Sicherheits- / Umwelt- / Aufstellhinweise

• Das Gerät ausnahmslos nur in trockenen Innenräumen betreiben.

• Niemals mit Feuchtigkeit in Verbindung bringen.

• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor tropfenden oder spritzenden Flüssigkeiten, und stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gefäße (z. B. Vasen) auf das

Gerät.

• Niemals das Gerät öffnen. STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR ! Dies ist nur Fachpersonal gestattet.

• Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte und geerdete Netzsteckdose an. Die Netzspannung muss mit den Angaben auf

dem Typenschild des Gerätes übereinstimmen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel niemals nass oder feucht wird. Das Netzkabel darf nicht eingeklemmt oder anderweitig beschädigt werden.

• Der Netzstecker muss immer leicht erreichbar sein, um das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu nehmen.

• Der Netzstecker dient als Trennvorrichtung und muss ohne Schwierigkeiten benutzbar sein.

• Achten Sie beim Verlegen des Netzkabels darauf, dass es beim Betrieb des Gerätes nicht zu einer Stolperfalle werden kann.

• Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von dem Kundenservice austauschen.

• Ziehen Sie bei Gewitter oder einer längerer Abwesenheit (z.B. Urlaub) den Netzstecker und entnehmen Sie ggf. die Batterien.

• Kinder sollten das Gerät nur unter Aufsicht Erwachsener betreiben.

• Das Gerät ausnahmslos nur mit einem trockenen Abstaubtuch reinigen.

KEINE REINIGUNGSMITTEL oder TÜCHER mit GROBEN Material verwenden!!!

• Das Gerät keiner Sonnenbestrahlung oder anderen Hitzequellen aussetzen.

• Stellen Sie das Gerät so auf, dass kein Hitzestau entstehen kann, also frei und gut belüftet.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass an den Seiten ein Mindestabstand von 10 cm besteht, um eine ausreichende Luftzirkulation zu gewährleisten.

• Decken Sie niemals die Belüftungsöffnungen zu!!!

• Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Gebrauchs nicht unbeaufsichtigt.

• Offene Brandquellen, wie z.B. brennende Kerzen, dürfen nicht auf das Gerät gestellt werden.

• Es dürfen keine mit Flüssigkeit befüllten Behälter (z.B. Vasen) auf oder in die Nähe des Gerätes gestellt werden.

• Das Gerät an einem sicheren, erschütterungsfreien Platz aufstellen.

• Gerät möglichst weit entfernt von Computern und Mikrowellengeräten platzieren, da es sonst evtl. zu Empfangsstörungen im Radiobetrieb

kommen kann.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es Beschädigungen aufweist, wenn es heruntergefallen ist oder nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.

• Prüfen Sie das Gerät, das Netzkabel sowie den Netzstecker regelmäßig auf sichtbare Beschädigungen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall,

wenn Sie Beschädigungen festgestellt haben.

• Sie dürfen das Gehäuse nicht öffnen oder reparieren. In diesem Falle ist die Sicherheit nicht gegeben und die Garantie erlischt. Reparaturen sind ausschließlich durch einen Service-Center/Kundencenter auszuführen.

• Das Gerät verfügt über einen „Klasse 1 Laser“. Setzen Sie sich nicht dem Laserstrahl aus, dies kann zu Augenverletzungen führen.

• Verwenden Sie nur Batterien, die frei von Quecksilber & Cadmium sind.

• Verbrauchte Batterien sind Sonderabfall und gehören NICHT in den Hausmüll!!! Geben Sie diese Ihrem Händler zurück oder entsorgen Sie diese

an geeigneten Sammelstellen Ihrer Stadt oder Gemeinde.

• Batterien dürfen nicht in die Hände von Kindern gelangen. Kinder können Batterien verschlucken. Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.

• Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Batterien um ein Auslaufen der Batterie zu vermeiden.

• Batterien dürfen keiner Hitze (z. B. Sonnenbestrahlung), Feuer ausgesetzt werden.

• ACHTUNG: Explosionsgefahr bei falscher Batteriehandhabung. Nur durch den selben oder baugleichen Batterietyp ersetzen.

Drücken Sie um das Gerät Ein / Aus zuschalten

Play/pause /Band

Im CD/USB Modus: Drücken um die Wiedergabe zu starten / unterbrechen.

Im DAB Modus: Drücken um zwischen DAB und UKW zu wechseln.

Skip up /down Tune+/-

Drücken um den nächsten Titel bei CD/USB zu Spielen. Drücken um die Radiofrequenz Manuell einzustellen.

Stop /Enter

Im CD/USB Modus: Drücken um die Wiedergabe zu unterbrechen.

Im UKW Modus: Drücken um zwischen Stereo und Mono zu wählen.

Folder/Pre Up-Down

Im Radio Modus: Drücken um Zugriff auf gespeicherte Sender zu erhalten. Im USB Modus: Drücken um Ordner zu wählen.

Play mode

Im CD Modus: Drücken um die Zufall/Wiederhol Funktion zu aktivieren.

Open/close

Drücken zum Öffnen / Schließen des CD-Fach

Volume -/+

Drücken um die Lautstärke einzustellen.

Sleep/Timer

Im Eingeschalteten Zustand: Drücken um die Sleep-Funktion zu aktivieren. Im Standby Modus: Drücken und halten um in den Uhreinstellungsmodus zu wechseln, kurz Drücken um den Wecker zu aktivieren Bzw. deaktivieren.

Del/info

Im USB Modus: Drücken um Daten auf USB/SD zu löschen. Im MP3 Wiedergabemodus: Drücken um ID3 Funktion zu aktivieren. Im DAB/UKW Modus: Drücken um Senderinformationen zu erhalten.

Fernbedienung

BATTERIE INSTALLATION

1. Das Batteriefach ist an der Rückseite der Fernbedienung.

2. Entfernen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel, indem Sie die Lasche eindrücken und den Deckel herausheben.

3. Legen Sie zwei (2) AAA-Batterien ( nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) in das Batteriefach und achten Sie auf die richtige Polarität.

4. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.

VORSICHT:

dieses Gerät darf nur von qualifizierten Technikern Modifiziert oder Repariert werden.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Benutzung

Installation

 • Alle Komponenten auspacken und das Schutzmaterial entfernen.  • Netzspannung überprüfen und alle anderen Verbindungen herstellen, bevor Sie das Gerät ans Stromnetz anschließen.  • Die Belüftungsöffnungen nicht blockieren. Achten Sie darauf, dass um das Gerät herum mehrere Zentimeter  freier Platz ist.

Montage der Abdeckung

1. Die Plastikhalterung nach hinten drücken.

2. Die Plastikhalterung mit der Abdeckung verbinden

3. Das Scharnier der Abdeckung mit dem Hauptgerät verbinden

Anschluss

1. Stecken Sie die Lautsprecherkabel in die Lautsprecheranschlüsse (32)., das Antennenkabel oder die mitgelieferte Wurfantenne in Antennenbuchse (30) und das Netzkabel (33) in eine Wechselstrom-Steckdose.

2. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein (6), wenn das Display (2) zu Leuchten beginnt, ist ihr Gerät Betriebsbereit.

Einstellen der Uhrzeit

1. Stellen Sie das Gerät in den Standby-Modus.

2. Drücken und halten Sie die “Mem/Clk-Adj” Taste (12), bis im Display "24HR" blinkt. Drücken Sie nun die oder

Taste (23/13), um zwischen 12 oder 24 Stunden Uhrzeit-Format zu wählen. Drücken Sie zum Bestätigen erneut die “Mem/Clk-Adj” button (12).

3. Die ersten zwei Ziffern "0:00" beginnen zu blinken. Drücken Sie die oder Taste (23/13) um die Stunden

einzustellen. Bestätigen Sie ihre Eingabe erneut durch Drücken der “Mem/Clk-Adj” T (12) Taste.

4. Die dritte und vierte Ziffer "00:00" beginnt zu blinken. Drücken Sie die oder Taste (23/13), um die Minuten

einzustellen, Bestätigen Sie auch hier erneut mit der “Preset/Clk-Adj” Taste (12).

 Die Uhrzeiteinstellung wird automatisch beendet, wenn keine Tasten in einem Zeitraum von etwa 5 Sekunden

gedrückt werden.

 Das Gerät verliert die eingestellte Uhrzeit sobald das Gerät vom Strom Getrennt wird. Wir empfehlen ihnen das

Gerät in den Standby-Modus zu wechseln.

Radio hören (UKW)

Manuelle Sendersuche

1. Schließen Sie die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Wurfantenne an die Antennenbuchse (30) an. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit der Ein / Standby-Taste (6) ein und wählen Sie mit der Funktionstaste (10) den DAB Modus. Wählen Sie dann anschließend mit der BAND-Taste (16) den UKW-Modus.

