Il gruppo automatico modello ZENIT è adatto alla spezzatura e formatura di pasta (pane avvolto, ciabatte e ciabattine).
La produzione può essere effettuata a 1,2,3,4,5,6 file per pezzature da 25 gr a 1200 gr circa di pasta. La versione a 6
file viene usata per pezzi solo tagliati, tipo ciabattine. Alimentazione automatica con nastro di introduzione di 220 mm
di larghezza e 1800 mm di lunghezza. Il gruppo di laminazione è dotato di un dispositivo antistiramento e di
regolazione dello spessore da 6 a 18 mm. Sistema di taglio longitudinale a coltelli intercambiabili.
Controllo automatizzato tramite pannello comandi Touch-Screen con 50 programmi memorizzabili.

Automatic unit ZENIT is a machine suitable to divide and mould dough (rolled bread, ciabatte and ciabattine). This unit

can work at 1-2-3-4-5-6 rows for weight ranges from 25 to 1200 gr. The 6 rows model is used just for cut products like

ciabatta. Automatic feeding by 220mm. Wide and 1800 long inlet belt. The sheeting unit is equipped with an

anti-stretching and thickness adjustment device from 6 to 18 mm. Lengthwise cutting system with interchangeable

knives. The rows opening happens by means of an universal spreading device with adjustable height. Computer based

control by Touch screen with 50 programs.
