All SOUNDSATION products feature a limited two-year warranty. This two-year warranty is specific to the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt.
The following cases/components are not covered from the above warranty:
Any accessories supplied with the product
Improper use
Fault due to wear and tear
Any modification of the product effected by the user or a third party
SOUNDSATION shall satisfy the warranty obligations by remedying any material or manufacturing faults free of charge at SOUNDSATION’s discretion either by repair or by exchanging individual parts or the entire appliance. Any defective parts removed from a product during the course of a warranty claim shall become the property of SOUNDSATION
While under warranty period, defective products may be returned to your local SOUNDSATION dealer together with original proof of purchase. To avoid any damages in transit, please use the original packaging if available. Alternatively you can send the product to SOUNDSATION SERV IC E C ENTE R – Via En zo Ferrari, 10 – 62017 Porto Recanati - Italy . In order to send a product to service center you need an RMA number. Shipping charges have to be covered by the owner of the product.

GENERAL WA R N I N G S
To prevent possible damages, read the following list of actions:
- Do not place the product in wet or dirty environments.
- Do not remove the protective coverings.
- Do not cover any of the product ventilation holes.
- Air must circulate freely around the product.
- Do not set the product on a surface with excessive vibration.
- Do not expose the product to high electro-magnetic interference.
- Do not expose the product to heat, cold, wet in improper way in respect
to its IP grade
- Do not leave the product in direct sunlight.
- Do not expose the product to electrostatic forces.
- Do not place items with flames, such as candles or lighters, on the
product.
- Do not place the product on anything containing water or other fluids.
If any foreign objects enter the instrument, please contact your dealer or an authorized SOUNDSATION center.
The serial number, electrical features and international standards are printed on a label located in the bottom of the instrument.
In case of problems remember to give the serial number to the responsible of the technical assistance.

4. MASTER AND SLAVE CONTROL
Master and slave: select one machine as master, press the menu to choose the function you want(sound or AUTO MODE). Set other machine to same or different DMX address. connect machines one by one by DMX cable. The slave machines will run the same as master machine. Controller to machines: all machines are set to same DMX address, or different DMX address, using DMX cable to connect machines& controller, all machines will be controlled by controller. (note: making sure machines are set to either 12CHS or 18CHS. Considering the compatibility among the machines and controllers)
5. REMINDER:
1. Only working in environment of 0~40 without corrosive steam or gas, and
without flammable, explosive objectives.
2. It will generate heat, so the flammable, explosive objective should be away from
fixture Min 0.5m, and away from the lamp Min 2m if it is lighting.
3. No more than 8 fixtures connected by Daisy chain connection.
4. One signal cable only can control maximun 30pcs beam lights,if you want to control
more than 20pcs devices ,pls use signal amplifier. for the last machine, a DMX
signal output or input is vacant. This vacant output or input should be connected a terminal organ. Find a DMX output or input connector, inside the connector, weld a120ohm, 1/4 w resistance between pin2 and pin3, then inset this connector to the vacant output or input.
5. The glass on the fixture is optical lens. There should be taken care and no any
shock or crash. If damaged, ask qualified personals for repair.
6. Making sure the fixture is well grounding when operation, any damaged wire,
cable please contact us/ our agent or qualified personals for help. It is type Y attachment connection.
6. WARNING:
1. Please use security rope on the assistant hanging set while working , and the
bearing weight of the hook and security rope must more than 3 times of the light weight
2. some heat may occur during operation.
3. stop running it if any object damaged.

Remark: Press MENU back to set next menu. Press Enter to save for any changes. Otherwise it will not saved after powered off. If not necessary, please od not lock up the machine. If need to unlock, you should enter into menu(UNLOCK),press password, then the machine can be unlocked. Or when power off, the machine will not work. If need to lock up again, then enter in to menu (LOCK)press password then press ENTER.