2. Stellen Sie mit den vor/zurück-Tasten (23/13) den gewünschten Radiosender ein.

3. Die Lautstärke mit dem Lautstärkeregler (19) wie gewünscht einstellen.

Automatischer Sendersuchlauf (Fernbedienung)

1. Schalten Sie das Gerät auf den UKW Modus.

2. Drücken Sie die SCAN-Taste auf der Fernbedienung, das Gerät bleibt bei dem zuerst gefundenen Sener automatisch stehen. Drücken und halten Sie die SCAN-Taste gedrückt, bis der Sendersuchlauf Rückwerts läuft. Verfügt der ausgestrahlte Sender über RDS (Radio Data System) wird das Gerät die Uhrzeit aufgrund der übermittelten Daten automatisch Synchronisieren.

3. Drehen Sie den Lautstärkeregler (19) auf die gewünschte Lautstärke.

Radio Data System (RDS)

Durch Drücken der Taste DELETE/INFO (auf der Fernbedienung) haben Sie die Möglichkeit zwischen verschiedenen Senderinformationen (falls übertragen vom jeweiligen Sender) zu wechseln.

DAB Radio

1. Stellen Sie Das Gerät durch Drücken der Funktionstaste (10).auf den DAB-Modus.

2. Drücken Sie die SCAN-Taste auf der Fernbedienung. Das Gerät tastet den DAB Frequenzbereich ab und speichert gefundene Sender automatisch. Drücken Sie die vor/zurück-Taste um zwischen den gefundenen Sendern zu wählen.

3. Drücken Sie wiederholt die Info-Taste um folgende DAB Sender Informationen zu erhalten: Gruppen Name  Frequenz  Bit Rate  Signal stärke Datum/Zeit  Programm Typ  Laufschrift

4. Drehen Sie den Lautstärkenregler (19) auf die gewünschte Lautstärke.

Festsenderspeicher

Sie können bis zu 40 Radiosender im Festsenderspeicher abspeichern. (20-FM/20-DAB).

1. Stellen Sie das Gerät in den UKW / DAB-Modus.

2. Stellen Sie einen gewünschten Sender ein den Sie speichern möchten.

3. Drücke und halten Sie die Mem/Clock-Adjust Taste (12) gedrückt, "Preset Empty 1" erscheint im Display und blinkt.

4. Drücken Sie Wiederholt die Folder/ Pre up Taste (22) um einen Freien Speicherplatz zu Wählen.

5. Drücken Sie die Mem/Clock-Adjust Taste (12), um den gewählten Speicherplatz zu bestätigen.

6. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 2 bis 5, um weitere Sender zu Speichern.

Festsenderspeicher Abrufen

1. Drücken Sie die Mem/Clock-Adjust-Taste (12), für den Zugriff auf die Festsenderspeicherliste.

2. Drücken Sie die Folder/ Pre up Taste (22), um den gewünschten Sender zu wählen.

3. Drücken Sie die Memory/Clock-Adjust Taste (12) um den gewählten Sender zu bestätigen.

 Die Festgespeicherten Sender werden vollständig gelöscht, wenn das Gerät komplett vom Strom getrennt wird. Es wird

empfohlen, das Gerät in den Standby-Modus zu wechseln.

 Sie können einen gespeicherten Sender jederzeit mit einem anderen Sender überschreiben.

UKW-Stereo-Empfang

 Drücken Sie wiederholt die ENTER-Taste (3), um die UKW Sender in Mono- oder Stereo (Auto) zu hören. (Falls Sie einen

Sender nur schwach Empfangen, ist es vorzuziehen das Programm in Mono wiederzugeben) Ihr Gerät versucht gefundene Sender immer in Stereo wiederzugeben, sofern der Empfang dies zulässt.

Hinweis für den besten Empfang:

- DAB/UKW: Achten Sie darauf, die DAB/UKW-Wurfantenne (3) vollständig abzuwickeln.

Bluetooth® Verbindung und Wiedergabe

1. Drücken Sie wiederholt die Funktionstaste (10) um den Bluetooth® Mode zu wählen.

2. Die Anzeige “ Bluetooth® “ im Display blinkt und zeigt damit die Bereitschaft zur Verbindung an.

3. Schalten Sie das Bluetooth® Funktion an ihren BT Gerät (Mobiltelefon oder Tablet) ein und suchen Sie nach neuen

Bluetooth® - Geräten und wählen Sie “ MCD5550SW ” aus.

4. Wenn das Gerät verbunden ist leuchtet die Anzeige “ Bluetooth® “ auf dem Display (2) ständig.

5. Starten sie die Musikwiedergabe auf Ihrem BT – Wiedergabe Gerät.

6. Um die Verbindung zu trennen drücken und halten Sie die “Play/Pause ” (16) Taste

Bemerkung:

- Sie können die Wiedergabe mit der “Play/Pause ” (16) unterbrechen bzw. Fortsetzen oder mit den “Vor- oder Zurücktaste (23/13) den Vorherigen bzw. nächsten Titel wählen.

Aux-In Betrieb

- Schließen Sie ein Zuspielgerät (z.B. MP3-Spieler oder ähnlich) über 3.5 mm Klinkenkabel (nicht im Lieferumfang) an die Buchse (34) an. Das wiedergegebene Signal kann auch aufgenommen (encodiert) werden.

1. Drücken sie die Funktionswahltaste (10) um die PHONO/AUX Mode zu wählen.

2. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Lautstärke durch Drehen am Drehregler (19) ein.

3. Starten Sie die Wiedergabe an dem externen Gerät.

CD Funktion

1. Drücken Sie die Funktions-Taste (10) um den CD Modus zu wählen.

2. Drücken Sie die Taste "Open / Close" (25), um die CD-Lade zu öffnen.

3. Legen Sie eine CD mit der bedruckten Seiten nach oben on das Fach ein und schließen Sie das CD-Fach.

4. Das Gerät "Liest" die CD, im Display erscheint eine Anzeige mit der Anzahl und Dauer der CD. (Die Wiedergabe startet automatisch)

5. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke wie gewünscht durch Drehen am Drehregler (19) ein.

 Play / Pause

1. Um die Wiedergabe zu unterbrechen, drücken Sie die Play / Pause Taste (16), um die Wiedergabe wieder zu starten, drücken Sie die Play / Pause Taste erneut.

 Stop

1. Um die Wiedergabe zu Stoppen, drücken Sie während der Wiedergabe die Stop-Taste (3)

 (Vor / Zurück )

1. Während der Wiedergabe oder Pause-Modus, wenn Sie die -Taste drücken (23) Springen Sie zum nächsten Titel. Drücken Sie die Play/Pause-Taste erneut für die Wiedergabe.

2. Drücken Sie Während der Wiedergabe die -Taste (13) um den aktuellen Titel von vorne zu starten, oder drücken Sie zweimal schnell, um den Vorherigen Titel zu Starten.

 MP3-CD´s

2. Nachdem das Gerät die MP3-CD "eingelesen" hat, wird die Gesamtanzahl der Titel und Ordner auf dem LCD-Display (2) angezeigt. Das Gerät beginnt die Wiedergabe automatisch.

3. Drücken Sie die “Folder/Pre up /down ” Taste auf der Fernbedienung, um einen gewünschten Ordner zu wählen.

4. Drücken Sie die “vor oder zurück ” Taste (23/13) um ihre gewünschte Titelnummer zu wählen.

ID3 (Nummer/Album/Titel) Funktion (nur Fernbedienung)

1. Drücken Sie die Info-Taste (auf der Fernbedienung) Während der Wiedergabe von MP3-CS´s wird der aktuelle Song-Titel

angezeigt. Drücken Sie die Info-Taste erneut, um diese Funktion zu unterbrechen.

Bemerkung:

- Wenn das Gerät einen Titel "ohne Namen" nicht zuordnen kann, erscheint im Display "none" oder "unknow".

- Das LCD Display unterstützt ausschließlich Englisch.

MP3 Aufnahme Format:

- Mp3 Bitrate : 32 kbps~320 kbps, 32khz, 44.1khz and 48 kHz.

- Die Leistung der Wiedergabe von MP3-CD´s ist verschieden und abhängig von der Qualität und Art der Aufnahme. Die Suche bzw. die Vorlaufzeit ist länger als bei normales CD´s.

 Wiederholung / Zufallsmodus (nur über Fernbedienung)

Drücken Sie wiederholt die Play Mode-Taste vor oder während der Wiedergabe eines einzelnen Titels oder einzigen Ordner (nur MP3) um Titel wie folgt abzuspielen:

(1) Wiederholen1 (2) Wiederholen alle Titel (3) Zufällig (4) Aus Modus Anzeige auf dem LCD-Display

 Wiederholungswiedergabe

Sie können die gewünschten Titel oder Ordner (Nur MP3 CD/USB) immer wieder Wiederholen.

