner la commande du thermostat en
sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre,
jusqu'à ce que s'entende un léger "clic".
Laissant le thermostat sur cette position,
l'aérotherme maintiendra la température
ainsi sélectionnée en se mettant en
marche et en s'arrêtant automatiquement
suivant la modalité de fonctionnement
choisie.
– Arrêt: placer le commutateur sur la
position O .
NOTA: Les aérothermes de 12 et 15 kW sont
pilotés par un thermostat à deux étages,
permettant d’améliorer le différentiel de
température et d’économiser l’énergie.
Dispositif de sécurité contre les
surchauffes
Les aérothermes sont équipés d'une
protection thermique à réarmement manuel,
arrêtant automatiquement l'appareil en cas

résistances les déconnectant quand la
température sélectionnée par le thermostat
est atteinte, le ventilateur fonctionnant en
permanence.
Quand l’interrupteur est sur la position
le thermostat agit à la fois sur les résistances
et sur le ventilateur, les déconnectant quand
la température sélectionnée par le
thermostat est atteinte.

Dispositif de sécurité contre les
surchauffes
Les aérothermes sont équipés d'une
protection thermique à réarmement manuel,
arrêtant automatiquement l'appareil en cas
de surchauffe.
Au cas où cela se produirait, laisser le
refroidir 15 minutes, vérifier que les grilles
d'aspiration et de soufflage ne soient pas
obstruées par une accumulation de
poussière; éventuellement les nettoyer après
avoir débrancher l'appareil du réseau.
Remettre en marche l'aérotherme en
appuyant sur le bouton RESET situé sur le
dessus de l'appareil (fig.4).
Si le problème persiste, mettez-vous en
contact avec votre distributeur.
Entretien
– Débrancher l'aérotherme avant toute
opération d'entretien et attendre son
refroidissement complet.
– Chaque saison nettoyer la poussière
accumulée dans l'appareil en faisant
passer un jet d'air sous pression au
travers des grilles d'entrée et de sortie.
Cette opération doit être réalisée par un
technicien
– Nettoyer régulièrement les grilles d'entrée
et de soufflage d'air
– Ne pas immerger l'appareil ni le placer
sous un robinet d'eau.
– Ne pas démonter l'appareil, toutes
manipulations effectuées par une
personne non autorisée, entraîneraient
l'annulation de la garantie
NOTA: Il est très important d'assurer au
moins une fois par an un entretien
complet d'un aérotherme. La négligence
de cet entretien pourrait provoquer un
incendie.
Norme: Ces appareils sont conformes au
Règlement sur les Perturbations
Radioélectriques et Interférences
(R.D.138, 27-1-89).

AEROTERMI PORTATILI
Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di
utilizzare l’apparecchio
Gli aerotermi della serie EP rispondono alle
norme di sicurezza europee.
Si raccomanda di verificare l’integrità ed il
funzionamento dell’apparecchio al
ricevimento; eventuali difetti di fabbricazione
sono coperti dalla garanzia S&P.
Raccomandazioni di sicurezza:
– L’installazione deve essere eseguita
secondo le normative nazionali per
impianti elettrici.
– Non posizionare il cavo di alimentazione
davanti al flusso dell’aria né a contatto
con le pareti quando l’Aerotermo è in
funzione.
– Non posizionare oggetti o prodotti
infiammabili ad una distanza inferiore a
50 cm dall’uscita dell’aria calda
– Non installare l’Aerotermo in prossimità
della presa di corrente
– Non coprire l’Aerotermo con oggetti che
impediscono la libera circolazione
dell’aria. In caso contrario c’è pericolo di
surriscaldamento.
– Mantenere pulita la griglia di entrata ed
uscita dell’aria.
– Non manipolare l’apparecchio con le mani
bagnate o umide.
– Non installare l’apparecchio in prossimità
di bagni, docce o piscine.
– Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato,
sostituirlo con uno fornito dal fabbricante.

