SRC Bumper (Part # SB76612)

2007 Jeep JK SRC Rear Bumper

NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before

attempting to install this part.

90-3925 Nut Plate 2
1/2”-13 X 4 1/2” Gr. 8 Hex Bolt 4
1/2”-13 X 1 1/4” Gr. 8 Hex Bolt 4
1/2” USS Flat Washer 8
1/2” SAE Washer 4
1/2” Hex Nut 4

STEP 1: Remove the factory rear bumper and hardware from the vehicle.

Step 2: Drill out the (4) holes in the center of the frame to ½”. (Fig A)

Step 3: Insert nut plate (90-3926) into the inside of the rear frame rails. (Fig B)

Step 4: NOTE: This step might require 2 people. Raise the new SRC rear bumper (93-

3913) up into place and align the (4) holes on the frame with the holes on the hitch plate on the
bumper. (Fig C)

Step 5: Install the 1/2” X 4 ½” hex bolts to secure the hitch plate to the rear frame. Do not
tighten bolts at this time. (Fig D)