 Zufallswiedergabe

Sie können alle Titel oder Ordner (Nur MP3 CD/USB) in zufälliger Reihenfolge abspielen durch diese Funktion.

CD Programmierung

Zum Programmieren muss sich das Gerät im STOP-Modus befinden. Bis zu 20 Titel können einprogrammiert und in beliebiger Reihenfolge abgespielt werden.

1. Stellen Sie das Gerät in den CD/USB-Modus, und stoppen Sie die Wiedergabe.

2. Drücken Sie die “Mem/Clk-Adj” Taste (12), erscheint "MEM" Im Display (2).

3. Wählen Sie einen gewünschten Titel durch Drücken der oder Taste (23/13).

4. Drücken Sie die “Mem/Clk-Adj” –Taste (12), um den Titel auf der Gewünschten Speicherplatznummer zu Speichern.

5. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 3 und 4, um weitere Titel in den Speicher einzugeben.

6. Wenn alle gewünschten Titel Programmiert worden sind, drücken Sie die CD Wiedergabe/Pause Taste (16) um die Wiedergabe zu Starten.

7. Um die Programmierung zu löschen, drücken Sie die STOP-Taste (3).

 Der Programmiermodus wird automatisch beendet, wenn keine Taste in einem Zeitraum von etwa 10 Sekunden gedrückt

wird.

Wiedergabe von MP3-Lieder über USB oder SD Karte

Verbinden

Das System ist in der Lage, alle auf dem Speichermedium gespeicherten MP3-Dateien zu decodieren und Wiederzugeben.

1. Drücken Sie die Funktions-Taste (10) und wählen Sie den USB oder SD-Modus.

2. Stecken Sie den USB-Stick oder die SD-Karte an der Vorderseite in die USB-Buchse.

 Achten Sie darauf den USB-Stick oder die SD-Karte richtig einzustecken, um

Beschädigungen am Gerät oder USB/SD Stick zu vermeiden.

3. Das Gerät startet automatisch mit dem "Lesen" der Dateien. Anschließend wird die Gesamtanzahl der MP3 Dateien auf dem LCD Display Angezeigt (2).

4. Für die Wiedergabe Wiederholen Sie die gleiche Vorgehensweise wie Oben bei CD Funktion beschrieben steht.

Bemerkung:

- Das Gerät erkennt und liest nur MP3-Formate über die USB-Schnittstelle.

- Es Besteht die Möglichkeit dass das Gerät nicht alle auf dem Markt erhältlichen USB-Sticks erkennt. Dies liegt an

einer Abweichung des MP3-Encoding und ist keine Fehlfunktion des Geräts.

- Wenn ihre Aufgenommenen Daten von anderen Geräten nicht erkannt wird, liegt das wahrscheinlich an einer Abweichung im MP3-Encoding-Format. Dies ist keine Fehlfunktion des Geräts.

Entfernen USB-Stick/SD-Karte

Um den USB-Stick oder SD-Karte zu entfernen, schalten Sie das Gerät bitte aus oder schalten Sie das Gerät auf den CD-Modus.

Aufnahme in MP3-Datei

Das Gerät ist in der Lage CD´s, Radio, Phono, Bluetooth® oder Kassetten in MP3 auf USB oder SD-Karte Aufzuzeichnen. Das Gerät erstellt einen Ordner auf ihren USB/SD Speichermedium in folgender Reihenfolge: Für das Kopieren einer normalen CD : "RIP" Für das Aufnehmen von Radio, Phono/Aux, Bluetooth® oder Kassette: "REC" Für das Kopieren einer MP3-CD: "FROMCD"

A) CD Aufnahme

I) Aufnahme 1 Titel / 1 CD mit 1x Geschwindigkeit

1. Starten Sie die Wiedergabe des Titels wie Sie es gewöhnt sind (den Sie aufnehmen möchten).

2. Drücken Sie die “ ” Taste (4), im Display beginnt “REC” und “USB” zu Blinken.

3. Drücken Sie nochmals die “ ” Taste (4), im Display erscheint “REC” und “ONE” Blinkt.

4. Drücken Sie nochmals die “ ” Taste (4) , im Display erscheint “REC USB”, die Aufnahme startet nun.

5. Nach dem Abschluss der Aufnahme, stoppt das Gerät die Aufnahme automatisch.

6. Drücken Sie die “Stop ” Taste (3) um die Aufnahme zu Stoppen.

7. Für das Kopieren der Kompletten CD, drücken Sie nach einlegen der CD die Stop-Taste. Drücken Sie nun dreimal die

“ ” Taste (4) bis im Display die Anzeige "REC USB" erscheint. Die Aufnahme startet nun, und stoppt nach der Aufnahme automatisch.

Bemerkung:

- Die Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit beträgt 1:1 und entsprechend der tatsächlichen Wiedergabezeit der CD-Spur.

- Das Aufnahmeformat ist voreingestellt. MP3 Bitrate: 128kbps, Abtastrate 44,1kHz.

- Um die Aufnahme zu unterbrechen, drücken Sie die "STOP" Taste während der Aufnahme.

B) Kopieren von MP3-Daten

1. Wenn Sie eine MP3 CD anstelle einer "normalen" CD einlegen, Kopiert das Gerät die Titel auf einen USB-Stick, sobald Sie die "REORD" Taste (4) drücken. Gehen Sie vor, wie bei CD Aufnahme bereits erklärt.

2. Das Gerät Kopiert automatisch die Komplette CD.

C) DAB/FM Aufnahme

1. Drücken Sie die Funktions-Taste (10) und wählen Sie den DAB-Modus. Wählen Sie einen gewünschten Sender den Sie Aufnehmen möchten.

2. Drücken Sie zweimal die “ ” Taste (4) bis im Display “REC USB” erscheint

3. Nach Beendigung der Aufnahme Drücken Sie die "Stop ” Taste (3) bis im Display die Symbole "REC USB” verschwinden.

D) Kassette/Phono/AUX-in/Bluetooth® Aufnahme

1) Stecken Sie einen leeren USB Stick oder SD-Karte in die jeweilige Buchse..

2) Wählen Sie mit der Funktionstaste (10) die gewünschte Aufnahmequelle (Kassette; Phono/Aux oder Bluetooth®) und

drücken Sie die Aufnahmetaste “ ” (4) zweimal.

3) Die LCD Anzeige (2)“REC USB’ oder REC SD blinkt und die Aufnahme startet nun.

4) Starten Sie die Wiedergabe der Kassette; Phono/Aux oder des Bluetooth® Gerätes. Das Gerät nimmt nun das Audiosignal

auf USB oder SD auf.

5) Zum beendenden der Aufnahme drücken Sie die "Stop" Taste (3), REC USB oder REC SD erlischt.

Bemerkung:

I. Wenn USB und SD eingesteckt sind kann nach dem ersten drücken der “ ” Taste (4) das gewünschte

Medium ausgewählt werden.

II. Drücken Sie nun die Vorwärts oder Zurück Taste (23/13) um USB oder SD auszuwählen.

III. Drücken Sie die “ ” Taste (4) um das gewählte Medium zu bestätigen.

IV. Folgen Sie nun bitte Schritt 4 der oben Beschriebenen Anleitung.

V. Bitrate der Konvertierung (über Fernbedienung)

Sie können die gewünschte Bitrate während der Konvertierung einstellen. Eine höhere Bitrate erzeugt bessere Tonqualität und belegt einen größeren Speicherplatz. Zur Wahl stehen 32 - 256 kbps.

1) Wählen Sie die Funktion Kassette; Phono/Aux oder Bluetooth® PHONO (10), ohne die Wiedergabe zu starten.

2) Drücken Sie die Info-Taste. Das LC-Display (2) zeigt die voreingestellte Bitrate an (128 kbps).

3) Drücken Sie die Vor- oder Zurück-Taste(13,24), um die gewünschte Konvertierungsbitrate einzustellen.

4) Zur Bestätigung der Einstellung wieder die Info-Taste drücken.

E) Titel-Trennung (nur Fernbedienung)

Sie können die Aufgezeichnete Musik aus Phono / Kassette / Radio auf USB Lied für Lied während der Aufnahme trennen. Jedes Mal wenn Sie die Taste drücken, beginnt ein neuer Titel. Diese Funktion dient zur Digitalen Titel

Trennung über Analoge Medien.

USB-Stick/SD-Karte Daten Löschen (Nur mit Fernbedienung möglich)

Das Gerät ist in der Lage, Daten die auf einem USB-Stick gespeichert sind zu löschen, gehen Sie hierfür wie folgt vor : 1． Stecken Sie ein USB-Stick in die USB-Buchse und stellen Sie das Gerät auf "USB".

2． Drücken Sie die "Del/Info" Taste, das LCD-Display zeigt (del ---001) 3． Drücken Sie die oder Taste, um die gewählte Datei zu löschen. 4． Drücken Sie die oder Taste, und wählen Sie zwischen "Yes / No". 5． Drücken Sie die "Del/info"-Taste erneut zum Bestätigen.

Hinweis:

- Um diese Funktion zu beenden, Drücken Sie die STOP-Taste.

Phono

1. Betrieb

- Entfernen Sie den Nadelschutz.

- Achten Sie darauf, dass der Tonarm frei beweglich ist und die weiße Schutzkappe entfernt ist.

1. Wählen Sie den PHONO Modus durch Drücken der Funktionstaste (10).

2. Den Geschwindigkeitsregler (27) in die richtige Position in Abhängigkeit von der Aufzeichnung für die Wiedergabe einstellen.

3. Legen Sie die Platte auf den Plattenteller (verwenden Sie den Spindeladapter (26) falls erforderlich.

4. Heben Sie den Tonarm an, und bewegen Sie den Tonarm langsam in Richtung der Vinylplatte. Der Plattenteller beginnt zu Drehen.

5. Legen Sie den Tonarm Vorsichtig auf die Vinylplatte.

6. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke wie gewünscht durch Drehen am Drehregler (19) ein.

7. Am Ende der Schallplatte wird Stoppt der Plattenspieler automatisch, je nachdem ob Sie den Auto-Stop-Schalter (28) auf Ein oder Aus eingestellten haben.

8. Um manuell zu stoppen, heben Sie den Tonarm Vorsichtig von der Platte und legen Sie den Tonarm auf die Tonarmstütze

Hinweis: Das Gerät ist mit einem Auto-Stopp-Schalter ausgestatten, dieser Schalter regelt die automatische Abschaltung der Schallplatte. Ein = Schaltet am Ende der Platte ab. Aus= Plattenteller dreht sich am Ende der Platte weiter. Falls Ihr Plattenspieler die Musikwiedergabe zu früh abschaltet, deaktivieren Sie den Auto-Stop-Schalter.

Drücken Sie, um den Kassettenbetrieb zu stoppen. Drücken Sie erneut um das Kassettenfach zu Öffnen.

Schnell vor/-Rücklauf Taste

Drücken Sie, für einen Schnell vor/ bzw. -Rücklauf in Bandlaufrichtung oder gegen die Bandlaufrichtung.

Play Taste

Drücken Sie, um die Wiedergabe zu starten.

Pause Taste

Drücken Sie, um die Wiedergabe zu unterbrechen. Drücken Sie erneut für die Wiedergabe.

Kassetten Betrieb

Allgemeine Bedienung

Wiedergabe

 Drücken Sie die Funktionstaste (10) und wählen Sie die TAPE-Funkion.  Legen Sie eine Kassette in das Kassettenlaufwerk.  Drücken Sie die PLAY-Taste um die Wiedergabe zu starten.

 Stellen Sie die Lautstärke wie gewünscht durch Drehen am Drehregler (19) ein.  Drücken Sie die PAUSE-Taste um die Wiedergabe vorübergehend zu unterbrechen.  Um die Wiedergabe zu beenden, Drücken Sie die STOP/EJ.-Taste.

Bemerkung:

Es ist möglich, beide Kassettenspieler einer nach dem anderen zu Spielen. Legen Sie in Kassettendeck 1 und 2 eine Kassette ein. Drücken Sie auf der Kassettendeck 1 Steuerung die Play-Taste und anschließend die Pause-Taste. Drücken Sie nun auf der Kassettendeck 2 Steuerung die Play-Taste. Die Wiedergabe von Kassette 1 Startet nun nach der Wiedergabe von Kassettendeck 2.

Zusatz Funktionen A. Sleep Funktion

1. Drücken Sie die “ Sleep” Taste (18) auf ihrer Fernbedienung, “SLP-120 “ erscheint im Display (6).

2. Wählen Sie aus folgenden Abschaltzeiten: 120>90> 60 > 45 >….15 Minuten im Display erscheint “z”.

3. Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch nach der voreingestellten Zeit in den Standby Modus.

4. Um die Sleep-Funktion zu unterbrechen, drücken Sie die "SLEEP"-Taste bis "SLP-off" Angezeigt wird und “z“ verschwindet.

B. Weck Funktion

Mit dieser Funktion kann das Gerät sich automatisch einschalten und weckt Sie durch CD, DAB, FM Radio oder USB/SD Modus. Schalten Sie das Gerät in den Standby-Modus und Drücken und halten Sie die Taste "Timer" auf ihrer Fernbedienung, um in den

Einstellungsmodus zu gelangen. Im Display erscheint "SET TIMER" wählen Sie nun "SELECT SOURCE and timer" .

1) Weckton : Drücken Sie die Funktions-Taste mehrmals, um die Quelle von “ CD “ -- “ FM “ -- “DAB ”-- “ USB ” – "

SD "zu wählen. Drücken Sie die Timer-Taste, um die gewählte Quelle zu bestätigen.

2) Weckton Lautstärke : Drücken Sie die vor/zurück-Taste um die Weckton-Lautstärke einzustellen, und bestätigen Sie mit der

Timer-Taste.

3) Weck Zeit : Drücken Sie die oder Taste um die Stunden einzustellen und drücken Sie dann die "Timer" –

Taste um die Eingabe zu bestätigen. Drücken Sie nun die oder Taste um die Minuten einzustellen, bestätigen Sie anschließend erneut mit der "Timer"-Taste.

Bemerkung:

 Wenn keine Weckquelle erkannt wird (wie z.B. USB / CD), weckt das Gerät automatisch im UKW-Radio Modus.  UKW oder DAB Weckmodus, das Gerät Speichert automatisch den zuletzt gehörten Sender im DAB oder UKW Betrieb vor

dem Ausschalten.

 Bitte Schalten Sie den Alarm Manuel aus, sobald der Alarm ertönt, der Alarm wird nicht automatisch deaktiviert.

 Wecker Ein/Aus

1. Um den "Timer" zu aktivieren, drücken Sie einmal die "Timer"-Taste auf der Fernbedienung bis auf dem Display “ ” erscheint.

Precautions for use Installation

 Unpack all parts and remove protective material.  Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the main voltage and before all other connections have been made.

 Do not cover any vents and make sure that there is a space of several centimeters around the unit for ventilation.

Connection

1. Plug in the AC cord (33) to the AC outlet. The unit will go to standby mode and the LCD display (2) will dim light up.

2. Turn on the unit (6), if the LCD display (2) is on with backlighting, it means the power supply is normal. Now your system is ready to play the music.

Setting the clock

1. Set unit in standby mode.

2. Press and hold the “ Mem/Clk-Adj ” button (12) until display will flash “24HR” press the Skip Up or Skip Down

button (23/13) to select the clock format between 12 or 24Hour. Then press the “ Mem/Clk-Adj ” button (12).

3. The first digit of “ 0:00 ” is flashing on the LCD display (2). Press Skip Up or Skip Down button (23/13) to set the

correct hour. Press “ Mem/Clk-Adj ” button (12) to store the correct hour.

4. The third & fourth digit of “ 00 ” is flashing, press the Skip Up or Skip Down button (23/13) to set the correct

minutes. Then press “ Preset/Clk-Adj ” button (12) to store the correct minute.

 The clock setting mode will automatically quit if no button is being pressed in a period of about 5 seconds after

pressing the “ Mem/Clk-Adj ” button.

Listening to FM radio

Manual tuning

1. Plug in the provided DAB/FM tuner antenna to the antenna socket (30) then switch on the unit by On/Standby button (6), then

press Function button (10) to select “ DAB ” mode then press Band button (16) to select FM mode.

2. Tune to the required station by pressing the Tuning Up or Down button (23/13).

3. Turn the Volume knob (19) to the desired volume level.

Auto tuning (on the remote control only)

1. Set the unit to FM mode.

2. Press the Scan button once on the remote control, unit will start to scan at tuning up direct until radio station received. Press and hold the Scan button on the remote control for a second, the unit will scan to tuning down direction. If the radio data system (RDS) broadcasting signal received, the unit will set the actual time automatically.

3. Turn the Volume knob (19) to the desired volume level.

Radio data system (RDS)

This is the features to display the information which released from the radio broadcast and will showed on LCD display step by step as below by pressing the Info button(on the remote control) continuously. Radio text program type signal strength date/time frequency mono/stereo

Digital audio broadcasting (DAB) radio

1. Set the unit to “DAB” mode by Function button (10).

2. Press the Scan button on the remote control once, unit will start to full scan from range 11b-12d one time within around 2 second. Then press Tune up/down button (23/13) to select your desired DAB channel.

