Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen!
Eine Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen
kann schwere Verletzungen zur Folge haben!
VORSICHT
Je nach Konstellation und Beladung der WorkMo
besteht die Gefahr des Kippens! Dies kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen wie
Quetschungen oder Knochenbrüchen führen. Um diese Gefahr zu minimieren,
sind folgende Grundsätze zu beachten:
• Den Schwerpunkt so tief wie möglich halten!
Schwere Gegenstände immer möglichst weit unten einlagern.
• Bei Einbauten, die über Teleskopschienen ausziehbar sind (Schubladen,
MultiSlide, usw.) niemals mehrere Auszüge gleichzeitig öffnen!
Sollte bereits das Öffnen eines Auszuges zum Kippen führen, so muss die
Beladung dieses Auszuges reduziert werden. Schwerere Gegenstände
im hinteren Bereich des Auszuges platzieren!
• Es dürfen maximal zwei Module übereinander gestapelt werden.
Höhere Einheiten neigen zum Kippen! (Bei stationärem Einsatz kann auch
höher gestapelt werden, wenn die Module entsprechend verankert werden.
Maximale Deckelbelastung von 100 kg beachten!)
VORSICHT
Zum Tragen
der WorkMo dürfen ausschließlich
die dafür vorgesehenen U-förmigen
Tragegriffe

verwendet werden!
Die kleineren Koppelelemente

sind nicht zum Transport geeignet.
Sie sind beweglich und könnten
deshalb beim Tragen über raschend
nach oben klappen. Ein dadurch
mögliches Herunterfallen der WorkMo
kann zu schweren Verletzungen
führen!
VORSICHT
Je nach Zuladung stellt die WorkMo eine erhebliche Last
dar. Um die Belastung für den Rücken möglichst gering zu halten, sollte wann
immer möglich die WorkMo mit geeigneten Mitteln gerollt werden. Beim Heben
von Lasten ist auf ergonomisches Heben zu achten!

Die Roller werden über eine Koppelfunktion mit der WorkMo verbunden und sind
jederzeit wieder entfernbar. Die Rollerkufen werden mit der WorkMo verschraubt
und mobilisieren die WorkMo dadurch permanent.
WARNUNG
Unzureichend gesicherte Ladung kann in
kritischen Fahr situationen bzw. im Falle eines Unfalles durch das
Fahrzeug geschleudert werden und so lebensgefährliche oder
sogar tödliche Verletzungen verursachen.

Die WorkMo ist beim Transport im Fahrzeug als reines Ladegut zu
betrachten! Dementsprechend ist die Ladungssicherungspflicht nach
§ 22 StVO zu beachten!
(Auszug: „(1) Die Ladung einschließlich Geräte zur Ladungssicherung sowie
Ladeeinrichtungen sind so zu verstauen und zu sichern, dass sie selbst bei
Vollbremsung oder plötzlicher Ausweichbewegung nicht verrutschen, umfallen,
hin- und herrollen, herabfallen oder vermeidbaren Lärm erzeugen können.
Dabei sind die anerkannten Regeln der Technik zu beachten.“)
Eine Verbindung der Einzelmodule über die Koppelelemente ist zur Ladungssicherung nicht ausreichend. Jedes Einzelmodul muss gesondert im Fahrzeug
gesichert werden!
Beispielsweise genügt es beim Transport zweier übereinander gestapelter
WorkMo nicht, eine WorkMo zu sichern und die zweite mit dieser zu verkoppeln!
Jede WorkMo muss für sich gesichert werden!
Produkt- und Leistungsbeschreibung
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die WorkMo besteht aus einem Grundkörper und den darin verbauten
Einbauten. Der Grundkörper besteht aus zwei Kunststoffseitenteilen und einem
Aluminiumkörper. In die Kunststoffseitenteile sind Tragegriffe

und Koppel-
elemente

integriert.
Eingesetzt wird die WorkMo als Transport-, Ordnungs- und Arbeitssystem, das
durch diverse Einbauten und Zubehör die Möglichkeit bietet, Kleinteile, Werkzeuge, usw. verstauen und transportieren zu können. Zudem kann die WorkMo
mittels Arbeitsplatten zu einem mobilen Arbeitsplatz aufgerüstet werden.
Die WorkMo ist nicht für den Einsatz im Freien konzipiert, der Inhalt ist nur
bedingt gegen Witterungseinflüsse geschützt.

Stapeln / Koppeln
Einzelne WorkMo-Module lassen sich aufeinander stapeln. Eine Kombination
verschiedener Breiten (z.B. 2 x Breite 2 auf 1 x Breite 4) ist möglich. Hier sind
wiederum die Sicherheitshinweise zum Thema Kippgefahr zu berücksichtigen.
Module gleicher Breite lassen sich beidseitig mit den Koppelelementen

miteinander zu einer Einheit verbinden. Dazu werden die Elemente nach oben
geklappt und kräftig über die Rasthaken der oberen WorkMo gedrückt bis
sie spürbar einrasten. Zum Lösen der Koppelung müssen die Koppelelemente
wieder kräftig nach außen gezogen werden.
VORSICHT
Nie miteinander verkoppelte Module gemeinsam
tragen! Die Koppelung kann sich lösen oder die Gesamteinheit kann kippen,
was schwere Personen- oder Sachschäden verursachen kann.
Montage
Die WorkMo verfügt sowohl auf der Innen- als auch der Außenseite über
Schraubdome, an denen Einbauten, bzw. Zubehör befestigt werden kann.
Befestigungsmaterial
Zur Montage von Einbauten und Zubehör dürfen nur die über Sortimo erhältlichen
Schraubensätze (Art.-Nr. 1000003777 und 1000003778) verwendet werden!
Bei Verwendung anderer Schrauben ist die Festigkeit der Schraubverbindung
nicht gegeben und es besteht die Gefahr, den Schraubdom zu zerstören!

