- 60 second preheat time with no waiting between loads
- Stainless steel front, sides, splasher, and interior cavity.
Aluminized top and rear
- Grid: 27 1/4” wide and 13 1/2” deep
- Mounts on 32” Platinum Range flue riser -no other support
needed
- Ideal for melted-cheese dishes, Mexican foods, casseroles,
au gratin dishes, meringues, omlets and plate warming
- Fully insulated lining
- Warranty: two years on specified operational parts and
one year on labor from date of purchase

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
Exterior Finish: Exterior and interior surfaces are 430
stainless steel #3 polish. Aluminized steel back and top.
Assembly: Insulated top, bottom, sides and back to retain
heat. Shelf wires are chrome plated, rounded and wrapped.
Two shelf positions with safety locks. One shelf comes
standard with unit. Cheese Melter is serviceable from the
front.

Cheese Melter: Mounts on flue riser of a sectional range.
Schwank infrared burner tiles have adjustable BTU’s from
9,000 to 25,000 -depending upon products being heated.
Preheat time is 60 seconds. Front opening is 28” wide and 8
1/2” high.

GAS: This unit has a 1/2” rear gas connection with a male NPT
connector. Minimum supply pressure is 7” W.C. for natural gas and
11” W.C. for propane. Unit requires an external pressure regulator
and shut-off vavle to be ordered separately. If using a flexible hose
gas connection, the I.D. of the hose must not be smaller than the
connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an
adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas
connection.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Minimum clearance from noncombustible construction is
zero, except on top where 12” clearance is required for proper
venting. Minimum clearance from combustible construction is
6” on sides and 6” on rear.
- Install under vented hood.
- Check local codes for fire and sanitary regulations.