3. Press the Info button continuously to check the below info released by DAB. Group name frequency  transfer rate signal strength date/time program type  scrolling text

4. Press the Volume knob (19) to the desired volume level.

Preset stations

You can store up to total of 40 radio stations in the memory (20-FM/20-DAB).

1. Set to FM/DAB mode

2. Turn to the desired radio station by “ manual ” or “ auto ” tuning method.

3. Press and hold the Mem/Clock-Adjust button (12) around four second to enable memory state, the preset station will flash on LCD display.

4. Preset the Folder/ Pre up button (22) to select the desired station memory for storage.

5. Press Mem/Clock-Adjust button (12) to confirm the preset memory.

6. Repeat step 2 to 5 to store other stations.

Recall preset stations

1. Press the Mem/Clock-Adjust button (12) once to enable recall state

2. Press Folder/ Pre up button (22) to select the desired memory station.

3. Press Memory/Clock-Adjust button (12) to confirm the recall memory station.

 There are 3 seconds for program state, after 3 sec. This state would resume to normal tuner mode automatically.  You can overwrite a present station by storing another frequency in its place.

FM-Stereo reception

 Press the “ Enter ” knob (3) repeatedly, the FM programs are receiving in mono and stereo mode repeatedly. In particular

when stereo signals are weak, it is preferable to receive the program in Mono.

Hints for best reception:-

- FM/DAB : the receiver work with detachable DAB/FM wire antenna, make sure the antenna is plugged into the antenna socket (30), totally unraveled and proper located for the best reception.

Bluetooth® connecting and Playback

1. Press “Function” button to select (10) Bluetooth® mode.

2. The LCD display (2) will flashing with “ Bluetooth® “ , it means the BT is ready for connection & under searching mode.

3. Switch on the Bluetooth feature of your BT device (such as mobile phone) and select “ MCD5550SW ” on the BT equipment

to connecting.

4. Once the connecting was finish and connect successfully, the word “ Bluetooth® “ will be remained without flashing on LCD

display (2).

5. Start to playback your BT device and enjoy the music from the main unit.

6. To disconnect the Bluetooth connection, press and hold the “Play/Pause ” (16) button

- You can press the “Play/Pause ” (16), “Skip Up or Skip Down button” (23/13) of the main unit or remote to control the music playback.

Aux-in connection

- Connect the unit to other device by connecting the Aux in jack (34) with a 3.5mm cable(not provided) and other end connect to the external device such as Discman/MP3 player to perform the music playback or encoding function etc.

1. Press the Function button (10) to Phono/Aux position.

2. Adjust with Volume Control Knob (19) to desired volume level.

3. Start to play your external device.

Playing Compact Disc

 Getting start

- Press Function button (10) to select “ CD ” mode.

- Push the CD tray open (25) to open the CD tray.

- Place a CD with the printed side facing up and then close the CD tray.

- Focus search will performing and the LCD display (2) will show the total number of tracks & total playing time. Then, the unit will start to automatically.

- Turn Volume knob (19) to the desired volume level.

 Play / Pause mode

1. To interrupt, press the “ Play/Pause ” button (16) once. Press again to resume normal playback.

 Stop mode

1. If “ Stop ” button (3) is pressed during play or pause mode, system will go to stop mode.

 Skip mode (skip up / skip down )

1. During play or pause mode, if “ skip up ” button (23) is pressed. It will go to next track and display the track no. and then remain the play or pause mode.

2. During play or pause mode, if “ skip down ” button (13) is pressed. It will go to the previous track, original track no. is display and remain the play or pause mode.

 For MP3 Disc

2. After focus search is performing, the total number of track and album will be shown on the LCD display (2). The unit will start to plat directly.

3. Turn “ Folder/ Pre up /down ” knob on the remote control to select the folder number.

4. Press “ Skip Up or Skip Down ” button (23/13) to select the track number.

ID3/Display function (on remote control only)

Press the “ Info “ button repeatedly, the LCD display (2) show “ file ”during playback of MP3 file, the song file/album/song/artist name is being displayed few seconds in sequence . Then will change back to current clock time.

Remark:-

- In that case of no name or not supportive languages had been assigned for the track, LCD display will blank (2) when press the Info button.

- No Title/Album name can be recognized if the input format on the Disc is not supporting by the system.

- The system support only English and Arabic number for ID3 function.

MP3 track format requirement:-

- Bit rate : 32 kbps~320kbps, sampling rate : 32khz, 44.1khz and 48 kHz decodable

- The performance of playing MP3 Disc is various from the quality of recording disc and the method of recording. Furthermore, the searching lead-time for MP3-CD is longer than normal CD due to difference format.

 Repeat/Random mode (on remote control only)

Press the “ Play Mode ” button on the remote control during playback to select repeat and random function, a single track, all the tracks repeat or folder repeat(MP3 only) and random can be played in difference mode as follow:-

CD programming

Up to 20 tracks can be programmed for disc play in any order. Before use, be sure to press the “ stop ” button (3).

1. Set in CD mode & stop the CD playback.

2. Press the “ Mem/Clk-Adj ” button (12) and “ MEM ” will appear on LCD display (2).

3. Select a desired track by pressing skip up or down button (23/13).

4. Press the “ Mem/Clk-Adj ” button (12) to store the track into memory.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to enter additional tracks into the memory if necessary.

6. When all the desired tracks have been programmed, press “ Play/Pause ” button (16) to play the disc in assigned order.

7. Press “ Stop ” button (3) to stop playback, press Stop button again to clear all stored memory.

 The programming mode will automatically stop if no button is being pressed in a period of about 10 seconds after pressing

the “Mem/Clk-Adj ” button.

Playback of MP3 song via USB storage media or memory card

Connecting

The system is able to decode and playback all MP3 file which stored in the memory media with USB connecting port or SD memory card.

1. Set the system at standby mode first or other function except SD or USB mode.

2. Plug-in the USB pen-drive with the face up & make sure it going into completely or insert the memory card in the direction of the arrow as shown in the label on the underside of the memory card slot. Insert straight without bending.

 Connecting the USB upside down or backwards could damage the audio system or the storage media (USB thumb

drive / SD card). Check to be sure the direction is correct before connection.

3. Set Function button (10) to SD card or USB mode.

4. The system will start reading the storage media automatically after connecting, and LCD display (2) will show the total number of MP3 files being detected.

5. Repeat the same playback procedure and programming as playing CD disc as above.

Remark

- The system can detect and read the file under MP3 format only at USB/SD mode but not other music file format.

- If connect the system to MP3 player via the USB socket, due to variances in MP3 encoding format, some MP3 player

may not be able to play via the USB socket. This is not a malfunction of the system.

- USB port does not support connection with USB extension cable and is not designed for communication with computer directly

Removing of USB / memory card

To remove the USB / memory card, turn off the power or switch the function mode to either CD, aux or tuner first. For USB port – un-plug it by pulling out the USB socket directly, for memory card – pull out the SD/MMC card straightly without bending.

Encoding into MP3 file

The system is able to encode normal CD/Tuner/Phono or cassette tape file to MP3 format and recording at memory media with USB connecting port or SD card and below explanation was encode to USB port and same procedure if encode to SD card. The system will create a music folder name – “ RIP“ for CD-DA encode, “ REC ” for Tuner, Aux, Cassette encode and “ FROMCD ” for CD-MP3 disc copy and encode bitrate default at 128kbps.

A) CD encoding

I) encoding 1 track / 1 disc at 1x speed

1. Perform normal playback of the CD track you want to encode & record,

2. Press “ “ button (4) during the playback of the desire track and the display will show “REC” and “USB” flashing.

3. Press “ “ button (4) again the display will show “REC” and ”ONE” flashing.

4. Press “ “ button (4) again, the system will flashing with “REC USB “ icon. Encoding is performing now.

5. After completing of recording, unit will stop playback automatically.

6. Press “ stop “ button (3) to interrupt the recording mode anytime.

7. For encode whole CD track, pls stay CD in stop mode then press “ “ button (4) three times until the display

flashing “ REC USB”, then system will start to playback CD and encoding whole disc.

Remark:-

- The recording speed is 1:1 and according to the actual plying time of the CD track

- The recording format is preset at – MP3 bit rate : 128 kbps, sampling rate : 44.1khz

- Press “ stop “ button (3) to interrupt the recording mode at anytime.

B) Copying of MP3 file

If putting a MP3 disc instead of a CD-disc, the system will copy the files to the USB if press the “ “ button (4). The operation procedures is same as CD encoding as stipulate on above, and the system will switch to copying mode only if MP3 file being read.

C) DAB/FM encoding

1. Operate tuner mode refer above listening to radio section to receive the station you would like to encode.

2. Press the “ “ button twice (4) until the unit will display flashing with “REC USB “ icon. Encoding is now performing.

3. After finish of recoding, press“ stop “ button (3) until the symbol “ REC USB “ disappear.

D) Cassette/Phono/AUX-in/Bluetooth® encoding

1) Plug in the USB pen drive or SD card for recording (make sure it had enough empty space).