Die in den Schraubensätzen enthaltenen Schrauben verfügen über einen
Innensechskantantrieb Größe 3mm. Das Anzugsdrehmoment von 4 Nm ist
einzuhalten. Eine Überschreitung kann zu Zerstörung des Schraubdomes
führen.
Wartung / Reinigung / Pflege
Die WorkMo bedarf keiner speziellen Wartung. Zur Funktions- und Werterhaltung
sollte die WorkMo allerdings regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Zur Reinigung empfiehlt
sich die Verwendung der folgenden Artikel:

Please read all safety information and instructions!
The non-observance of the safety information and instructions
may result in serious injuries!
ATTENTION
There is a risk of tilting depending on the constellation
and loading of the WorkMo! This can lead to serious injuries such as crushing
injuries or bone fractures. To minimise this danger, please observe the following
principles:
• Keep the centre of gravity as low as possible! Always store heavy items as
far to the bottom as possible.
• For installations that are extendable on telescopic rails (drawers, multislide, etc.),
never open several pullouts at the same time! If the opening of a pullout
already results in tilting, the loading of the pullout has to be reduced. Place heavy
items towards the rear area of the pullout!
• A maximum of two modules may be stacked on top of each other. Higher
units tend to tilt over! (For stationary operation the modules may also be stacked
up higher, if they are fixed accordingly; pay attention to the maximum cover
load of 100 kg!)
ATTENTION
For carrying
the WorkMo solely the U-shaped
handles

They are mobile and therefore might
fold upwards unexpectedly while
carrying. The subsequent possible
dropping of the WorkMo may result

ATTENTION
Depending on the payload, the WorkMo presents a
significant burden. To keep the stress for one’s back as low as possible,
the WorkMo should be rolled using appropriate transport means whenever
possible. Please pay attention to ergonomic lifting when lifting loads!

The rollers are connected to the WorkMo using a connecting function and
can be removed at any time. The roller adapters are screwed to the WorkMo
and thus mobilise the WorkMo permanently.
WARNING
An insufficiently secured load can be
catapulted through the vehicle in critical driving situations or in
the event of an accident and may result in life-threatening or even
fatal injuries. The WorkMo has to be regarded as mere payload
when transported in the vehicle!

Correspondingly, the load securing obligation according to German road
traffic regulations §22 is to be observed!
(Excerpt: “(1) The load including the equipment for securing loads as well as
loading equipment must be stowed and secured in such a way that it cannot shift,
fall over, roll back and forth, fall down or cause avoidable noise even in the event
of a full brake application or sudden evasive movement. In doing so, the approved
technical regulations must be observed.”)
The connecting of the individual modules via the connecting elements is
not sufficient for the load securing. Every individual module is to be secured
separately in the vehicle!
When two WorkMo are transported stacked on top of each other, for example,
it is not sufficient to secure one WorkMo and couple it with the second one!
Every WorkMo must be secured for itself!
Product and technical specifications
Intended use
The WorkMo consists of a base body and the equipment installed in it. The base
body consists of two plastic side parts and an aluminium body. Handles

are integrated into the plastic side parts.
The WorkMo is used as a transporting, organising and working system that offers
the possibility to stow and transport small parts, tools, etc. by means of various
installations and accessories. In addition, the WorkMo can be upgraded to a
mobile workplace using work tops. The WorkMo is not designed for use outdoors;
the content is protected against atmospheric influences to a limited extent only.

Stacking / Connecting
Individual WorkMo modules can be stacked on top of each other. A combination
of different widths is possible (e.g. 2 x width 2 on top of 1 x width 4). The safety
information concerning the risk of tipping has to be observed again here.
Modules with the same width can be interconnected on both sides to form a
unit using the connecting elements (

). To do so, the elements are folded
upwards and strongly pushed onto the locking latch of the upper WorkMo until
they noticeably lock into place. To release the coupling, the connecting
elements have to be strongly pulled outwards again.
ATTENTION
Never carry connected modules together! The coupling
can become loose or the complete unit can tilt, which can cause serious damages
to persons or property.
Assembly
The WorkMo has screw bosses both at the inside and outside, where equipment
or accessories can be attached to.
Fastening material
Only screw sets (ref.no. 1000003777 & 1000003778) available at Sortimo may
be used for the assembly of equipment and accessories! If other screws are used,
the stability of the screw connection is not given and there is the risk of destroying
the screw bosses!

The screws included in the screw sets have a 3 mm hexagon socket.
The tightening torque of 4 Nm is to be observed. Exceeding this may lead
to the damage of the screw bosses.
Maintenance / Cleaning / Care
The WorkMo does not require any special maintenance. However, for the
purpose of sustaining the function and value the WorkMo should be cleaned
regularly. The use of the following articles is recommended for cleaning:
