Thank you for purchasing the SOWO Bluetooth speaker. This product is designed to
provide high-quality music for your iPad, iPhone, iPod, computer, PDA, Android, and
other smartphones. This instruction booklet explains the basic operation and care of
the unit. Please read them carefully and keep for future reference.
Maintenance
Place the speaker on a level surface away from sources of direct sunlight or
excessive heat.
Clean your speaker with a soft cloth moistened but only with mild soap and water.
Stronger cleaning agents, such as benzene, thinner or similar materials can damage
the surface of the unit.

Using Bluetooth: Pairing Your Device
The ”“ button will twinkle when you power on,Now please turn on the Bluetooth
function of your mobile phone/other devices. And start to search for Bluetooth
devices, the “SOWO-P10” will be found, please connect it. After connected, the
speaker prompt “Device Paired” and the ” “ button will be lighting.
Bluetooth Music Playing
Please turn on the mobile phone or other devices music player,the speaker will play
the selected music.
Mobile Hands-free
Answer the call : Short Press ”“ or “” button to answer the call, otherwise you
can use mic;
End the call : Short press ”“or “” button again to end the call ;
Reject the call: Long press ”“ button to reject the call
Disconnect the Current Bluetooth Connection
Long press” “ to disconnect the current Bluetooth connection, the speaker will
voice “device disconnected”.Then other Bluetooth devices can find and pair with the
speaker.
TWS(True Wireless Stereo) function(Connect two)
1) Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone or device and make sure speakers are not
connected with any devices(also remove the Aux-in cable).
2) Choose one of them as the master unit at will. First press the “” button on
the master unit you will hear”TWS Pairing”.
3) You will hear “TWS Paired” confirming the connection .The master unit have a
flashing white LED on “ ” button and the other speaker will have a white LED
on”” button.
4) Now turn on Bluetooth on your phone or device. And start to search for
Bluetooth devices, the “SOWO-P10” will be found, please connect it. If you want
to connect PC or other devices with Audio via Aux Cable, please choose the
master unit.
5) Once TWS connected, it will re-connect automatically when next power on,
otherwise you can clear TWS by long press ”” button.
Playing Audio via Aux Cable
Use the 3.5mm audio cable included to connect the speaker to an audio source (PC,
MP3/MP4, mobile phone). Speaker will enter “AUX IN” mode (the speaker will
prompt “Aux in mode"). The speaker can play the music from the audio source.
Please Not:
1) When the speaker connect to the PC via the Aux In cable to play music. We
suggest use the branded adaptor (5V 1A) instead of the PC USB Port to charge
the speaker, as the computer's power supply is longer than the branded
adaptor.
2) Make sure the speaker is under Aux In mode when using this function.
3) Short press the “ ” button, the speaker will be enter “Bluetooth mode”. You
need to plug the cable again to enter “AUX IN mode”.
Intelligent power saving function
When speaker paused,muted or without Bluetooth connection more than 10minutes,
it will be automatically powered off.
Note:Please long press “”button again to power on the speaker.
Charging the Unit
When speaker with low battery capacity, the speaker will prompt “out of battery”,
Please charge the battery via a USB adaptor immediately. During charging, the “” ,
“+”,”-” will flash slowly together, when fully charged, these buttons are on steadily.
Note: Please use the good quality adaptor at 5V 1A, And it will cost for around 3~4
hours for the full charging. If adaptor with 5V 500 mA only, it will cost longer time
for the full charging.
Note: Low battery will affect the music sound quality, Please use the SOWO or any
other branded good quality 5V 1A ~2A adaptor to charge the battery. You can use
the smartphone's adaptor for charging.
Troubleshooting
Bluetooth cannot be connected
1) Please check if your Bluetooth device(your mobile phone or computer)can
support the A2DP stereo audio transmission. If yes,please turn on the A2DP
stereo mode.
2) Long press ” ” button of P10 speaker to clear any previous Bluetooth device
memory.
3) Try to restart the speaker then enter Bluetooth mode, make sure the operation
indicator is flashing in white (meaning ready for pairing).
TWS cannot be paired
1) Check if any of speakers is connected with any device, the 2 speakers cannot be
TWS paired if any of them is Bluetooth connected.
2) If these two P10 speakers paired with a third P10 speaker before.You need to
remove the pairing memory first.Under Bluetooth mode without any
connection ,please long press ”” button of both speakers to remove previous
pairing memory.
3) TWS pairing range is max.16ft, make sure two speakers are placed close enough.
Program error, cannot switch modes, any button not working
1. Restart the speaker, try again.
WARNING/DISPOSAL OF UNIT
Please do not attempt to change the battery by yourself. If the battery has
permanently died and you do not want to replace your battery, you should follow
the disposal instructions below:
Never dispose of used batteries/electronics with ordinary solid wastes, since they
contain toxic substances.
Always dispose of used batteries/electronics in accordance with the prevailing
regulations that apply to the disposal of batteries/electronics. If there are no local
regulations concerning battery/electronics disposal,
please dispose of the device in a waste bin for electronic devices.
CAUTION
The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire, explosion or chemical burn
if mistreated.
Never use or charge the battery if it appears to be leaking, discolored, deformed, or
in any way abnormal.
Never disassemble the unit or attempt to remove the battery as that could cause
leakage of alkaline solution or other electrolytic substance.
Always confirm that the temperature is 14℉~140℉ before you charge the battery.
Leakage or deterioration of the battery may occur if this warning is not heeded.
Never expose the battery to any liquid.
Never expose the battery to excessive heat such as direct sunlight or fire. Never use
the battery pack in an unventilated vehicle where excessive internal temperatures
may be encountered.
Always keep the battery out of the reach of infants and little children.

8) Attachments — Do not use attachments not recommended by the product
manufacturer.
9) Overloading — Do not overload wall sockets, extension cords, or integral
convenience receptacles as this can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
10) Damage Requiring Service — The unit should be serviced by qualified service
personnel when:
A. the power supply cable or plug has been damaged.
B. objects have fallen into or liquid has been spilled into the enclosure.
C. the unit has been exposed to rain
D. the unit has been dropped or the enclosure damaged
E. the unit exhibits a marked change in performance or does not operate normally.
11) Periods of Nonuse - If the unit is to be left unused for an extended period of
time, such as a month or longer, the power cable should be unplugged from the
unit to prevent damage or corrosion.
12) Servicing — The user should not attempt to service the unit beyond those
methods described in the user's operating instructions.Service methods not
covered in the operating instructions should be referred to qualified service
personnel.
