The InfoLITHIUM is a lithium ion battery pack
which can exchange data with compatible video
equipment about its battery consumption.

When you use this battery pack with video
equipment having the mark, the video
equiment will indicate the remaining battery time

in minutes*. However, if you use it with video
equipment not having this mark, the remaining
battery capacity will not be indicated in minutes.
* The indication may not be accurate depending on

the condition and environment which the
equipment is used under. If the indication is not
accurate, use the battery pack completely and
then charge it fully. The indication will become
accurate. However, the indication may not
become accurate if you use or leave the battery
pack in a warm place for a long time, or after you
have used the battery pack many times.

Using the battery pack

• Attach the battery pack to the video equipment

securely. Refer to the operating instructions of
the video equipment for further information.

• Charge the battery pack using a specified charger

such as AC-V615 AC power adaptor before use.

• Refer to the operating instructions of the battery

charger for charging operation and time.

The switch on the battery pack (A in the
illustration)

This switch is provided so that you can identify a
charged battery pack.

• When a battery pack is removed from a battery

charger after charging, the switch automatically
moves to the “green mark” position. When a
battery pack is removed from video equipment,
the switch moves opposite to the “green mark”
position.

• You can change the position of the switch

manually.

Notes

• Charge before use.

• Use only the specified charger or equipment with

the charging function.

• To prevent accident from a short circuit, do not

allow metal objects to come into contact with the
battery terminals (B in the illustration.)

• Keep the battery pack away from fire.

• Never expose the battery pack to temperatures

above 60°C (140°F), such as in a car parked in the
sun or under direct sunlight.

• Keep the battery pack dry.

• Do not expose the battery pack to any

mechanical shock.

• Do not disassemble nor modify the battery pack.

• Do not short the terminals (B in the illustration.)

• Do not carry the video equipment by grasping

the battery pack.

• Charging while some capacity remains does not

affect the original battery capacity.

Utilisation de la batterie

• Fixez correctement la batterie à l’appareil vidéo.

Reportez-vous au mode d’emploi de l’appareil
vidéo pour de plus amples informations.

• Chargez la batterie au moyen d’un chargeur

spécifié comme l’adaptateur secteur AC-V615
avant son utilisation.

• Reportez-vous au mode d’emploi du chargeur de

batterie pour connaître la procédure et le temps
de charge.

Ce commutateur est prévu pour pouvoir identifier
une batterie chargée.

• Lorsque vous retirez une batterie d’un chargeur

de batterie après l’avoir chargée, le commutateur
passe automatiquement en position “repère
vert”. Lorsque vous retirez une batterie d’un
appareil vidéo, le commutateur se déplace dans
la position opposée au “repère vert”.

• Vous pouvez modifier la position du

commutateur manuellement.

Remarques

• Chargez la batterie avant de l’utiliser.

• Utilisez uniquement le chargeur ou le système de

charge spécifié.

• Pour éviter tout accident résultant d’un court-

circuit, veillez à ce qu’aucun objet métallique

Anbringen und Laden des Akkus

• Bringen Sie den Akku fest am Videogerät an.

Einzelheiten dazu finden Sie in der
Bedienungsanleitung zum jeweiligen Videogerät.

• Laden Sie den Akku vor dem Betrieb mit einem

geeigneten Ladegerät, wie z. B. dem Netzteil AC­V615.

• Einzelheiten zum Laden des Akkus sowie zur

Ladedauer entnehmen Sie bitte der
Bedienungsanleitung zum Akku.

Der Schalter am Akku (A in der Abbildung)

Der Schalter dient zum Erkennen eines geladenen
Akkus.

• Wenn Sie den Akku nach dem Laden aus dem

Ladegerät nehmen, wird dieser Schalter
automatisch auf die grüne Markierung gestellt.
Wenn Sie den Akku nach dem Betrieb von einem
Videogerät abnehmen, wird der Schalter auf die
Position gegenüber der grünen Markierung
gestellt.

• Sie können die Position des Schalters auch von

Hand einstellen.

Hinweise

• Laden Sie den Akku vor dem Betrieb auf.

• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das angegebene

Ladegerät bzw. Gerät mit Ladefunktion.

• Um einen Kurzschluß zu vermeiden, achten Sie

darauf, daß keine metallenen Gegenstände mit
den Akkukontakten in Berührung kommen
können Ausgangsspannung (B in der
Abbildung).

• Halten Sie den Akku von Feuer fern.

• Der Akku darf nie Temperaturen über 60 °C

ausgesetzt sein, z. B. in einem in der Sonne
geparkten Auto oder in direktem Sonnenlicht.

• Achten Sie darauf, daß der Akku nicht feucht

wird.

• Setzen Sie den Akku keinen starken Stößen aus.

• Zerlegen Sie den Akku nicht, und nehmen Sie

auch keine Veränderungen an ihm vor.

• Schließen Sie die Anschlüsse nicht kurz

• Halten Sie das Videogerät beim Tragen nicht am

Akku.

• Die ursprüngliche Akkukapazität wird nicht

El InfoLITHIUM es un paquete de baterías de ion
de litio que permite intercambiar datos con
equipos de vídeo compatibles sobre el consumo de
batería.

Si emplea este paquete de baterías con un equipo
de vídeo que disponga de la marca , el
equipo indicará en minutos* el tiempo restante de
la batería. No obstante, si lo utiliza con un equipo
de vídeo que no disponga de dicha marca, la
capacidad restante de la batería no se indicará en
minutos.
* La indicación puede no ser precisa en función de

la condición y el entorno en los que se emplee el
equipo. Si la indicación no es precisa, agote el
paquete de baterías y, a continuación, cárguelo
por completo para que dicha indicación sea
precisa. Sin embargo, es posible que no lo sea si
utiliza o deja el paquete de baterías durante
mucho tiempo en un lugar cálido, o después de

Empleo del paquete de baterías

• Instale firmemente el paquete de baterías en el

equipo de vídeo. Para obtener más información,

• Antes de emplearlo, cargue el paquete de

baterías con el cargador especificado, como el
adaptador de alimentación de CA AC-V615.

• Para obtener información sobre el tiempo y la

operación de carga, consulte el manual de
instrucciones del cargador de batería.

Interruptor del paquete de baterías (A en la
ilustración)

Este interruptor posibilita la identificación de
paquetes de baterías cargados.

• Al retirar el paquete de baterías del cargador

después de la carga, el interruptor se desplaza
automáticamente hasta la posición de “marca
verde”. Al retirar dicho paquete del equipo de
vídeo, el interruptor se desplaza en la dirección
opuesta a la posición de “marca verde”.

• Puede cambiar manualmente la posición del

interruptor.

• Cárguelo antes de utilizarla.

• Utilice sólo el cargador especificado o equipos

con la función de carga.

• Para evitar que se produzcan accidentes

derivados de cortocircuitos, evite que objetos de
metal entren en contacto con los terminales de la

Uso del blocco batteria

• Installare il blocco batteria nell’apparecchiatura

video in modo sicuro. Consultare le istruzioni

• Caricare il blocco batteria utilizzando un

caricabatterie indicato come ad esempio un
adattatore CA AC-V615 prima dell’uso.

Questo interruttore viene fornito in modo da poter
riconoscere un blocco batteria caricato.

• Quando un blocco batteria viene rimosso da un

caricabatterie dopo la carica, l’interruttore si
sposta automaticamente sulla posizione del
