Cella di lievitazione intermedia

La cella di lievitazione intermedia viene costruita in molte varianti in rapporto ai tempi di riposo richiesti
ed alla produzione oraria. Inoltre le celle vengono costruite per due differenti capacità produttive: 1300
pezzi/ora con funzionamento ad una fila e 2500 pezzi/ora con funzionamento a due file con spostamento
della pasta da tasca a tasca.

La CLI/1 nella versione standard ha 256 cestelli con pezzature variabili da 150 a 1200 gr e produzione
oraria di 1300 pezzi/ora con 10 min di riposo pasta. La CLI/2 nella versione standard ha 384 cestelli con
pezzature variabili da 150 a 1200 gr e produzione oraria di 2500 pezzi/ora con 8 min di riposo pasta. La
CLI/4 nella versione standard ha 128 cestelli con pezzature variabili da 150 a 1200 gr e produzione
oraria di 1300 pezzi/ora con 5 min di riposo pasta. Naturalmente tutte le celle riportate possono avere
tempi di riposo differenti in accordo con le necessità dell’operatore.

Struttura in profilato di acciaio. Comandi centralizzati. Lampada germicida. Ventilatore per l’estrazione
dell’aria umida. Carico automatico. Possibilità di lavoro in automatico in sicronia con la velocità della
spezzatrice volumetrica oppure manualmente per mezzo di temporizzatore.

Intermediate prover

The intermediate prover is manufactured in different versions according to the requested resting time and
hourly production. Moreover the provers are manufactured for two different production capacities: 1300
pcs/h with working at one row and 2500 pcs/h with working at two rows with dough moving from one
pocket to another one.

CLI/1 has in the standard version 256 pockets with variable weight ranges from 150 to 1200 gr and
hourly production of 1300 pcs/h with 10 minutes resting time. CLI/2 has in the standard version 384
pockets with variable weight ranges from 150 to 1200 gr and hourly production of 2500 pcs/h with 8
minutes resting time. CLI/4 has in the standard version 128 pockets with variable weight ranges from
150 to 1200 gr and hourly production of 1300 pcs/h with 5 minutes resting time. Of course all the
mentioned provers can have different resting times according to the different user’s needs.

Steel section structure. Centralized control panel. Germicidal lamp. Humid air extracting fan. Automatic
loading. It’s possible to syncronize the prover automatically with the piston divider speed or manually by
means of a timer.
