A;$;, developed by 6ROX[ with ten years experience of commercial

2 Machine Assembly
2.1 Disassembling machine
Step 1, Remove the cable cover
Step 2; Open the hard disk cover, uninstall screws, pull out hard disk.

Step 3, Unload eight screws which fixed the shell.
Step 4; Open two buckles on the right side, then dismantling the front shell and the touch screen

2.2 Dismantle the HDD
1Dismantle the HDD cover, and find the HDD bracket.
2 Remove the screw of the HDD bracket.
3Pull out the HDD bracket.

2.3 Install the MSR
1Put the MSR into the slot and move down to fix.
2Fix the MSR with 2 M3*8 supplied screws.
3Connect the data wire of MSR to the port under the HDD bracket. Then cover it.

2.4 Install the Customer Display
2.4.1 Mounting the VFD Customer Display
1、Fix the display with 4 M4*8.5 supplied screws.
2Connect the customer display to customer display port COM4 on the machine.
2.4.2 Mounting the 2nd Display
1、Fix the display with 4 M4*8.5 supplied screws.
2Connect the 2nd LCD display to the VGA port and +12V output jack separately.
3When set up the touch screen on the 2nd LCD display, connect the control line to the USB port.

2.5 Wall Mounting
1、Fix the holder on the rear of the machine with 4 M4*8.5 screws.
2Mounting the bracket on the wall or other place with 4 screws. Our bracket meet the standard VESA. The specification is 100 * 100 mm.
3、Put the holder into bracket,and
fix them with 2 M3*4 screws.

2.6 Installation of Mini PCI-E Equipment
Step1, move the equipment into the Mini PCI-E socket.
Step2, Use screws column fix equipment.

3.5 3G module
The 3G module of AX1 AX2 uses is Mini PCI-E interface. Users can access the Internet through wireless way. The module support HSDPA&HSUPA, also WCDMA (UMTS) and GSM/GPRS/EDGE. Software support data, voice and text messaging function, support the 850MHz 1900MHz and 2100MHz of WCDMA, and also support 850MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz&1900MHz of GSM/GPRS/EDGE.

4.2 The BIOS Descriptions and Settings
The BIOS of AX1 AX2 is Phoenix. Users can enter the BIOS by press Del or F2. In this window, users can see eight options: Main, Advanced, Intel, Security, HW Monitor, Power, Boot and Exit.
1. Main
In this option, users can see the main information of the machine, including date, time, hard disk and memory.
2. Advanced
In this option, users can do some more advanced settings. Generally speaking, we keep default settings.

3. Intel
In this option, users can do some settings about the Intel CPU, such as Video, LCD, and I/O.
4. HW Monitor
In this option, users can see the voltage and the CPU temperature of the mother board also can see the speed of the system fan if you install it.

5. Power
In this option, users can do some settings about the power, such as power off delay 4 second; also can set the voltage of COM3 to 12V or 5V.

6. Boot
In this option, users can choose the boot from DVD, U disk or hard disk, especially when install the system.
7. Exit
In this option, users can save the changes, load setup default.

4.3 Software Installation and Settings
4.3.1 Chipset driver
The chipset driver is in the folder of E:\DRIVERS\Chipset.
4.3.2 VGA driver
The VGA driver is in the folder of E:\DRIVERS\Vga.
4.3.3 LAN driver
The LAN driver is in the folder of E:\DRIVERS\Lan.
4.3.4 Audio driver
The Audio driver is in the folder of E:\DRIVERS\Audio.
4.3.5 Touch screen driver
The Touch screen driver is in the folder of E:\DRIVERS\TouchScreen.
4.3.6 WIFI driver
The WIFI driver is in the folder of E:\DRIVERS\Wlan.
4.3.7 Setup the touch screen
The touch screen must be calibrated before first use.
1After successful installation of diver, the following icons will appear on your desktop.
2Click on the “eGalaxTouch”, the system will enter the following window for calibration.

3Click the “Tools” button, then click the “Linearization” button.
4、A new window will pop-up to guide the user to calibrate. User should
click the red symbol in the calibration window and keeping until it fully into blue. Repeat the previous calibration action until finish all the
symbols. Click ‘OK’ to exit.
5The set-up of touch screen is finished. The touch screen can be put in using now.
6To make more accurate positioning, you can set the “Linearization Style ” which in the “setting” to be 25 points and click “OK”, then operate it according to the Step 3.

4.3.8 Setup the MSR
The MSR of AX1 AX2 supports the modes of USB and RS232. The MSRDEMO.exe can be found in the folder of E:\TOOLS\ENU\MSR.
1Open the program and select connection motherboard interface.
“USB_HID” means connecting the USB port, “COM Port” means connecting the COM Port. The MSR of AX1 AX2 connect with both USB and COM ports, and the default COM port is COM6. Then click “Connect”.
2、The following interface is used to set up the MSR. The user can select from COM or USB port reading of the data in “Read Card From Port Of”; “Track1,2,3” means selecting the rail of reading card; “Enter” means choosing whether to add line breaks after reading data or not; “Save” means saving the settings; “Load” means loading the lasted settings; “Set Default” means restore to factory defaults; then click “Test MSR” to test the settings.

2Under the test interface, first choose USB port or COM port of
reading data, the default COM port is COM6, then click “Test MSR” to begin testing.