2) Set the unit to your desired encoding mode by function button (10) such as “tape” mode or “phono/aux-in” or

“Bluetooth®”…etc. then press the “ ” button (4) twice.

3) The LCD display (2) will flash with “REC USB” or “REC SD” icon.

4) Start playback the track of cassette tape or your external Aux device or Bluetooth® device that you prepare to encoding to

MP3 format. Now the system is starting the encoding mode.

5) After finishing of recoding, press “stop ” button (3) until the “REC USB” or “REC SD” disappear.

Remark:

- After setting the encoding mode (step 2):

I. If both USB and SD card are connected to the unit during encoding, the LCD display (2) will have “Check USB SD”

(with “USB” flashing) after pressing once of the “ ” button (4).

II. Press Skip Up or Skip Down button (23/13) to select the desired media (USB or SD) for recording.

III. Press the “ ” button (4) again to confirm the recording media.

IV. Continue step 4 of the above operation

V. Encoding bitrate (by remote handset, “tape” mode, “phono/aux-in” or “Bluetooth®” only).

You can select the desired bitrate during encoding, the higher bit rate will generate Better sound quality and occupy more space of memory. The selectable range is from 32 - 256 kbps respectively

1. Set in “tape” mode or “phono/aux-in” or “Bluetooth®”) function (10) & remain stop mode.

2. Press the “ Info “ function and the LCD display will show the default bitrate (128Kbps)

3. Press Skip Up or Skip Down button (23/13) to select the desire bitrate for encoding.

4. Press again the “ Info “ to confirm the setting.

E) track separation(On remote control only)

You can divide the recording music from tape or DAB…etc in to USB track by track during encoding. Every time when press the “ “ (track separation) button (on remote control) once during encoding from tape or Aux in, the system will generate a new

track and continuous the recording. The text “ SAVE “ at LCD display will flashing one time, it mean the unit is creating a new track successfully.

File delete at USB / SD card (by remote control)

The system is able to erase the file stored inside the USB pen drive by following:1． Insert the media storage and set at “ USB “ mode. 2． Press the “ delete “ button and the LCD display (2) will show (del ---001) 3． Press skip forward or skip backward button to select the file going to delete 4． Press the “ delete “ button to enter “ yes / no “ mode and then press skip forward or skip backward to select “ yes

“ or “ no “.

5． Press the “ delete “ button again to confirm the setting.

Phono

Note:

- Remove the stylus protector.

- Be sure that the tone arm is being detached from the tone arm rest before operating and

re-secured again afterwards.

1. Select to “ Phono ” function (10).

2. set the speed selector (27) to the proper position depending on the record to be played.

3. Place the record on the platter (use the spindle adaptor (26) if required).

4. Lift the tone arm from the rest and slowly move it to the record side. The platter will start to rotate.

5. Place the tone arm to the desired position of the record.

6. Adjust the volume to the desired level (19).

7. At the end of record, the platter will automatically stop rotating. Lift the tone arm from the record and return it to the rest.

8. To stop manually, lift the tone arm from the record and return it to the rest.

Remark : As some kind of record the auto-stop area was out of the unit setting, so it will stop before the last rack finish. In this case, select the auto-stop switch to “ off “ position, then it will run to the end of the record but will not stop automatically (turn off the power button or switch back the auto-stop switch (28) to “ on “ position to stop the platter rotate). Then put back the tone arm to the rest position.

Listing to tape

General operation

Stop / eject key press to stop all deck operation. Press again to open the cassette door.

Fast forward key & press to start rapid tape winding in either forward or revers Fast rewind key direction. Press stop / fast rewind key eject keys when the cassette spools stop turning.

Play key press to start playing tape.

Record key (DECK1) press to recording to tape.

Pause key press to stop tape operation temporarily. Press again to resume play.

Playback

 Select “tape” function (10).  Put in the cassette tape.  Press play key to active playback  Adjust the volume control (14/24) to the desire level.  Use pause key when you want to stop playback temporarily.  Press stop / eject key when finished.

Remark:

It is possible to play both cassette players one after the other. If you press the button “pause” and “play” at deck 1 and button “play” at deck 2, than the tape of deck 1 will be start to play automatically after the tape of deck 2 is finished.

More features

A. Sleep function (on remote control only)

1. Press “ Sleep ” button on remote control “SLP-120 “ will shown on the LCD display (6).

2. Keep pressing the button to adjust the sleep timer in the order of 120>90> 60 > 45 >….15 minutes respectively and sleep

icon “z” will indicate on LCD.

3. System will stop and go to standby mode automatically after running the selected time.

4. To cancel the sleep mode, press “ Sleep ” button until “SLP-off’ displayed and the “ z “ indicator disappear on LCD display.

B. Timer clock setting (on remote control only)

This function allows the system to turn on automatically and wake you up by CD, DAB, FM Radio, USB/SD mode respectively.

First, set the unit at standby mode and then press & hold the “ Timer ” button on the remote control to enter the setting mode, the LCD display will show “SET TIMER” then change to “ SELECT SOURCE and timer ” “ icon will flash on display :-

1) Wake up source press the “ Function “ button repeatedly to select the source from “ CD “ -- “ FM “ -- “DAB ”-- “ USB ” –

“SD”. Press “ Timer “ button to confirm the selected source.

2) Wake up volume press the Skip up / down “ button to adjust the wake up volume level then press “Timer” button

to confirm the wake up level.

3) Wake up time press Skip up / down “ button to set the hour & then press “Timer “ button to enter the hours.

Press Skip up / down “ button to set minutes and press “ Timer “ button “ to store the memory.

Remark

 If there is no music source being detected (such as USB/CD) when the preset time is reached, system will default to FM

mode automatically.

 For FM or DAB radio wake up, the system will preset at the latest radio frequency being listened before switching off.  Please switch off the system manually during alarm wake up mode as the system will not turn off automatically after alarm on

mode.

 Active/de-active timer function

1. To active the timer, press once the “ Timer ” button on remote handset until the timer indicator “ ” is shown on LCD display (2).

2. To cancel timer function by press once again “ Timer ” button until the timer indicator “ ” disappear.

Connexions

1. Branchez le cordon d’alimentation secteur (33) à une prise électrique. L’appareil passe en mode veille et l’éclairage de

l’écran LCD (2) s’atténue.

2. Allumez l’appareil (6). Si l’écran LCD (2) est rétroéclairé, cela veut dire que l’appareil est correctement alimenté. Votre

système est alors prêt à la lecture de musique.

Réglage de l'horloge

1. Mettez l'appareil en mode veille.

2. Maintenez enfoncée la touche « Mem/Rég-Hor. » (12) jusqu’à ce que « 24HR » s’affiche à l’écran, appuyez sur la touche

Saut avant ou Saut arrière (23/13) pour sélectionner le format d’horloge 12 ou 24 heures. Ensuite, appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’heure » (12).

3. Les premiers chiffres de l’heure « 0:00 » se mettent à clignoter sur l’écran LCD (2). Appuyez sur la touche « Saut avant »

ou « Saut arrière » (23/13) pour régler les heures. Appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge »

(12) pour mémoriser les heures.

4. Les troisième et quatrième chiffres de « 00 » se mettent à clignoter, appuyez sur la touche saut avant ou saut arrière

(23/13) pour régler les minutes. Appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge » (12) pour mémoriser les

minutes.

 Le mode de réglage de l’heure sera automatiquement quitté si aucune touche n’est appuyée pendant environ

Écouter la radio FM

Recherche manuelle

1. Branchez l’antenne de tuner DAB/FM fournie à la prise d’antenne (30) puis allumez l’appareil à l’aide de la touche

Marche/Veille (6), puis appuyez sur la touche Fonction (10) pour sélectionner le mode « DAB », puis appuyez sur la touche Bande (16) pour sélectionner le mode FM.

2. Réglez la station souhaitée en appuyant sur la touche Syntonisation avant ou arrière (23/13).

3. Tournez la molette de volume (19) au niveau souhaité.

Syntonisation automatique (sur la télécommande uniquement)

1. Faites passer l’appareil en mode FM.

2. Appuyez une fois sur la touche Balayage de la télécommande et l’appareil commencera directement à balayer vers l’avant

jusqu’à ce qu’une station de radio soit reçue. Maintenez enfoncée la touche de balayage de la télécommande pendant une seconde et l’appareil va à balayer vers l’arrière. Si le signal de diffusion « Radio Data System » (RDS) est reçu, l’appareil règle automatiquement l’heure réelle.