Lasciare uno spazio libero intorno
all’apparecchio per permettere un buona
circolazione dell’aria. (fig.1)
FUNZIONAMENTO
– Nella parte superiore dell’apparecchio
(fig.2), si trova il commutatore a quattro
posizioni ed il termostato.
– Le posizioni del commutatore, in un
senso o nell’altro, sono le seguenti:
O Arresto
Ventilazione
Metà potenza di riscaldamento
Piena potenza di riscaldamento
– Quando il commutatore posto nella parte
posteriore (fig.3), è in posizione
il
termostato interviene unicamente sulle
resitenze, escludendole quando si
raggiunge la temperatura selezionata dal
termostato e il ventilatore rimane in
funzione.
– Con il commutatore in posizione
il
termostato interviene sulle resistenze e il
ventilatore escludendoli al

dopo aver staccato l’apparecchio dalla rete
elettrica.
Mettere in marcia l’apparecchio, premendo il
pulsante RESET situato sopra l’apparecchio

flusso di aria a pressione attraverso le
griglie di entrata ed uscita. Questa pulizia
è opportuna che venga effettuata da
personale competente.
– Pulire regolermente le griglie di entrata
ed uscita dell’aria.
– Non immergere l’apparecchio ne porlo
sotto il rubinetto dell’aqua.
– Non smontare ne monomettere
l’apparecchio per non far decadere la
garanzia.
– Se l’impianto è protetto da un interrutore
differenziale ad alta sensibilità e si
verifica l’arresto dell’apparecchio quando
si mette in funzione, la causa può essere
dovuta alla presenza di umidità all’interno
delle resistenze di riscaldamento. Queste
resistenze possono accumulare umidità
nel suo interno quando non si utilizza
l’apparecchio per un lungo periodo.
Questo non è un diffetto. Per rimediare a
questo inconveniente collegare
l’apparecchio ad una presa di corrente
senza interruttore differenziale. Il tempo
di asciugatura può durare ore o al
massimo un giorno. Una corretta
prevenzione è quella di far funzionare
periodicamente l’apparecchio.
NOTA: E’molto importante che almeno una
volta all’anno si proceda alla pulizia di
fondo dell’apparecchio, riducendo in
questo modo il pericolo di incidenti.
Normativa: Questi apparecchi sono
fabbricati nel rispetto del regolamento su
perturbazioni radioelettriche ed
interferenze (RD.138, 27-1-89) e possono
essere dotati all’occorrenza degli elementi
antiparassitari necessari.

Före installation eller anslutning
rekommenderar vi att följande instruktioner

specificerar riktigt och säkert tillvägagångssätt
för installation och handhavande av apparaten.
Alla S&P EP - portabla värmefläktar är i enlighet
med de Europeiska säkerhetsnormerna.
Alla apparater är levererade i perfekt skick och
väl fungerande, men om enheten likväl skulle
vara defekt skall den returneras till leverantören
på de garantivillkor som gäller hos S&P.
Dessa instruktioner skall sparas och förvaras på
en lämplig plats i närheten av enheten för
framtida upplysningar.
VIKTIGA SÄKERHETSANVISNINGAR
– Allt installationsarbete skall utföras av en
lämpligt kvalificerad person, och i enlighet
med alla tillämpliga normer och föreskrifter
som gäller i landet för installation.
– När värmaren är igång måste nätkabeln
hållas borta från den utstrålande
värmekällan.
– Ställ inte apparaten utmed en vägg/enhet
tillverkad av brännbara material (plast, trä,
etc..). Apparaten måste installeras minst
50cm från andra enheter/fast monterade
föremål.
– Ställ inte apparaten direkt under ett elektriskt
uttag.
– Täck inte över apparaten med föremål som
kan begränsa luftflödet.
– Innan rengöring eller underhåll måste
apparaten kopplas ifrån och avlägsnad från
strömkällan. De enda områden på apparaten
som behöver rengöras (endast torka med en
trasa, inte våt duk) är insugnings- och
utblåsningsöppningarna.
– Starta inte apparaten med våta händer.
– Placera inte apparaten i närheten av bad,
dusch, swimmingpool eller i utrymmen där
den kan komma i direkt kontakt med vatten.
– Om nätkabeln är skadad får apparaten inte
användas. Apparaten måste returneras till en
auktoriserad leverantör eller repareras av en
lämpligt kvalificerad person.

