Read the safety warnings and instructions for the thermodisinfectors in which the rack is used with
care, together with the safety instructions of the producer of the glassware and any other item placed on the
rack. Badly positioned items or glass which shatters during washing may cause dangerous injuries. If
necessary, washing results must be checked and subjected to non-visual inspections.

2 INITIAL OPERATION OF THE TROLLEY
2.1 Trolley spray arms
After inserting the instruments, it is very important to ensure that the spray arms are free to rotate.
Otherwise the correct washing is not guaranteed and the machine cannot report this anomaly.

it is necessary, whenever the truck is loaded, try manually the free rotation of ALL spray arms (next
photo)
2.2 Hydraulic supply of trolley
For the correct use of the CSK8B, another important step is to check the perfect contact between the
nozzle supply trolley and that of the machine. If necessary, adjust the height by screwing / unscrewing
ONLY the nozzle trolley.

DRYER INLET
2.3 Drying surgical instruments
Some models of Washer-disinfectors, are provided with the drying system. You can identify by the
central hole, internally of the washer chamber. (see photo).
It’s very important that the instruments do not obstruct the air inlet. This could compromise the correct
drying of the instruments.
3 ATTENTION
For proper clearing, pay attention to this recommendations:
A prerequisite for an effective washing, is given by the correct loading of the baskets, inserts,
holders, etc.. Articulated instruments must be positioned open.
The baskets must not be overloaded, to allow proper rinsing of the instruments
The large instruments should be stored in baskets in order to avoid "dead spots" that impede the
cleaning of other instruments.
The instruments must be stored or placed, having regard to their mechanical sensitivity, so as to
avoid possible damage.
The CSK8B is a trolley for the thermal disinfection of surgical instruments, be necessary to ensure that the
tools introduced in the machine are suitable for the treatment of thermal disinfection.
