COMMISSIONING REQUEST FORM - EXPORT
This form must be completed in full by the user client and sent via email, duly signed:
1. to the email address of your authorised Smeg dealer;
2. with copy to the address of the head office After-Sales department: service.instruments@smeg.it
During commissioning, the authorised engineer performs a series of checks using set company procedures to ensure that the device is operating and has been installed correctly.

SMEG Instruments devices may only be commissioned by Smeg Authorised Engineers.
The cost of Commissioning depends on the type of sales contract under which the device was purchased. Contact your authorised dealer for any explanations required.
Please compile this form with the information requested about the utility systems available in the premises where the device will be installed.
Free site inspections are not performed prior to installation.
The compiler is responsible for the information provided, which the engineer will use to avoid problems or impediments to commissioning.
If the utility systems installed in the premises are not as declared, and the engineer is unable to perform commissioning without the correct systems, any second visit will be charged for at the current tariff rates. The customer is responsible for providing the utility systems necessary for installation.
Any changes to the utility systems available are the customer's responsibility and shall not be carried out by SMEG staff, who are not legally authorised to install or modify electricity or water supply systems for third parties.