VIKTIGT
Apparaten måste installeras i enlighet med
rekommenderade avstånd från andra enheter/
fast monterade föremål enligt skiss i Figur 1.
ANVÄNDNING
EC-värmaren har två stycken vridomkopplare på
frontpanelens ovansida. Den ena omkopplaren
har fyra lägen för värmefunktionerna och den
andra omkopplaren fungerar som en termostat
för att reglera omgivningstemperaturen
(värmeeffekten). Den fyra-läges omkopplaren på
värmefläktens regleras enligt följande:
O AV
Endast fläkt
Fläkt + Låg värmenivå
Fläkt + Hög värmenivå
När omkopplaren på kåpans baksida fig (3) är i
läge
kontrolleras värmen endast genom
termostaten och stänger av sig när önskad
temperatur är erhållen. I detta läge går fläkten
oavbrutet. När omkopplarens läge står i position
kontrollerar termostaten både värmen och
fläkten genom att man stänger av värmaren och
fläkten när önskad temperatur erhållits.
Förinställning av termostatens temperatur:
1) Innan elektrisk anslutning för första gången
kontrollera noga att volt och frekvens på
strömförsörjningen stämmer överens med
de data som står på apparatens etikett.
2) Ställ termostatomkopplarens låge på
maximal värme.
3) Välj önskad nivå på fläkten och värmaren.
Detta sätter PÅ apparaten.
4) När apparaten sätts PÅ för första gången,
enligt ovan, värms därmed omgivningen
upp. När önskad omgivningstemperatur
erhållits, vrid ner termostaten tills ett "klick"
hörs. Enheten stängs AV. När termostaten
står i detta läge kommer apparaten att växla
mellan PÅ och AV för att upprätthålla önskad
temperatur.
5) För att stänga av apparaten, ställ
vridomkopplaren i läge AV O .
OBSERVERA: De portabla värmefläktarna, både
12 och 15kW, har en termostat med två
värmelägen. Denna specialitet erbjuder en
förbättring för skillnader i
omgivningstemperaturen liksom att spara
energi.

För att garantera störningsfritt bruk vi
rekommenderar att regelbundet kontrollera
insugnings- och utblåsningsöppningarna så att
det inte lagras damm eller skräp.
TIPS: När apparaten är i AV-läge, använd en
dammsugare för att suga upp damm och skräp
ur insugnings- och utblåsningsöppningarna. För
att rengöra apparaten torka endast med en torr
(ej våt) trasa. Använd inga slip- eller
lösningsmedel.
Demontera inte fläkten eftersom det upphäver
garantin hos S&P.
Om EC-fläktarna används i miljöer med relativt
hög luftfuktighet rekommenderar vi att de
elektriska anslutningarna kontrolleras
regelbundet för att undvika vattensamling eller
kondens. Med apparaten bortkopplad från
strömförsörjningen torka bara av värmedelarna
med en luddfri trasa. Om enheterna inte använts
under en längre tid i miljöer med höga nivåer av
relativ luftfuktighet kontrollera att det inte har
uppstått kondens i värmeelementen innan
återanslutning till strömförsörjningen.
VIKTIGT: På grund av apparatens beskaffenhet
måste enheten rengöras och kontrolleras
minst en gång om året (använd eller ej
använd) för att försäkra sig om en säker och
störningsfri drift.
Normer: Alla modeller uppfyller standardkraven
RD.138, 27-1-89; för elektromagnetisk
kompabilitet och störning.
TEKNISK HJÄLP
Alla S&P EC Portabla Värmefläktar lämnar

Recomenda-se que se comprove o estado e

qualquer defeito de origem está coberto pela

RECOMENDAÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA:
–A instalação deverá realizar-se de acordo
com as regras nacionais de instalações
eléctricas.
– Não situe o cabo à frente da saída do ar
nem em contacto com as paredes,
enquanto o Aerotermo estiver a funcionar.
– Não coloque objectos inflamáveis a menos
de 50 cm do fluxo de ar quente.
– Não instale o Aerotermo debaixo da
tomada de corrente.
– Não cubra o Aerotermo com objectos que
impeçam a livre circulação do ar. Se
cobrir, corre o risco de sobreaquecimento.
– Mantenha, sempre, limpas as grelhas de
entrada e saída do ar.
– Não mexa no aparelho com as mãos
húmidas.
– Não o utilize nas imediações de banheiras,
duches ou piscinas.
– Se o cabo de alimentação estiver
danificado, deverá ser substituído por um
cabo ou conjunto especial a fornecer por o
fabricante ou pelo seu serviço pós-venda.
NORMAS DE SEGURANÇA PARA A

