INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD PARA
EL USUARIO

• Este producto está diseñado para uso domés­tico en interiores, no industrial y no comercial.
No utilice el artículo al aire libre ni para ningún
otro propósito. El mal uso o el manejo inade­cuado pueden causar problemas en el apara­to y pueden causar lesiones al usuario.

• Asegúrese de que el voltaje indicado en la

placa de identicación coincida con el voltaje

de la red antes de enchufar el aparato.

• No utilice ni almacene el aparato al aire libre.

• Siempre retire el enchufe de la toma de corrien­te cuando el aparato no esté en uso. No deje el
aparato desatendido cuando esté encendido.

• Antes de limpiar o guardar su electrodomés­tico, desenchufe siempre el electrodoméstico
de la fuente de alimentación y déjelo enfriar.

INSTRUCCIONES A SEGUIR A LA HORA
DE USAR EL APARATO

• No toque la supercie del dispositivo. Estos

pueden calentarse mucho durante el funcio­namiento. En su lugar, use el asa o manoplas.

• No utilice cubertería o utensilios puntiagudos
para sacar el pan. Al retirar tostadas, tenga cui­dado de no dañar los componentes calefactores.

• No toque ninguna parte metálica en el exterior
del dispositivo. Estos se pueden calentar mu­cho durante el funcionamiento.

• No introduzca rebanadas de pan que sean
demasiado gruesas o envueltas en papel
de aluminio, para evitar riesgos de descarga
eléctrica o incendios.

• No cubra nunca el aparato.

• No se debe tostar el pan por demasiado

tiempo, ya que se puede quemar y causar
un incendio. No coloque el aparato debajo
de cortinas, muebles de pared o materiales
combustibles.

• Para evitar una sobrecarga del circuito al usar
este producto, no opere otro producto de alto
voltaje en el mismo circuito eléctrico.

• Se proporciona un cable de alimentación corto
con este producto. No se recomienda usar un
cable de extensión con este producto, pero si
debe usarse uno:

- La clasicación eléctrica marcada del cable debe

ser al menos tan buena como la del producto.

- Disponga el cable de extensión de modo que
no cuelgue donde pueda tropezar o tirar de él
sin querer.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

Consulte la sección de limpieza y
mantenimiento para obtener detalles sobre

cómo limpiar las supercies que entran en

contacto con los alimentos.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

• Antes de usar la unidad por primera vez,
limpie todas las partes de la unidad (vea la
sección de Mantenimiento de este manual).

• Ajustar la tostadora a máxima potencia,
y operar dos veces sin pan dentro. Debe
haber buena ventilación durante
este periodo.

• Es normal que, en la primera vez,
la unidad desprenda humo u olores.

Tostar

• Enchufe la unidad a la toma de corriente.

• Colocar las rebanadas de pan en la ranura.

• Ajuste el temporizador al nivel deseado:

• 1 = mínimo
7 = máximo

• Presionar la palanca deslizante hacia
abajo hasta que se bloquee.
El piloto luminoso se iluminará indicando que
la unidad se está calentando

• Al nalizar el tostado, las rebanadas de

pan son expulsadas, y la tostadora se
apaga automáticamente.

Recalentar

• Utilice la función de recalentamiento para
calentar tostadas frías sin dorar en exceso.

• Tras seguir las instrucciones para
Tostar, presione el Botón Recalentar
para reducir la intensidad del calor. Se
encenderá el piloto de recalentamiento.

Descongelar

• El pan congelado necesita más tiempo
para calentarse.

• Tras seguir las instrucciones para Tostar,
presione el Botón Descongelar para

prolongar el tiempo de tostado. Se
encenderá el piloto de descongelamiento.

Cancelar

• Puede cancelar el tostado en cualquier
momento, pulsando el botón Cancelar.
Se encenderá el piloto de cancelación.

Bandeja para migas

• La bandeja para migas recoge las migajas
que caen en la tostadora.

• Debe vaciar la bandeja regularmente.

• Tire hacia afuera para extraer la bandeja.
Insértelo de nuevo una vez terminado,
deslizando hacia dentro.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

• Antes de empezar la limpieza, desenchufe
el aparato y déjelo enfriar. Tire hacia afuera
para extraer la bandeja de migas, vacíela y
vuelva a insertarla deslizando.

• Nunca use detergentes abrasivos,
disolventes orgánicos o productos químicos
agresivos.

• Quite las migas de pan atascadas en la
ranura, girando suavemente el dispositivo
boca abajo.

ALMACENAMIENTO

• Asegúrese de que la unidad está desconec­tada y deje enfriar antes de almacenar.

• Limpie el aparato antes de guardarlo (ver
sección de mantenimiento).

• Enrolle el cable con cuidado.

• Guarde el aparato en un lugar fresco y seco.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER

THINGS TO REMEMBER WHILE USING
THE APPLIANCE

• Do not touch the surface of the appliance as

it can get very hot during operation. Instead,
use the handle or mitts.
Do not use sharp utensils to remove toast.
When removing toast, be careful not to da­mage the heating wires.

• Do not touch any metal parts on the exterior
of the device. These can become very hot
during operation.

• Do not insert bread slices that are too thick
or wrapped in aluminium foil, to avoid risk of

electric shock or re.

• Do not cover the appliance with anything.

• Do not toast bread for too long as it may

burn and cause a re. Do not position the
device beneath a curtain, wall cabinets or

combustible materials.

• To avoid a circuit overload when using this
product, do not operate another high-wattage
product on the same electrical circuit.

• A short power supply cord is provided with
this product. An extension cord is not recom­mended for use with this product, but if one
must be used:

- The marked electrical rating of the cord must
be at least as great as that of the product.

- Arrange the extension cord so that it does not
hang where it can be tripped over or pulled
unintentionally.

which comes in the contact of food.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before the rst use

• A- Before using the appliance for the

rst time, clean the parts thoroughly

(see Maintenance section).

• Set the toaster to the highest setting, and
operate twice without any bread inside.
Ventilate the room during this period.

• It is normal if some smoke or smell
emanates from the appliance when using

it for the rst time.

Toasting

• Plug the unit into the power supply socket.

• Insert the slices of bread into the slot.

• Adjust the timer to the desired level:

• 1 = minimum

• 7 = maximum

• Press the sliding lever down until it locks.
The pilot light will come on, indicating that
the appliance is heating.

• When toasting is nished, the bread slices
will be ejected, and the toaster will shut o󰀨

automatically.

Reheating

• Use the Reheat function to warm up cold
toasts without over browning.

• After following the Toasting instructions,
press the Reheat button to reduce heat
intensity. The Reheat pilot light will
come on.

Defrost

• Frozen bread requires more time to
warm up.

• After following the Toasting instructions,
press the Defrost button to prolong
toasting time. The Defrost pilot light will
come on.

Cancel

• You can cancel toasting at any time, by
pressing the Cancel button. The Cancel
pilot light will come on.

Crumb Tray

• The crumb tray collects any crumbs that fall
into the toaster.

• Regularly empty out the crumb tray.

• Pull out to remove the crumb tray. Slide

back in once finished.

CLEANING

AND MAINTENANCE

• Before you start cleaning, unplug the
appliance and let it cool down. Pull out to
remove the crumb tray, empty it and place it
again.

• Never use abrasive detergents, organic
solvents or aggressive chemicals.

• Remove any bread crumbs stuck in the slot
by gently turning the device upside down.

STORAGE

• Make sure the appliance is unplugged and
allow it to cool down before storing it.

• Clean the device before storing it
(see Maintenance section).

• Carefully reel the cable.

• Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