3. Tournez la molette de volume (19) au niveau souhaité.

Radio data system (RDS)

Cette fonctionnalité affiche les informations contenues dans l’émission radio et les fait défiler une à une sur l’écran LCD, comme indiqué ci-dessous, en appuyant sur la touche Info (sur la télécommande) de manière continue. Radio à radiodiffusion audionumérique (DAB)

1. Faites passer l’appareil en mode « DAB » à l’aide de la touche de fonction (10).

2. Appuyez une fois sur la touche Balayage de la télécommande et l’appareil commencera un balayage complet de la plage

11b à 12d une fois en environ 2 secondes. Ensuite, appuyez sur les touches de syntonisation (23/13) pour choisir la station DAB souhaitée.

3. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche « Info » pour contrôler les informations DAB diffusées ci-dessous.

Stations présélectionnées

Vous pouvez enregistrer jusqu’à un total de 40 stations de radio en mémoire (20 FM/20 DAB).

1. Passez en mode FM/DAB

2. Passez à la station de radio souhaitée en utilisant la méthode de syntonisation « manuelle » ou « automatique ».

3. Maintenez enfoncée la touche Mem/Rég-Hor (12) pendant environ quatre secondes pour activer la mise en mémoire, la

station présélectionnée clignote sur l’écran LCD.

4. Préréglez la touche Dossier/Présélection avant (22) pour sélectionner la station souhaitée à stocker en mémoire.

5. Appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge » (12) pour confirmer la mémoire de la présélection.

6. Répétez les étapes 2 à 5 pour mémoriser d’autres stations.

Rappel des stations préréglées

1. Appuyez brièvement sur la touche Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge (12) pour activer le mode de rappel.

2. Appuyez sur la touche Dossier/Présélection avant (22) pour sélectionner la station en mémoire souhaitée.

3. Appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge » (12) pour confirmer la station mémorisée rappelée.

 L’état de programmation dure 3 secondes, après quoi, il retourne automatiquement au mode normal du tuner.  Vous pouvez remplacer une station actuelle en mémorisant une autre fréquence à sa place.

Réception FM stéréo

 Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche « Enter » (3) ; les programmes FM reçoivent en mode mono et stéréo alternativement.

En particulier, si les signaux stéréo sont faibles, il est préférable de recevoir le programme en mode mono.

Conseils pour une meilleure réception :-

- FM : le récepteur fonctionne avec l’antenne DAB/FM intégrée, assurez-vous que l’antenne (3) soit entièrement déroulée

pour une meilleure réception.

Connexion et lecture Bluetooth®

1. Appuyez sur la touche « Function » pour sélectionner le mode Bluetooth® (10).

2. L’écran LCD (2) clignote et affiche « Bluetooth ® », ce qui signifie que le Bluetooth est prêt pour la connexion et recherche

les périphériques à proximité.

3. Allumez le Bluetooth® de votre appareil Bluetooth (téléphone portable par exemple) et sélectionnez-y le nom

« MCD5550SW ».

4. Une fois la connexion terminée avec succès, « Bluetooth® » cesse de clignoter et reste fixe à l’écran (2).

5. Démarrez la lecture sur votre appareil Bluetooth et écoutez la musique depuis l’appareil principal.

6. Pour déconnecter le Bluetooth®, maintenez enfoncée la touche « Play/Pause » (16)

Remarque

Vous pouvez appuyer sur la touche « Play/Pause » (16), « Skip Up » ou « Skip Down » (23/13) de l’appareil principal pour contrôler la lecture musicale.

Connexion d’entrée auxiliaire

- Reliez l’appareil à un autre dispositif en branchant une extrémité de câble de 3,5 mm (non fourni) à la prise Aux in (34) et

l’autre au dispositif externe tel qu’un lecteur de CD/MP3 pour permettre la lecture de musique ou activer la fonction d’encodage, etc.

- Appuyez sur la touche Fonction (10) pour la mettre à la position Phono/Aux.

- Tournez la molette Volume (19) pour la placer au niveau souhaité.

Commencez à écouter votre dispositif externe.

Lecture de disques compacts

 Mise en route

1. Appuyez sur la touche de fonction (10) pour sélectionner le mode « CD ».

2. Appuyez sur la touche d’ouverture/fermeture du tiroir CD (25) pour l’ouvrir.

3. Placez un CD avec la face imprimée vers le haut dans le compartiment, puis fermez le tiroir.

4. Une analyse est effectuée, l’écran LCD (2) indique le nombre total de pistes et le temps de lecture total. Ensuite, la lecture

commencera automatiquement.

5. Tournez la molette de volume (19) au niveau souhaité.

 Fonctions de lecture/pause

1. Pour interrompre, appuyez une fois sur la touche « Play/Pause » (16). Appuyez à nouveau pour reprendre la lecture

normale.

 Mode Arrêt

1. Si la touche « Stop » (3) est appuyée pendant la lecture ou en pause, le système passe en mode arrêt.

 Mode Saut (saut avant /arrière )

1. En mode lecture ou pause, si la touche « Saut avant » (23) est enfoncée, le lecteur passe la piste suivante et affiche le

n° de piste et demeure en mode lecture ou pause.

2. En mode lecture ou pause, si la touche « saut arrière » (13) est enfoncée, le lecteur passe à la piste précédente, affiche

le n° de piste d’origine, et demeure en mode lecture ou pause.

 Pour les disques MP3

1. À la fin de la recherche détaillée, le nombre total de pistes et d’albums sera affichée sur l’écran LCD (2). La lecture

commencera directement.

2. Tournez le bouton « Dossier/Présélection avant /arrière » de la télécommande pour sélectionner le numéro de dossier.

3. Appuyez sur « Saut avant ou Saut arrière » (23/13) pour sélectionner le numéro de piste.

Fonction ID3/Affichage (sur la télécommande uniquement)

Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « Info », l’écran LCD (2) affiche « file » pendant la lecture d’un fichier MP3, le fichier de la chanson/l’album/la chanson/le nom de l’artiste sont affichés consécutivement quelques secondes. Ensuite, l’écran affiche à nouveau l’heure actuelle.

Remarque :-

- Dans le cas où aucun nom ou aucune langue prise en charge n’a été attribué à la piste, l’écran LCD (2) n’affichera rien

lorsque vous appuyez sur la touche Info.

- Le titre ou le nom de l’album ne seront pas reconnus si le format du disque n'est pas compatible avec le système.

- Le système ne prend en charge que l’anglais et les numéros arabe pour la fonction ID3.

Condition de format pour les pistes MP3 :

- Débit binaire : De 32 kbit/s à 320kbit/s, taux d’échantillonnage : décodable à 32 kHz, 44,1 kHz et 48 kHz

- La performance de lecture des MP3 varie en fonction de la qualité d’enregistrement et de la méthode d’enregistrement. De

plus, le délai de recherche est plus long pour un disque MP3 que pour un CD normal du fait de la différence de format.

 Mode Répétition/Aléatoire (sur la télécommande uniquement)

Appuyez sur la touche « Play Mode » de la télécommande pendant la lecture pour sélectionner la fonction répétition ou aléatoire ; la lecture d’une seule piste, la répétition de toutes les pistes ou la répétition d’un dossier (MP3 uniquement) et la lecture aléatoire peuvent se faire dans différents modes de la manière suivante : -

pour les CD

(1) répéter 1 piste (2) répéter toutes les pistes (3) aléatoire (4) mode inactif

Pour les disques MP3

 Répétition de la lecture

Vous pouvez écouter de façon répétée la piste, le dossier (MP3 uniquement) ou le disque complet à l’aide de cette fonction.

 Lecture aléatoire

Vous pouvez écouter tous les titres dans un ordre aléatoire à l’aide de cette fonction.

Programmation de CD

Vous pouvez programmer jusqu’à 20 pistes sur le disque à jouer dans l’ordre que vous souhaitez. Appuyez bien sur la touche « stop » (3) avant utilisation.

1. En mode CD et arrêt de lecture CD.

2. Appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge » (12) et le symbole « MEM » apparaîtra sur l’écran LCD (2).

3. Sélectionnez une piste en appuyant sur la touche « Saut avant » ou « Saut arrière » (23/13).

4. Appuyez sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge » (12) pour mémoriser la piste.

5. Répétez les étapes 3 et 4 pour mémoriser d’autres pistes si nécessaire.

6. Une fois toutes les pistes ont été programmées, appuyez sur la touche « Play/Pause » (16) pour lire les pistes dans

l’ordre de leur programmation.

7. Appuyez sur la touche « Stop » (3) pour arrêter la lecture ; puis encore une fois pour effacer toute la mémoire stockée.

 Le mode de programmation sera automatiquement quitté si aucune touche n’est appuyée pendant environ 10 secondes

après avoir appuyé sur la touche « Mémoriser/Réglage de l’horloge ».