– Os aerotermos estão homologados para
se poder instalar em locais húmidos e
molhados.
– Comprove que a tensão da rede coincida
com a indicada na placa de
características.
–A tomada eléctrica deverá ter ligação
terra. Não use adaptadores nem bases
múltiplas.
IMPORTANTE
Tem que se prever um espaço suficiente, em
redor do aparelho, para que haja uma boa
circulação do ar (fig.1).
FUNCIONAMENTO
– Na parte superior do aparelho (fig.2),
situa-se um comutador de quatro
posições e o termostato.
– As posições do comutador num sentido
ou noutro são as seguintes:
O Desligado
Ventilação
Semi-potência de aquecimento
Plena potência de aquecimento
– Quando o comutador, situado na parte
posterior (fig.3), está na posição
o
termostato actua unicamente sobre as
resistências, desligando-as quando a
temperatura seleccionada pelo termostato
é alcançada. O ventilador funciona
permanentemente.
– Quando o dito comutador está na posição
o termostato actua, por sua vez,
sobre as resistências e o ventilador,
desligando-os quando é alcançada a
temperatura seleccionada com o
termostato.
–O termostato fixa e mantém a
temperatura desejada.
– Uma vez comprovado que a tensão da
rede coincide com a indicada na placa de
características do aparelho ligue a ficha.
– Gire o comando do termostato até à sua
posição máxima.
– Seleccione a potência.
– Uma vez que o local atinja a temperatura
desejada, gire lentamente o comando do
termostato no sentido contrário aos
ponteiros do relógio até que ouça um
suave "clic" que desliga o aparelho. A
partir desse momento, o aparelho ligará e
desligará, automaticamente, mantendo
constante a temperatura pré-
seleccionada, segundo a modalidade
escolhida.
– Para desligar situe o comutador na
posição Desligado O .

– Não mergulhe o aparelho nem o coloque
por baixo de torneiras.
– Não desmonte nem manipule o aparelho,
tal facto, anularia, automaticamente, a
garantia.
– Se a instalação estiver protegida por um
interruptor diferencial de alta
sensibilidade que se desliga ao por o
aparelho a funcionar, pode ser devido à
presença de humidade no interior das
resistências de aquecimento. Estas
resistências podem acumular humidade
no seu interior, se não utilizar o aparelho
durante um certo período de tempo. Isto
não pode ser considerado um defeito de
fabrico. Para resolver esta situação, ligue
o aparelho a uma tomada sem interruptor
diferencial. A duração de secagem pode
durar horas ou, até mesmo, dias. Uma
boa prevenção seria ligar periodicamente
o aparelho.
NOTA: É muito importante, que no mínimo,
uma vez no ano se efectue uma limpeza,
profunda, no aparelho diminuindo, desta
forma, o risco de acidentes.

Regulamento sobre perturbações
radioeléctricas e interferências contando,
se preciso for, com os elementos antiparasitários necessários.

UWAGA! Urzadzenie powinno zostac
zainstalowane z uwzglednieniem
minimalnych odleglosci od innych
obiektów, jak pokazuje rys.1.
OBSLUGA
Ogrzewacz typu EP posiada na froncie dwa
przelaczniki obrotowe. Jeden przelacznik
zapewnia czteropozycyjna regulacje pracy
wentylatora i nagrzewnicy, natomiast drugi sluzy
do regulacji temperatury otoczenia.
Pozycje przelacznika dla wentylatora i
nagrzewnicy sa nastepujace:
O OFF (Wylaczony)
Fan Only (Tylko wentylator)
Fan + Low Level Heating (Wentylator +
Nagrzewanie I)
Fan + High Level Heating
(Wentylator + Nagrzewanie II).
– Kiedy przelacznik, znajdujacy sie w tylnej
czesci wentylatora (rys. 3) jest ustawiony w
pozycji
nagrzewnicy: nagrzewnica zostaje wylaczona
kiedy osiagnie nastawiona temperature.
W tej pozycji wylacznika wentylator stale
pracuje. Natomiast kiedy przelacznik jest w
pozycji
wentylatora jak i nagrzewnicy: wylaczenie
wentylatora i nagrzewnicy nastepuje po
osiagnieciu nastawionej temperatury.
Aby nastawic wymagana temperature na
termostacie nalezy:
1. Przed dokonaniem polaczen elektrycznych
2. Nastawic termostat na maksymalna
3. Ustawic obrotowy przelacznik pracy
4. Po zalaczeniu urzadzenia temperatura
5. W celu wylaczenia urzadzenia nalezy
Uwaga: Ogrzewacze typu EC mocy 12 i 15kW
wyposazone sa w termostaty dwustopniowe.
Wykonanie to zapewnia wieksza dokladnosc
nastaw temperatury i jednoczesnie oszczednosc
energii.

