5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
5.1 Preparation for use
Unpack the accessory.
Remove any ties from conduits, spray arms or cables that were installed to prevent damage during transport.
Position the rack on the trolley and place it in the machine.
Carry out a preliminary cycle before using the machine, with the machine empty. Carry out a complete wash
cycle.
Before processing the glassware, always consult the glassware manufacturer’s instructions to make sure it
can be treated using automatic cycles and that it can withstand the specified wash cycle temperatures and detergents.
To prevent the dirt from drying, make sure that the time between the glassware being used and washed in the
machine is as short as possible.
When inserting and removing the trolley from the washing chamber, always be careful not to subject the
product to excessive force: slide the trolley along the guides provided avoiding impact and position it carefully
so that the upper manifold is aligned with the connection in the roof of the chamber.
5.2 Using the accessory / positioning the glassware
The instruments and glassware to be treated must be placed carefully on the supports or other secondary supports using the spaces available. These are designed to protect and centre the opening of the glassware on the nozzle.

Procedure
Periodically clean the nozzles by unscrewing them from the manifold using the key provided to make sure that they are not clogged.
Use compressed air to make sure that they work correctly.
Nozzles with a test tube support and adjustment spring are included with the accessory.
To ensure maximum flexibility of use, the rack is fully customisable in terms of the number of nozzles and the type and configuration of the supports.
Please contact your dealer for further information.
Be very careful to make sure that the items placed on the rack do not interfere with the rotation of any spray arms and that the position of the glassware does not allow water to stagnate.

6.2 Assembly procedure
IMAGE
PROCEDURE
Fig. 1
Insert the central pipe into the housing and tighten the locking ring to secure the entire assembly (to be done on both trolleys).
Fig. 2
There are two pipes in the package, type A (TC80) for the lower trolley and type B (TC80DS) for the upper trolley. Pipe B should be installed as shown in figure 3, i.e. with the protruding pipe facing towards the back of the trolley so that once it is inserted in the machine it is aligned with the air inlet (only for the upper trolley - it can be recognised by the two sets of 3 wheels in line at the rear of the trolley).
Fig. 3_upper trolley
Then install the nozzles in the positions indicated in nozzle assembly diagram. Tighten the nozzles using the key provided. To be done on both trolleys.

If there is a detergent distributor on the door, mount the curved nozzle so that it will wash the distributor when it is inserted into the machine.
WARNING: The curved nozzle must be mounted on the same side, right or left, as the detergent
dispenser, in order to wash it more easily and for the powder detergent to be completely used (see photo showing the position on door). The purpose of this nozzle is to wash the powder detergent distributor and therefore must not be covered in any way. Fasten this nozzle to the trolley using the screw at the base.

6.3 Use and positioning of the glassware
CORRECT INCORRECT
Be careful to position the items of glassware so that they do not touch each other.
CORRECT INCORRECT
The glassware must rest on the support base and not on the nozzle so that the water can exit easily from the nozzle. Adjust the spring under the support to prevent the support from moving downwards.
CORRECT INCORRECT
Make sure that the glassware or any other
instrument to be washed is positioned no higher than the water outlet.
CORRECT INCORRECT
Make sure that any instruments to be washed do not protrude from the trolley once they have been positioned.

7 MAINTENANCE
To keep the product in good working order we recommend that you clean the injector nozzles periodically.
BEFORE carrying out cleaning and maintenance it is recommended that you carry out a full washing cycle with the machine empty (with no glassware).
Disconnect the power supply using the appropriate isolator switch and turn off the water supply tap.
Always wear personal protective equipment when carrying out cleaning and maintenance. CLEARANCE: In order to carry out work on the machine more easily there must be approximately 1m2 of free space in front of the machine.
WARNING
The spray arms may retain biologically contaminated substances. They must be handled with care and using protective equipment (e.g. gloves, goggles, overalls).
Recommended cleaning interval, considering a normal use of 3-5 cycles / day: once every 10 days.
8 TROUBLESHOOTING
If the washing results are unsatisfactory:
1. Check that the nozzles / spray arms on the machine are clean – following the procedures described.
2. Make sure that you are following the cleaning instructions provided by the glassware manufacturer.
3. Make sure that the correct cycle has been selected.
4. Make sure that the machine is working correctly. Check the manual.
5. Check the quantity and quality of the detergents available.