Le système ne peut décoder et lire tous les fichiers MP3 stockés sur un support multimédia que par le port de connexion USB ou une carte mémoire SD/MMC.

1. Mettez d’abord le système en mode veille ou sur une autre fonction à l’exception du mode SD ou USB.

2. Insérez la clé USB face vers le haut et veillez à ce qu’elle s’insère complètement ou insérez la carte

mémoire dans le sens de la flèche comme indiqué sur l’étiquette en dessous de la protection de la carte mémoire. Réalisez l’insertion sans la courber.

Lecture d’une chanson MP3 via un support de stockage USB ou une carte mémoire

Connexion

 Connecter la source USB à l’envers ou en arrière pourrait endommager le système audio ou le dispositif de

stockage USB (clé USB/carte SD/MMC). Assurez-vous que la direction est correcte avant l’insertion.

3. Réglez la touche de fonction (10) sur la carte SD/MMC ou le mode USB.

4. L’exploration du support multimédia démarrera automatiquement dès connexion et l’écran LCD (2) affichera le nombre total

de fichiers MP3 détectés.

5. Répétez la même procédure de lecture et programmation que celle du disque CD décrite précédemment

Remarque

- En mode USB/SD, le système peut reconnaître et lire uniquement les fichiers MP3.

- En raison des différences dans les formats d’enregistrement MP3, si vous branchez le lecteur MP3 au port USB,

certains lecteurs MP3 peuvent ne pas être en mesure de fonctionner via le port USB. Ceci n'est pas un signe de mauvais fonctionnement du système.

- Le port USB ne prend pas en charge une connexion avec un câble USB et n’a pas été conçu pour une

communication directe avec un ordinateur

Retrait d’un dispositif USB ou de la carte mémoire

Pour retirer la clé USB/carte mémoire, éteignez l’appareil ou passez d’abord le mode de fonctionnement à celui du CD, d’aux ou de la syntonisation. Pour le port USB : débranchez-le en le retirant du port USB ; pour la carte mémoire : retirez la carte SD/MMC sans la plier.

Encodage en fichier MP3

Le système est capable d’encoder CD/Tuner/Phono ou cassette au format MP3 et d’enregistrer sur un support de mémoire via le

port de connexion USB ou une carte SD/MMC et l’explication ci-dessous pour encoder sur le port USB et la même procédure pour la carte SD/MMC. Le système crée un nom de dossier de musique – « RIP » pour l’encodage CD-DA, « REC » pour

l’encodage du Tuner, de l’Aux et de la cassette et « FROMCD » pour les disques CD-MP3 ; l’échantillonnage par défaut de la copie et de l’encodage se fait à 128 kbits/s.

A) Encodage CD

I) encodage de 1 piste/1 disque à la vitesse 1x

1. Lisez normalement la piste CD que vous souhaitez encoder et enregistrer.

2. Appuyez sur la touche « » (4) lors de la lecture de la piste souhaitée et les symboles « REC » et « USB »

clignoteront sur l’écran.

3. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche « » (4) ; les symboles « REC » et « ONE » clignoteront sur l’écran.

4. Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche « » (4) à nouveau, l’icône « USB REC » clignotera sur le système. L’encodage

commence alors.

5. À la fin de l’enregistrement, la lecture s’interrompra automatiquement

6. Appuyez sur la touche « stop » (3) pour interrompre le mode d’enregistrement à tout moment.

7. Pour l’encodage de toutes les pistes d’un CD, veuillez laisser le CD en mode d’arrêt, puis appuyez sur la touche

« » (4) trois fois jusqu’à ce que « REC USB » clignote à l’écran, le système commencera alors la lecture du CD et l’encodage de tout le disque.

Remarque :-

- La vitesse d’enregistrement est 1:1 et la durée d’enregistrement correspond au temps de lecture réel de la piste du disque

- Le format d’enregistrement est prédéfini au format MP3 avec un débit binaire : 128 kbit/s, taux d’échantillonnage : 44,1 kHz

- Appuyez sur la touche « stop » (3) pour interrompre le mode d’enregistrement à tout moment.

B) Copier un fichier MP3

Si vous insérez un disque MP3 au lieu d’un disque CD, le système copiera les fichiers sur le support USB si vous appuyez sur la touche « » (4). Le fonctionnement est identique à la procédure d’encodage d’un CD comme décrit précédemment. Le système fera uniquement une copie s’il s’agit d’une lecture de fichiers MP3.

C) Encodage en mode DAB/FM

1. Activer le mode de syntonisation consiste à écouter la station radio que vous avez choisi et que vous souhaitez encoder.

2. Appuyez deux fois sur la touche « » (4) jusqu’à ce que le symbole « REC USB » se mette à clignoter sur l’écran.

L’encodage sera exécuté.

3. À la fin de l’encodage, appuyez sur la touche « stop » (3) jusqu’à ce que le symbole « REC USB » disparaisse.

D) Enregistrement via cassette/phono/AUX-in/Bluetooth®

1) Insérez la clé USB ou la carte SD pour l’enregistrement (assurez-vous qu’il y a suffisamment d’espace vide).

2) Appuyez sur la touche de fonction (10) pour sélectionner le mode d’enregistrement de votre choix, « tape », « phono/aux-in »,

« Bluetooth® » ou cassette, puis pressez deux fois sur la touche « » (4).

3) L’écran LCD (2) clignotera avec l’icône « REC USB » ou « REC SD ».

4) Démarrez la lecture de la piste de la cassette, du périphérique auxiliaire externe ou du périphérique Bluetooth® à

enregistrer au format MP3. Le système démarre alors le mode d’enregistrement.

5) À la fin de l’enregistrement, appuyez sur la touche « stop » (3) jusqu’à ce que « REC USB » ou « REC SD » disparaisse

à l’écran.

Remarque :-

- Après avoir sélectionné le mode d’enregistrement (étape 2) : (i) Si le support USB et la carte SD sont tous deux connectés à l’appareil principal pendant l’enregistrement, l’écran LCD

(2) affichera « Vérifiez USB SD » (avec USB qui clignote) après une pression sur la touche « » (4).

(ii) Appuyez sur la touche Skip Up ou Skip Down (23/13) pour sélectionner le support d’enregistrement de

votre choix (USB ou SD). (iii) Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche « » (4) pour confirmer le support d’enregistrement. (iv) Répétez l’étape 4 de l’opération ci-dessus (v) Débit d’encodage (télécommande)

Il est possible de sélectionner le débit d’encodage, un débit élevé génèrera une meilleure qualité audio et nécessitera

davantage d’espace mémoire. Les options suivantes sont disponibles : 32 - 256 kbps

1. Positionnez le sélecteur sur “ « tape », « phono/aux-in », « Bluetooth® » (10) conservez le mode arrêt.

2. appuyez sur la touche “ info “, l’écran LCD (2) affichera le débit par défaut (128 kbps)

3. Appuyez sur la touche skip ou (13,24) pour sélectionner le débit d’encodage.

4. Appuyez sur la touche à nouveau the “ Info “ pour confirmer les réglages, l’écran LCD (2) affiche le mode.

E) Séparation des pistes (sur la télécommande uniquement)

Vous pouvez répartir l’enregistrement de musique depuis la cassette ou DAB à la clé USB avec un suivi des pistes lors de l’encodage. Appuyez brièvement et à chaque fois sur la touche « » (séparation des piste) de la télécommande durant l’encodage depuis l’entrée auxiliaire ou la section cassette ; le système créera une nouvelle piste et poursuivra l’enregistrement. Le texte « SAVE » clignote une fois sur l’écran LCD, cela signifie que l’appareil a créé une nouvelle piste avec succès.

F) Copier un fichier MP3

Si vous insérez un disque MP3 au lieu d’un disque CD, le système copiera les fichiers sur le support USB si vous appuyez sur la touche « REC » (3). Le fonctionnement est identique à la procédure d’encodage d’un CD comme décrit précédemment. Le

système fera uniquement une copie s’il s’agit d’une lecture de fichiers MP3.

Supprimer un fichier sur le dispositif USB ou la carte SD (depuis la télécommande)

Le système est en mesure d’effacer un fichier stocké sur la clé USB de la façon suivante : 1． Insérez le support de stockage et activez le mode « USB ». 2． Appuyez sur la touche de suppression « supprimer » et l’écran LCD (2) affichera « (del---001) ». 3． Appuyez sur la touche « Saut avant » ou « Saut arrière » pour sélectionner le fichier à effacer. 4． Appuyez sur la touche de suppression « supprimer » pour accéder au mode de confirmation « yes/no », puis appuyez sur la

touche « Saut avant » ou « Saut arrière » pour sélectionner « yes » (oui) ou « no » (non).

5． Appuyez de nouveau sur la touche « supprimer » pour confirmer.

Remarque :

- Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton « stop » de la télécommande pour quitter le mode suppression.