W tej pozycji wylacznika wentylator stale
pracuje. Natomiast kiedy przelacznik jest w
pozycji
termostat steruje zarówno praca
wentylatora jak i nagrzewnicy: wylaczenie
wentylatora i nagrzewnicy nastepuje po
osiagnieciu nastawionej temperatury.
Aby nastawic wymagana temperature na
termostacie nalezy:
1. Przed dokonaniem polaczen elektrycznych
sprawdzic, czy parametry elektryczne sieci
zasilajacej odpowiadaja danym na tabliczce
znamionowej urzadzenia.
2. Nastawic termostat na maksymalna
wartosc grzania.
3. Ustawic obrotowy przelacznik pracy
wentylatora i nagrzewnicy w wymaganej
pozycji. Uruchomi to urzadzenie.
4. Po zalaczeniu urzadzenia temperatura
otoczenia zacznie wzrastac. Kiedy temperatura otoczenia osiagnie wartosc zadana,
nalezy przekrecic termostat do momentu
az uslyszymy klikniecie. Urzadzenie
zostanie wylaczone. Kiedy termostat jest w
tej pozycji urzadzenie bedzie sie
automatycznie zalaczac i wylaczyc w celu
utrzymania stalej, nastawionej wartosci
temperatury otoczenia.
5. W celu wylaczenia urzadzenia nalezy
przekrecic obrotowy przelacznik do
pozycje OFF (0).
Uwaga: Ogrzewacze typu EC mocy 12 i 15kW
wyposazone sa w termostaty dwustopniowe.
Wykonanie to zapewnia wieksza dokladnosc
nastaw temperatury i jednoczesnie oszczednosc
energii.

PRZED PRZEGRZANIEM
Wszystkie urzadzenia wyposazone sa w
wewnetrzne zabezpieczenie przed skutkami
przegrzania. Element ten wylaczy nagrzewanie
w przypadku przegrzania urzadzenia. Kiedy to
nastapi, ponowne zalaczenie urzadzenie moze
miec miejsce po uplywie minimum 15 minut lub
po dostatecznym schlodzeniu urzadzenia. W
PRZYPADKU WYLACZENIA URZADZENIA
PRZEZ ZABEZPIECZENIE PRZECIAZENIOWE
NALEZY WYKRYC PRZYCZYNE AWARII. W celu
zresetowania urzadzenia zabezpieczajacego
nalezy po prostu wcisnac przycisk RESET
znajdujacy sie w przedniej czesci urzadzenia
(rys.4). Po wcisnieciu urzadzenie powinno
normalnie pracowac. W przypadku jesli nastapi
ponowne zadzialanie zabezpieczenia, oznacza
to, ze urzadzenie wentylacyjno-grzewcze nie
dziala prawidlowo, zatem nalezy odlaczyc je od
zasilania i skontaktowac sie z autoryzowanym
serwisem dostawcy.
KONSERWACJA
UWAGA: PRZED PRZYSTAPIENIEM DO PRAC
KONSERWACYJNYCH NALEZY UPEWNIC SIE,
ZE URZADZENIE JEST ODLACZONE OD SIECI
ZASILAJACEJ.
Aby zapewnic dluga i bezawaryjna prace
urzadzenia zalecamy regularne sprawdzanie i
czyszczenie wlotu i wylotu powietrza z pylu i
kurzu.
Wskazówka: Przy wylaczonym urzadzeniu, uzyj
odkurzacza do wyssania kurzu osiadlego
wewnatrz wlotu i wylotu ogrzewacza.
Do czyszczenia urzadzenia nalezy uzyc wilgotnej
(nie mokrej) sciereczki. Nie nalezy stosowac
zadnych rozpuszczalników, ani srodków
sciernych. Demontaz urzadzenia w okresie
obowiazywania gwarancji spowoduje jej utrate.
W przypadku, kiedy ogrzewacz typu EP pracuje
w srodowisku o wysokim poziomie wilgotnosci,
zalecamy dokonywac regularnych przegladow
polaczen elektrycznych i elementów grzejnych
ze wzgledu na kondensacje i zbieranie sie wody.
Po odlaczeniu urzadzenia od zasilania nalezy
przetrzéc schlodzony element grzejny sucha
sciereczka.
W przypadku kiedy urzadzenie nie pracowalo
przez dluzszy czas, a przebywalo w srodowisku
charakteryzujacym sie duza wilgotnoscia, przed
przylaczeniem do sieci nalezy sprawdzic czy w
wyniku kondensacji element grzejny nie jest
zawilgocony.
UWAGA: Czyszczenie i przeglad urzadzenia
nalezy przeprowadzac przynajmniej raz do roku
(bez wzgledu na to czy urzadzenie w tym okresie
pracowalo czy tez nie), dzialanie to zapewni jego
bezawaryjna prace.
