- WARRANTY -
Smith-Victor warrants to the first commercial owner to be free
from defects in the material and workmanship for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase and w ill repair or
replace product found to be defectiv e under normal use.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by shipment, by
product abuse, accident, modif ication, disassembly or use
beyond intended use specified by Smith-Victor. The Umbrella
Kits used with nonstandard Smith-Victor ele ct r ica l
accessories will render this warr ant y immediately void.
This warranty is the only warranty made to any person by
Smith-Victor and is in lieu of all other expressed or implied
warranties. The remedies set forth in this war r ant y shall be
the exclusive remedies available t o any person for breach of
this warranty. Under no circumstances shall Smith-Victor be
liable to any person for incidental or c onsequential damages,
whether arising out of breach of war r ant y or other contract,
negligence, strict liability or other t or t or ot her wise.

Kit includes: one Case; two Light Stands; two Umbrellas;
two 45 watt LED bulbs and two Sockets.
Set Up of the Kit Components
• Set up the light stands.
• Loosen the thumb screw of th e stand mount on the back of
the LED Socket Mount.
• Place the LED Bulb Socket onto the top of the stand upright
and secure by tightening the thumb screw.
• Insert umbrella into the umbrella holder below the socket
and open until it locks in place.
• Screw in the LED bulb(s), being careful to not cross thread
the lamp with the socket.
• Plug into outlet after all parts are assembled.
• To disassemble the unit, reverse the process described
above.
WARNING:
• Do NOT plug the unit into an electric socket until the kit is
fully assembled and LED bulbs are in place. Failure to
observe this warning could result in electric shock, injury and
even death.
• Appliance must only be used with rated voltage and
frequency.
• Avoid unplugging the power by pulling the power cord.
• Do not touch the power cord with wet hands.
• Never attempt to insert any metal objects into the cooling
holes of the lamp.
• Avoid moving the umbrella/stand by pulling the power cable.
• Discontinue use if the unit is damaged, especially the power
cord and socket.
• Avoid exposure to moisture.
• Indoor use only.
• In the event service is needed, contact Smith-Victor.
